Forty-Nine Days
Tell her that she doesn’t have to do anything she doesn’t want to. And mean it.
Xiumin’s phone lights up.
From: Baby K <3
I seriously CANNOT do it.
To: Baby K <3
It’s okay, babe. You don’t have to ;)
From: Baby K <3
I’m serious, Xiumin.
To: Baby K <3
And I’m not? Really, it’s fine! J
From: Baby K <3
But I want to do it for you.
To: Baby K <3
Don’t force yourself if you don’t want to. I’m fine, really.
From: Baby K <3
You’ve wanted this ever since.
To: Baby K <3
So? I could wait for a few years more.
From: Baby K <3
I will do this, Xiumin.
From: Baby K <3
Wait! ㅠㅠ I can’t do it. Hold on.
To: Baby K <3
Seriously tho. It’s okay. I still love you.
Xiumin chuckles inwardly. Even though Kyung hates acting adorable, she actually does it unintentionally. Xiumin likes how he’s the only one who can see it, see her acting so cute and feminine. Just a few days more and they’re finally back to Korea.
Few minutes later, Kyung still doesn’t reply. I wonder what’s wrong, he thinks.
While waiting for her text, Xiumin distracts himself by practicing with the guys at the stage. They’re currently at their concert venue, practicing for the final concert before they leave. He has been making excuses just to talk to Kyung and their manager seems to notice it.
Last night, he got reprimanded. He almost got his phone taken away if it isn’t for Kris’ convincing powers.
When they arrive back at the hotel, Xiumin heads straight to the shower, momentarily forgetting about Kyung. It’s good though. He’s able to bury all his frustrations during the practice and their stage production manager praised him for his energy.
As soon as he settles down, he reaches for his phone. He feels a surge of joy when he finds Kyung’s name. However, the instant he opens the message, his eyes widen and his hormones go wild.
It’s a video of rare, adorable Kyung, doing the famous ‘bbuing bbuing’ act.
