In the living room, all the boys stood in one straight line to apologize.

“We’re sorry Luna,” they all apologized.

“I understand this time but please in the future – no more kidnapping,” she nods with a warm smile.

They all nodded.

“Are you really going to leave our Kris?” Sehun softly mumbles.

“He left first.  Now, it’s my time to go,” Luna answers softly.

“But it doesn’t have to be this way,” Tao disagrees.

“Leave them be – I don’t think Kris would appreciate us meddling in his private affairs,” Suho interrupts the maknaes.

“It’s alright.  I’ll see you guys around campus,” Luna smiles.

They could only nod.

“Goodbye Luna,” Suho waved.

The rest bowed bidding her farewell.

She slightly nod and turned to meet Bo at the door.  Although her heart couldn’t bare to leave this way but her mind told her – she needs to go through with this.  It was a test for herself, can she live without him? 

Without looking back, she left with Bo without giving the boys a final look.

“So, I guess we should start packing?” Kai grumbles.

“Yes.  The faster we leave, the better it is for them,” Xiumin agreed.

“You guys don’t have to leave with me,” Kris said from the hallway.

“Where one goes, the others go – that’s the rule,” Suho inserted.

“No.  It doesn’t have to be that way. What about Krystal?  What about Sulli?  We cannot keep dropping one for another reason – it’s best that I disappear, it’s only me that is causing all the pain,” Kris disagrees.

“We’ve always been together.  Through thick and thin – not once did we ever turn our backs on each other, so we’re not going to start now,” Xiumin argued.

“If you go, we go.  If you stay, we all stay,” Lay backed up the rest.

“I’m going to go but none of you are indebted to follow me – you come at your free will.  Just make sure you don’t regret your decision at the last minute like me.  I lost her.  Don’t do the same,” Kris sighs.

“I’ll make the call out to transfer us,” Suho nods.

“I’ll re-arrange someone to look over our places while we’re gone,” Xiumin stated.

“And I guess I’ll notify Krystal and Sulli that we’ll be gone again….” Chanyeol grumbles.

Suho only nodded.

“Remember, none of you are required to come along.  You’re more than welcome to stay here.  It’s time we venture out individually rather than ruining each other’s future,” Kris re-stated again.

“Without one of the other, there wouldn’t be us – we’re stuck together for life,” Suho argues.

“That’s what friends are for – we back each other up,” Kai stated.

“Whether it is right or wrong – we make a decision and stick to it,” Luhan adds.

“Have it your way but don’t point fingers at me when you start to regret it later on,” Kris shrugs and went back into his room.

“How long do you think he’ll last without seeing her?” Lay asks.

Suho shrugs.

“Why can’t we just tell her why he needs her by his side?” Tao whined.

“It’s his choice, not ours to share,” Suho answers.

“His little sister is dying.  And he needs to be with her for further possible treatment – I’m sure she would understand that.  Why not just tell her the truth?  He needs to donate his bone marrow since he’s a match by luck.  Why hide it from her?” D.O asked.

“Put yourself into his shoe – what would you do?” Suho ask the group.

All the boys remained silent.

“All we can do now is to be there for him while he helps her.  He’s going to be in a lot of pain emotionally and physically so as his best friends – we support him with everything we got, understand…” Suho advised.

They all slowly nodded.

“But keeping a secret like this from a person you love dearly is also painful vice versa,” Tao mumbles sadly.

Everyone couldn’t agree more with the last statement – it was painful.  But what she doesn’t know won’t hurt her.

The next day at school, Luna waited underneath the tree for her friends as usual.  Victoria and Amber were the first to arrive making sure she was still in one piece.  Shortly after that Krystal and Sulli arrived not acting like they normally do.

They seemed upset.

“What’s wrong?” Victoria asked the two.

Krystal looked away.

Sulli bit down her lips.

“Something happened?” Amber asked.

“They left again,” Krystal told them quietly.

“Who?” Victoria asked.

“The twelve of them left late last night – they didn’t say where but we received a message stating that they’ll be gone for a while again,” Sulli mumbles gently.

Luna frowned.

“You were with them last night – they didn’t say anything?” Krystal asked Luna.

Luna thought about it for a moment and realized they were saying goodbye for good instead of for now – she didn’t give them a chance.  They gave up and left like she hoped.

“I didn’t know they were leaving – I thought they were just going to leave me alone until I could forgive him,” Luna started to regret her irrational behavior.

“You were always the most forgiving one and yet you didn’t tell him that you already forgave him,” Krystal whispers close to tears.

Luna shook her head from all the confusion.

“I didn’t know that they were leaving otherwise I would have done it differently,” Luna tried to explain.

“Remember unnie, I told you that he had something to tell you and he needed some sort of answer from you before he made a decision – I’m guessing that was the answer he got yesterday,” Sulli thought.

Both Victoria and Amber were confused.

“Let me call him,” Luna suggested.

“You can try but all their phones have been disconnected,” Krystal shook her head.

“I’m going to ring Bo,” Luna decided.

Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring.

“Hello, Miss Luna, how can I help you?” Bo answered.

“Do you know where the boys gone to?” She asks.

“Yes and no,” he vaguely answered her.

“Which is it?” She asks again.

“I know they’ve gone somewhere but as to where, I do not know.  It’s not my place to ask,” he answers.

“Can you reach him for me if I ask?” She requested.

“Of course,” he replies.

“Can you tell him I need to speak with him?  The sooner the better,” she asks.

“Very well Miss Luna.  Anything else?” He asks.

“No, that’s all for now,” she disconnected from the call.

“So now what?” Krystal asks.

“Now……………..we wait,” Luna sighs.

The next day, the girls met up at the café and while waiting for their breakfast to arrive Luhan and Kai enters the café causing everyone to stop and stare (as usual).

“Good morning girls,” Luhan greeted them.

“What brings you here?” Victoria asked the two.

“We received a message from Luna, is there something we can help you with?” Luhan reverted the question back to Luna.

“Where is Kris?” Luna asks.

“Currently in the middle of something right now, what can we do for you?” Kai returned the question.
