“Annyeong oppa” Eunji bowed to her older brother, “Ah! Eunji, Annyeong” he bowed back giving her a warm hug. “Ice cream” he asked while handing her a small cup of strawberry ice cream. Eunji smiled and took the cup from him as they began walking through the park. “It’s been awhile since we last talked, how are you?” Hyun Joo looked around the park and smiled, “I’ve been good, I saw Seohyun the other week, and her hair is longer. I also watched you on TV with Beast, you were all very funny” A smile grew on Eun Ji’s face, she never thought he would watch her shows.

She remembered he was there at their showcase but after that they hadn’t kept in contact she just assumed he got on with his life. “What’s wrong” Hyun Joo asked, Eunji had stopped and she bit her lip trying not to cry, “You actually watched me on TV” she pouted, Hyun Jo rolled his eyes and laughed, “Of course pabo, what kind of oppa do you think I am” he put his arm around Eunji’s shoulders and they continued walking, “Look, I know we haven’t talked in a while but that doesn’t mean I stopped supporting you, I think about you almost every day” Eunji raised an eyebrow, “almost every day” she cocked her to the side and giggled, Hyun Joo slapped her arm playfully and chuckled,

“Yah, the point is I may not have been to all of your performances and interviews and all that idol stuff but whenever I had a spear moment I would turn on the TV or go on the internet and catch up on all the activities you and Seohyun are doing. So you have to give me some credit” The two stopped at the corner of the street, Eunji hugged Hyun Joo tightly resting her head on his chest, “Thank you” she whispered feeling one tear of happiness roll down her cheek, Hyun Joon wrapped his arms around her back and kissed the top of her head,

“I’m your oppa it’s my job to support you” he chuckled, Eunji laughed wiping the corner of her eyes to stop any other tears from forming. “It’s getting late, and cold how about I take you out for dinner then walk you back home” Eunji nodded at Hyun Joo’s offer then linked her arm with his and pulled up her scarf to cover her chattering teeth as they walked off to a small noodle shop down the road.

“Yah, ChanHee come back here” Ji Young laughed while chasing her brother around the park. “You can’t catch me, you can’t catch me” he cooed, while spreading his arms and pretending to be an airplane, Ji Young grinned then began to sprint, she scooped him up by his hip and spun him around, he screamed loudly and they both laughed, they fell to the ground with a soft thud and took in deep breaths,

“Noona I’m hungry” ChanHee pouted, Ji Young poked his stomach and poked her tongue at him, “You are always hungry, doesn’t umma feed you enough” she chuckled, ChanHee scrunched up his face, they both got up and Ji Young dusted the dust off of their pants. “Come on, I think Min Jung is at her mothers work just around the corner, we will eat there” “Noona carry me” ChanHee pouted holding up his arms to Ji Young,

“Aniya, you can walk, it is only around the corner araso” The two began walking but ChanHee was to tired, his eyes were drooping and he was dawdling. Ji Young sighed then picked him up and swiftly swung him onto her back, she wrapped his arms around her neck and help onto his legs. She quickened her pace as it was getting cold.

“Hey this place looks familiar” Eunji and Hyun Joo arrived at the noodle place; they took a seat in the far corner and ordered straight away. “We used to come here when you were little” Hyun Joo chuckled, Eunji examined the room, it was beautiful and quite traditional. She then noticed a poster of STAR hanging on the back wall, Eunji felt her whole body warm up with happiness; Hyun Joo followed her gaze and was quite taken a back at the poster as well.  “They must really love you” Hyun Joo chuckled,

“Ah! This must be Min Jung’s mothers shop” Eunji mumbled to herself. “Why would you say that” Hyun Joo leaned over and placed his hand on top of hers snapping her out of her gaze, “Oh sorry, it’s just there’s also a poster of Beast sunbaes and Lee Kikwang is Min Jung’s older brother” Hyun Joo looked at the other wall to see a poster of Beast, “ah! I remember now, oh our food is here” Eunji and Hyun Joo thanked the waiter then began eating their noodles and side dish of Dukbokki.

“Min Jungie there is someone here for you” Min Jung got up from the table and followed her umma to be spun around and greeted with a huge smile, “Annyeong” JR chuckled, Min Jung looked around the shop to see if anyone noticed them, she then saw Eunji in the corner of her eye. Min Jung turned her head slightly dropping her hair to cover one side of her face. “What are you doing here” Min Jung asked in a panicked tone.

“I came to keep you company on your break” he smiled while rubbing the back of his neck, “I kind of already had a break” Min Jung sighed, JR paused for a long moment then cleared his throat “Oh, I…I thought your break was-“JR looked at Min Jung forcing a smile on his face, she knew him well enough to know that he was upset. Min Jung felt horrible, “I had an early break, I was eating with…” Min Jung pointed to Jong Up’s table while looking over her shoulder; she noticed Eunji was looking her way,

“Oh I see…” JR turned around and went to leave but Min Jung quickly ran after him and dragged him outside. “Look, Jong Up and his friends invited me to eat with them, and I didn’t want to be rude and just say no” Min Jung put a reassuring hand on his shoulder and smiled “Look if it makes you happier, I will take an extra-long breaks okay. The shop is slow tonight so I’m sure umma won’t mind” a smile grew on JR’s face and they both sat down at a table outside even though the weather was cold.

“Aish so cold, okay jump down” Ji Young said her voice slightly muffled from her thick scarf over . ChanHee hopped off her back and went straight to the couches, Ji Young removed her coat and scarf and ordered at the front counter. “Noona, I need to pee” ChanHee held his crotch and crossed his legs while jumping up and down, Ji Young quickly showed him the way then went back to their table. “Ji Young unnie” Ji Young turned around and saw Eunji, “Annyeong” she bowed her head then saw the guy she was sitting with,

“Oh, Annyeong Haseyo Bang Ji Young imnida” Ji Young bowed, “Ne Annyeong Haseyo, Seo Hyun Joo imnida” Ji Young smiled “ah, you are Eunji’s oppa” Hyun Joo nodded and chuckled “So you do talk about me” he looked at Eunji, who just rolled her eyes. “Unnie, please, sit with us” Eunji patter the empty seat next to her, “I have to wait for my brother, he is in the toilet” as if on cue ChanHee walked out of the bathroom with a satisfied smile on his face. “This is my little brother ChanHee, my umma said and I quote ‘Just because you are an idol does not mean you don’t have to do extra work like babysitting your brother’” Ji Young impersonated her mother earning laughs from people at other tables. Ji Young and ChanHee joined Eunji and Hyun Joo and ate dinner with them.

Min Jung walked back into the noodle shop her skin tingling from the warmth on her freezing body. JR had to leave because of his schedule, Min Jung touched her cheek where his lips had been for 3 seconds, she felt stupid for counting how long he kissed her for but it was one of the warmest parts on her face.
