003. The Bed

“Do you like the furniture? I picked it all myself,” Taehyung says. He’s very proud, Jimin notices.

“It’s… Nice.” It is nice. Jimin just can’t get excited about anything at the moment. Partly because he’s hungry. Partly because he’s going to have to buy new clothes and toiletries and hair products tomorrow. But mostly because he’s tired.

“Where’s my room?” he asks Taehyung. Everything is new. The city. The apartment. Even the smell is unfamiliar. He knows he’ll adjust, just like always. After a while, he’ll know this place like the back of his . But right now it’s all a little much. Jimin just needs to sleep.

“About that…” Taehyung begins, a little unsure about how the other will react. “We kind of have to share room… And bed.”

Jimin takes a deep breath. He nods towards the floor, processing the new information.

“WHAT?!” he explodes.
