I watched as the girls drove away. I took off my heels and walked to the tree.

"You know I never got to thank you.." I sighed and quickly climbed up then sat on the branch facing my neighbor's balcony, crossing my legs.

"For what?" I raised a brow

"For saving us that night." I froze.

"W-what night?" He chuckled and sat on his railing, his feet dangling off the ground, facing me.

"You know, you could fall." He paled.

"Shut it. Don't make me look down." His voice trembled and I smirked.

"Oh look, it isn't so high up that if you fall, it'll only break a bone or two." He winced

"Stob it!" He covered his ears but panicked when his hand is not holding the railing so he put it back down. I laughed and he glared at me.

"I knew it was you and your friends." I stood up and paced on the tree's branch making him anxious, watching me.
