" Luhan!"

"I said open the door!"

Xiumin sighed and looked at Kyungsoo who gave him a helpless look.

"Luhan, listen to me," Kyungsoo said as he leaned against the door, "You will be fine."

"But why didn't you tell me?" Luhan whined from the inside.

"Don't be like this now," Xiumin said.

"Guys!" Both Kyungsoo and Xiumin turned towards Chen who was running through the corridor.

"There are so many fans outside!"

"Really?"

"Yes," Chen said excitedly for Luhan to hear, "Oh and your Romeo called and said he's running a bit late."

"Did you hear that, Lu?" Kyungsoo shouted, "There are so many fans waiting for you!"

The door suddenly opened, making Kyungsoo jump back in shock.

"I'm so scared!" Luhan said, "Where is Hwoarang?"

"I told you, Lu," Chen said, "He will be a little bit late, but he will be here."

"Why didn't he phone me instead?" Luhan said annoyed. He quickly checked his messages. 0 calls. 0 messages.

"Mabe he thought you will be busy getting ready," Chen said, "It is a big day for you after all."

"Or maybe he just doesn't care," Luhan whined, "I wanted him to be here."

"Don't worry, Luhan," Xiumin said as he hugged his friend, "You have us. You love this surprise, don't you?"

"Of course I do," Luhan said trying to forget how his boyfriend didn't bother showing up, "I am so happy just I panicked a bit, I'm sorry."

"Just remember that these people who are outside there, they love your book and they are here for you!" 

"It's just... It's just that...It's my dream coming to reality and it just feels...unreal..." 

"Your dream is real now, Lu. You are a bestseller author, you have to accept the fact that people want to meet you." 

"I am so grateful... Just very scared," Luhan said ad he smiled slightly. 

"Lu," Chen said as he patted his friend's shoulder, "You will be okay. The good thing about this event is that you will not be alone. I knew you'd be nervous and in fact, the only reason why I organizer this was because another publishing company asked me to make a joint event. There will be another author whose debut book came out just last week. It's already a bestseller, just like yours so I decided to accept. They paid the cost for the venues and food."

"At least I won't be alone in the same situation," Luhan said. 

"I didn't know about that," Xiumin complained, "All the highlight was supposed to be for Luhan!" 

"No Minnie," Luhan said, "I feel more comfortable knowing I won't be alone." 

"Who is is though, the author?" Kyungsoo asked. 

"His name is Sunny," Chen answered, "Sunny Haku."

"Oh my God!" Luhan screamed making everyone jump. 

"What's wrong?" Xiumin asked. 

"Sunny Haku!" Luhan said sparkles of excitement making his eyes shine, "I bought his book the day it came out! It looked so good honestly, I can't believe in going to meet him!" 

"I didn't know writers would get excited to meet other writers!" Kyungsoo laughed. 

"It's a double surprise then," Chen said laughing too, "But get ready now. Only five minutes and you have to go on the stage for your introduction speech. I've explained everything else, haven't I? 

Just remember: you have practised what you have to say for so long so it should come naturally, just keep smiling. Then you sit down and let Sunny have his introduction. Then you two sign books for your fans. Then there will be a small break where you get to eat. After that, there will be the Q&A where you and Sunny will be asked questions by your fans. Sign a few more books and then the end."

" I am ready! " Luhan said determined," At least I won't be alone. Sunny will be there, I'm so excited to get to know him. "

"Let's go now," Chen said, "If you need anything at any moment, remember me, Minnie and Soo will be around you. You'll be fine." 

As the boys neared the back of the stage and it was time for Luhan to enter in front of the public. 

It was so strange for him to do this but he was ready. 

"Go, now," Xiumin said smiling and holding his hand, "Good luck, Luhan."

"You made it, Lu," Kyungsoo took his other hand and smiled. 

"Go and live the dream now," Chen smiled. 

Luhan nodded. He felt very emotional but it was no time to shed tears. 

His friends let go of him and Luhan walked out to the stage, forgetting about everything else.

Hwoarang didn't show up even after Luhan had introduced himself.

Even though, most of the fans where there for him, he still felt like a part of him was missing.

As Luhan took his seat on the table where the book signing will start, he couldn't help but look around in search of the boy he had given his heart to.

"And now we announce the surprise debut writer!" a voice said through the radio, "After a hard work of almost three years, he was able to publish his debut book "hearts made of glass" and that a roar of applauds and excited shoutings arose from the crowd, catching Luhan's attention.

He was curious too to get to know the debut author.

"We present on the stage, Sunny Haku!"

A roar of applauds once again raised in the public and that's when everything changed.

Luhan felt as if the earth suddenly shifted under his feet.

Sunny walked up the stage and Luhan couldn't help but get on his feet.

"There must be a mistake...I..." And yet Luhan knew no one was listening to him.

"Good afternoon lovely people. I am Sunny Haku!" the boy in the black pants and smart yellow sweater said.

But Luhan was lost. He felt like he was about to faint, and he looked around to see if any of friends were around. 

He spotted them. Xiumin was about to make his way to Luhan's side when Chen suddenly grabbed him and whispered something in his ear. Xiumin looked at Luhan and made him the sign that everything was okay.

Luhan turned to look at the boy in the yellow sweater.

Luhan quietly sat down and Xiumin finally came up to him pretending to give him a bottle of water, to prevent any unwanted attention.

"Trust me, I would kill someone to get you out of this situation, but please Luhan," his friend said opening the bottle and handing it to him, "It's your first event and I don't want you to ruin it like this. Of course, it's your choice though, can you do it? It's only one day. After that, I will make sure you will never see him."

Luhan nodded as he drank his water and calmed down, "Sorry I panicked, I am okay. And don't worry I will do this, he can't bring me down. I can't run away, I'm not weak."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes," Luhan smiled.

"If you need anything or if he ing does or even says anything to you, I'll rip his face off," Xiumin said angrily and Luhan couldn't help but chuckle.

Xiumin left him as the boy, Sunny, finished talking and started walking towards Luhan.

Luhan stiffened as he saw the boy looking straight at him. He couldn't help but stand up as the boy stood in front of him.

No matter how hard you try to forget, the face of someone you loved with all your heart could never go away.
