Hyemi wipes her tears as she runs out, hearing her name being called out but she couldn't care less about that until she feels her arm being gently pulled, making her almost stumbled forward but ended up crashing on a firm and sturdy chest that she knows best, with the usual scent that she recognizes, tightly holding her.

"That's enough running away from me, Jung Hyemi."

Sehun softly said, tightly holding Hyemi in his arms despite feeling the itching pain around his broken arm,

"I'm sorry you saw that. I rejected her but she suddenly got mad and forces herself towards me and as you can see,"

Sehun pulls out of the hug, putting up his left arm that's hanging, wrapped with a cast towards Hyemi who's eyes widen as she looks at her husband's injury,

"My arm is like this so there's not much I can do aside from pushing her aside over and over again until you came and saw us."

Hyemi ignored Sehun's explanations as she starts crying again, this time with her hands gently checking over Sehun's broken arm. Her eyes then wonder around his handsome face, noticing the few band aids he has on his cheek and his forehead, her fingers then move to touch them,

"Look at you.."

Hyemi said in between her sobs, making Sehun couldn't help but smile and as much as his heart breaks seeing his beloved wife crying because of him again but his heart warms up with the sight of her worrying over him, looking so small and adorable that she even tiptoes to touch his injuries on his face,

"It's fine. They'll heal in a few days time, baby."

Sehun whispers, wrapping his arm around Hyemi's waist as he pulls his wife closer, letting the girl cries in his arms,

"I make you cry again. I keep on making you cry, I'm sorry."

Hyemi shakes her head, looking up at Sehun with a pout on her face, her cheeks wet with tears as Sehun then gently wipes them off,

"I'm sorry.. I've been running away and hiding from you.."

Sehun smiles, shaking his head as his hand moves to tuck her long hair that's falling on her face,

"I deserve everything you've done to me. I deserve all of that for abandoning you, abandoning my own daughter. I'm sorry I-"

Sehun words were cut off when Hyemi tiptoes and peck a kiss on his lips,

"In 2 months, you've apologized multiple times about that."

"Am I forgiven now, baby?"

Hyemi sighs, shrugging her shoulders as she then gently tugs Sehun's hospital pyjama, pulling him towards his room and once they're inside his room, she gently pulls him to let him lie on the bed, feeling satisfied seeing how obedient Sehun is that he only let her do anything she wants towards him,

"About Jooyeon unnie,"

Hyemi sighs, taking her seat beside Sehun on the bed as her husband pulls her to sit beside him,

"Why are you being nice to other women? Mirae told me you smile a lot towards her too. You shouldn't do that often now look what happened."

Hyemi cutely whines, glaring at her husband who she notices is pursing his lips, probably trying to hide his laughters seeing how she's being jealous over him smiling towards other women.

"So I can't smile to your friend too?"

Hyemi whines, 

"That's not what I meant! That's just an example! Mirae's fine, you can smile at her but not the others especially Jooyeon unnie."

Sehun nods playfully, smile never leaving his face as he stares at his pretty wife being all whiny with jealousy,

"I'm sorry I ran out like that.. I thought you're having fun behind my back because I took too long to reach out to you.. To accept you back.."

Hyemi whispers, looking down on her lap and she could feel herself being gently pulled to lie down on the bed,

"You have nothing to apologise about, Jung Hyemi. I've told you didn't I? That I'll wait for you, be it 40 more years, I'll wait for you. Why would I have fun behind your back with someone else when I can have fun with you, like this."

Sehun playfully said, kissing Hyemi all over her face, making the girl whines and giggles, letting her husband to pepper kisses all over her face until he flinches in pain, accidentally putting too much force on his broken arm. Hyemi's eyes widen as she immediately sits up straight, gently checking over Sehun's broken arm with a frown on her pretty face,

"I should call the doctor."

Hyemi whispers and as she's about to jump off the bed, Sehun held her arm, stopping her from doing so as she turns to look at her husband,

"It's fine, baby. It's my fault, I'm having too much fun kissing you I forgot I broke my arm."

"But still-"

"Jung Hyemi."

Hyemi groans in annoyance, nodding as she lies back down on the bed with Sehun,

"Always so stubborn."

Hyemi mutters to herself, making Sehun chuckles as he pinches his wife's cheek, 

"You shouldn't hurt yourself, Sehun. I know you're protecting our daughter but you can do that without hurting yourself."

Hyemi softly said, lying sideways as she stares at her husband's handsome face. Sehun flashes Hyemi a smile upon hearing her words, his hand moves to play with her bangs that's falling aside from her forehead,

"I don't mind getting hurt for my daughter, my wife. I'd do anything to protect you and Heeyul, my love. Broke my arm? It doesn't matter, I'll still do it again even for 100 times. As long as my wife and my daughter are both safe, happy. That's what matters the most to me. You both have suffered so much because of me."

 Hyemi sighs, her hands move to cup Sehun's cheeks,

"Can I be honest with you?"

Sehun chuckles, pecking a kiss on Hyemi's forehead,

"Have you been lying to me, Jung Hyemi?"

Hyemi clicks her tounge, pinching Sehun's cheek,

"That's not what I mean. You keep on misunderstanding me."

"I was just joking, baby. Go on, you can be explicitly honest with me. I'll accept anything you're about to say."

Sehun said with a huge smile on his face, eyes never leaving Hyemi's face 

"It took me this long to come back to you because I thought everytime you hurt me I've been giving in too easily to you because I love you so much so this time around-"

"You take your time because you're afraid I'd do the same thing again if you were to forgive me easily."

Sehun cuts Hyemi off, making the girls nods and hums, hands still cupping Sehun's cheeks, her fingers gently caressing his cheeks,

"I miss you so much but I kept everything inside. I'm too afraid. I always thought to myself.. What if the next day, the next month, the next year after I forgive you, you'll turn your back against me again.. What if you ignore me again..."

Sehun sighs, his heart breaking hearing his wife's honest confession. Taking Hyemi's hand that's cupping his cheek, Sehun gently kisses it,
