Sehun frowns, looking around the house for the small figure that he misses the most with Heeyul's cute voice bursting throughout the huge house as he was just discharged after 3 days in the hospital and during the 3 days, he doesn't even get to see his wife's face, he calls her multiple times but she only answered and told him that she's tired, ending the call abrubptly. He remembers Hyemi's pregnancy check-ups appointments and that day is the day for her next check-up which explains why Sehun rushes home quickly so that he'll be able to accompany his wife to her usual check-up but seeing it's already almost afternoon and Hyemi is still nowhere to be seen, Sehun's about to take out his phone to call his wife but was stopped from doing so when Areum quickly grabs his phone from him, making him clucks his tounge in annoyance,

"Areum."

"It's almost lunch time and since you're so stubborn about wanting to accompany your beloved wife to her pregnancy check-ups you haven't even eaten your breakfast."

"My breakfast is not important. I'll eat during lunch with my wife, now give me back my phone."

"Oh Sehun. You're sick and look around you. Having lunch with your wife? Lunch as in what? In your dreams? She doesn't even visited you in the hospital and you think she's gonna care about you wanting to have lunch with her or wanting to accompany her to her pregnancy check-ups?"

Sehun his lips, 

"I don't care. My wife is-"

"Is what? Your priority? Your number 1? Take a look at your daughter, she's hungry and she's been refusing to eat because she wants to eat with you. It has been 3 days, Sehun and your wife is nowhere to be seen around you and your daughter when she's the one who's supposed to be with the both of you."

Sehun turns to look at Heeyul who's legs dangling over the expensive sofa, lips mumbling probably the song from the cartoon series that she's watching in the tv. Sighing to himself, Sehun nods in defeat,

"Fine, I'll eat but give me back my phone first."

Areum shakes her head, moving away from Sehun as she puts his phone at the back of her jeans pocket,

"Finish your breakfast and lunch first then I'll return your phone back."

"Areum."

"Your wife might be calling you."

Sehun sighs again, nodding as he calls out for Heeyul, asking what the little girl wants to eat for lunch.

Hyemi shuts the door close as she carefully makes her way upstairs, her thoughts filled with what the doctor said about her pregnancy and how her lack of appetite is now affecting her and the baby but as much as she wants to eat for her baby, she just couldn't finish her meals, she keeps on thinking about her husband and the damages she has done to her ever since they first got married. Sighing to herself, Hyemi stops on track as she could hear laughters coming from Heeyul's room, knowing that it might be her daughter and her husband who's already home, Hyemi forces up a smile on her face as she walks towards Heeyul's room but her heart drops seeing Areum, sitting right beside Heeyul who's sitting in between her and Sehun, the three of them laughing over the television that's showing a disney movie. 

"Yul, look at that dwarf's feet, it's so small. Just like yours."

Areum playfully said, earning whining from Heeyul and laughters from Sehun, making Hyemi's eyes teary as she slowly turns around and move away from the scene that's unfolding in front of her. She knows it's her own fault for not taking care of her husband and to think too much on what Areum said to her, but she just couldn't help it when everything Areum said is the truth. Sehun has lost so much because of her, Sehun has suffered a lot because of her. She has always been his burden even back then when they're first dating during their university days, she remembers almost getting expelled for forgetting to pay her tuition fees for her 2nd semester but Sehun saved her, he secretely paid for it and when Hyemi asked he'd said money is nothing and that he loves her.

Maybe Areum is right, she's exploiting the love he has for her for her own benefits. Areum is right when she said Hyemi doesn't have anything if it isn't for Sehun. Looking down on her feet, Hyemi sighs again as she wipes her tears, putting her handbag down the bedside table and moves to take a quick shower. Getting out of the bathroom while drying her long hair, Hyemi's eyes widen when she feels a familiar arms wrapped around her with a familiar hand caressing her belly and a peck landed on her cheek,

"I miss you."
