Description
Han Hyeri is a shy and quiet girl who does not know how to make friends. She is always alone and obviously no attention-grabber.She has never fallen in love and have no plans to do so.. Though she is quite jealous of the couples at school. Hyeri is always thirsty for some attention. But, no matter what she do she’s invisible. She detest those popular students.
She have long gave up hope of finding love anytime soon.
But One day fate decided to give her life a bit of excitement. She is forced to be the partner of the guy that she hates the most, Lee SongJung. He is the most popular guy in school.
Will she be able to go through life the same way she has before Or will love start to bloom? Will he give what Hyeri has been yearning for or will he make her life more miserable?
Foreword
Han Hyeri is a shy and quiet girl who does not know how to make friends. She was always alone. The only person that she would express her feelings to is her elder sister's friend. Hyeri is an average looking girl while her sister is a brainy, smart girl who wears glasses. Despite their appearance being totally different, people would often ask them 'are you guys twins?'. That was one of the things that Hyeri hate. She despise it with all her heart. The reason would be because people would treat her sister and her differently. They would adore her sister and ignore her. She had always held a very strong sense of hatred towards her sister.
Put that aside. She has never liked any boy in particular. She never gets those girls who just can’t get enough of some guys.. *they’re probably brain-washed..
She loves apple. Be it apple juice, apple pie, apple flavored lollipop and of course the apple fruit itself. She’s also talented in sketching. She has a sketchbook and loves reading mangas ; especially mangas about romance with school life.
It was Hyeri's first year in high school. She was alone. She can never muster up enough courage to talk to anyone. Most of the time she would observe the students in her class. Although she was quite bright and excel particularly in English and Mathematics, no one ever approached her. Instead, most of the girls would huddle around a boy. A specific boy who possess a clean look. He is the son of their homeroom teacher. 'i think the girls around him is so materialistic and only cares about looks' commented Hyeri on the girls who would swoon over the dark haired boy who not only looks neat and tidy but he also fair and has a milky skin. His name was Lee SongJung
Somehow Hyeri just can't help but to not like the boy.She did not hold any grudge in particular but she would loathe whenever girls just can't get enough of him. It was a complex. The fact that Songjung only existed made him so popular and yet she is completely ignored sparked this complicated feeling in her. She wasn't that bad. People in her family would often exclaim how closely she resemble a doll. Its just that at school when she's not talking to anyone she would be so quiet and invisible.
On every normal day at school, she would get through it quietly. Usually when a girl or boy is smart people would take notice but somehow they just dismiss her like that. (sad isn’t it?) . After school she would stop at a candy store to buy her favourite apple flavored lollipop. It was her routine that she would never skip. It was as if the sugary goodness and apple scent would make all her misery and loneness melt away.
