Because Leeteuk is feeling just that. He is feeling just that as he look at Ryeowook's motionless body lying on the ground. His blood all over the place. Speechless. Everything seems to be push deep into his soul that he could not even utter a word. His mind went blank and his chest felt pain and he don't know what to do to make it all go away.

Yesung is now on his knees. Shock has taken over his body at the sight of Ryeowook.

Donghae is now crying and screaming for Ryeowook's name. Nonstop. His body shaking all over the place.

Sungmin, Kangin, Heechul, Shindong, Eunhyuk and Siwon all fell to the ground. Their hands covering their mouth. Crying.

Kyuhyun, who had taken the most shock almost faint. He is now holding onto a light pole. Soothing himself as the shock was just too big and too painful for his mind and body to handle.

Yesung, snapping his mind back is now running towards Ryeowook.

'Ryeowook!!' He yells and turns his head towards Leeteuk.

'Leeteuk-hyung!'

'Leeteuk hyung!'

'Call the ambulance!'

No answer.

'Leetetuk hyung!!!!'

Still no answer.

'LEETEUK HYUNG FOR GOD SAKE SNAP OUT OF IT AND CALL THE FREAKING AMBULANCE!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

Leeteuk who was shocked at Yesung's outburst finally snap his head back to reality. Without wasting further time he took out his phone and called the ambulance pressing his fingers hard on the keypads like there was no tomorrow.

They are now looking at the door which seperates Ryeowook from them. Their heart beating fast as they waited for the doctors to come out. They prayed hard in their heart for Ryeowook to be fine. Every moment, and every time. They prayed and they prayed and they prayed. Nonstop.

'Please down take him away......' They heard Donghae cried out. 'Please don't...........' his voice shaking.

The tears that had just dry themselves earlier are beginning to form once again and before they knew it, they are now crying and sobbing their hearts out.

Leeteuk thought of what happened. He thought of how he saw Ryeowook's body flying in front of him. He thought of how Ryeowook lay motionless on the ground. He thought of Ryeowook's body was covered with blood. He thought of how the members had been crying nonstop from the moment they took Ryeowook to the hospital. He thought of how this tragedy was quite similar to what had happened in the past. He thought of how they are now once again, stuck in the waiting room hoping for something uncertain and for a miracle to happen. He thought about a lot of things. He thought and he thought and he thought untill he became so exhausted that he fell asleep on the chair.
