Chungae put the spaghetti that she made on to 2 plates. After that, she checked on the apple pie that was in the oven. She set a timer for 30 minutes that would ring when the cupcakes would be ready. She put a tablecloth on the table and she put the plates of food on the table. She went to Jisoo’s room and knocked on the door, since she didn’t get an answer she came in and she found Jisoo sleeping.

 

“Jisoo, wake up” she said “the food is ready”

 

Jisoo’s eyes fluttered open and he slowly made his way to the kitchen.

 

In all honesty, Jisoo thought that Chungae would cook something really disgusting looking. Chungae was the type of girl that had people to do everything for her. Jisoo was surprised when he found 2 delicious looking plates of spaghetti on the table.

 

They sat down and started eating. Jisoo poked at his food, he didn’t want to find a big clump of noodles stuck together.

 

“What’s wrong?” asked Chungae “why aren’t you eating?”

 

“Is it cooked properly?” asked Jisoo

 

“Of course it is” answered Chungae “I didn’t poison it, please eat”

 

“Are you sure that it’ll taste good?” asked Jisoo

 

“Look, I know it seems like I can’t cook but I can. When I was younger, my mom taught me how to cook.” said Chungae

 

“Don’t you have servents that cook for you?” asked Jisoo “in your gigantic house”

 

“Not really,” said Chungae “they do know how to cook but I prefer to cook for myself”

 

Jisoo put a little bit of spaghetti on his fork and tasted it, contrary to his belief, the spaghetti was probably the best spaghetti that he had ever tasted.

 

“Wow, that tastes really good” said Jisoo

 

“I told you so” said Chungae

 

Jisoo continued eating the spaghetti (in bigger bites) until he finished the whole plate.

 

“Do you have any more?” asked Jisoo

 

“I thought you’d never ask” said Chungae as she went into the kitchen area with Jisoo’s empty plate

 

She came back with the plate completely full. And as soon as she placed it in front of JIsoo, he started to devour it.

 

“Why haven’t you cooked for me before?” asked Jisoo

 

“I don't know. I didn’t think that you’d trust me to cook for you” said Chungae

 

“Well, I do now” said Jisoo

 

“What happened at the party after I left?” asked Chungae, she wanted to know if her plan of getting Jeonghan drunk had worked or not

 

I can’t tell her about Jeonghan getting drunk or else she’ll find out that he spent the night with me, she doesn’t even like it when I look at him, what will happen when she finds out that we slept in the same bed!? Thought Jisoo

 

“Umm, people got drunk” said Jisoo

 

“Really? I’m glad that I left before that” said Chungae

 

“Yeah” said Jisoo

 

“Did anyone you know get drunk?” asked Chungae

 

“Umm, some of my friends did, but you don’t know them” said Jisoo who was trying to avoid the question

 

“Well, I’ll meet them tomorrow, right?” asked Chungae though it sounded more like a command

 

“Yeah, tomorrow at lunch” said Jisoo

 

The timer that Chungae had set earlier had rang telling her that she had to take her cupcakes out of the oven

 

She took them out of the oven and set them on the counter to cool off. After they had cooled, she put them on a plate for her and Jisoo.

 

“What flavor are they?” Asked Jisoo

 

“They are strawberry flavored, I hope that you like them” said Chungae

 

“How many did  you make?” Asked Jisoo

 

“Umm, a lot “ said Chungae

 

“Well, we can't eat them all now, we should save them for tomorrow” said Jisoo

 

“Ok” said Chungae

 

After eating the cupcakes in silence, Jisoo decided to ask Chungae why she cooked for him

 

“Chungae, I'm not trying to sound mean but I'd like to know why you cooked for me” said Jisoo

 

“We have been in a relationship for 6 months and you still haven't warmed up to me. I tried many different things but nothing really seemed to work. Now, I‘m going to try this.”Chungae explained

 

“What is this?” asked Jisoo

 

“This is going out on dates at coffee shops, watching old movies, staying in and cooking for each other, being super comfy and relaxed” said Chungae

 

Jisoo didn’t want this with Chungae, he didn’t want anything to do with Chungae at all. He wanted this with Jeonghan and Jeonghan only.

 

“Also, since Jeonghan has a new boyfriend” said Chungae

 

Jeonghan didn’t tell her that Seungcheol wasn’t really his boyfriend thought Jisoo

 

“I’ll stop being super strict about seeing him” said Chungae

 

“What do you mean by that?” asked Jisoo

 

“I’ll let you guys hang out because it’s pretty obvious that Jeonghan is head over heels with that Seungcheol dude. But the other rules stay the same” said Chungae

 

“Head over heels?” Jisoo asked

 

“Yeah, I saw the way that they looked at each other, with a lot of love. I hope that we can be like them” said Chungae

 

But we can’t because I don’t love you thought Jisoo

 

Chungae looked at her wristwatch and said “it’s pretty late, I should go home”

 

Finally thought Jisoo

 

“See you tomorrow” he said

 

After Chungae left, Jisoo decided to text Seungcheol about what was going to happen tomorrow at lunch

 

Jisoo

 

Hey, Chungae’s friend is out of town and she wants to hang out with us at lunch

 

Seungcheol

 

What about Jeonghan? Wont’ she harass him or something

 

Jisoo

 

She thinks that you and him are a couple so she’s let her guard down

 

Seungcheol

 

Is there anything that I need to do?

 

Jisoo

 

Can you tell Jeonghan about what’s going to happen. Also, tell him that you guys need to act like a couple.

 

Seungcheol

 

That’s fine with me. But what do couples do?

 

Jisoo

 

Haven’t you been in a relationship before? Just hold hands and stuff like that

 

Seungcheol

 

K. Jeonghan’s telling me that I need to sleep. I’ll tell him first thing tomorrow

 

Jisoo

Jeonghan woke up to the smell of cherry tea (A/N: is this even a thing?). He groggily stood up and walked to the kitchen to find Seungcheol making the tea.

 

“Why are you waking up so early?” asked Jeonghan as he walked toward Seungcheol “I’m the one that’s supposed to be up first”

 

“Well, I wanted to surprise you with your favorite tea” said Seungcheol

 

“Thank you sooooooo much!!” squealed Jeonghan

 

“You’re welcome angel” said Seungcheol as he ruffled Jeonghan’s messy bed hair

 

Seungcheol poured the tea into 2 mugs (Jeonghan’s mug had a cherry on it) and gave Jeonghan his mug. Jeonghan brought the tea up to his lips and took a small sip.

 

“Who were you texting yesterday?” asked Jeonghan “you didn’t listen to me when I told you to sleep” was it a girl?

 

“It was Jisoo.” Seungcheol responded as he took a sip from his mug

 

Jeonghan’s ears perked up at the sound of Jisoo’s name, he wanted to know what happened “what did he say?”

 

“Chungae’s friend is out of town so now she wants to hang out with Jisoo for a few days. She wants to meet his friends so she’ll be spending lunch with us. At the party, you told her that I was your boyfriend and she believes that so she’s being less possessive with Jisoo. Jisoo told me that we need to act coupley and stuff in front of her” Seungcheol explained

 

Jeonghan took a few seconds to process what Seungcheol had just said and then proceeded by saying “so his girlfriend just wants to spy on us and see if we’re really dating”

 

“Pretty much” Seungcheol responded

 

“What happens if she find out that we’re not actually dating?” asked Jeonghan

 

“I don’t know, but it’ll probably be something bad” Seungcheol responded

 

“What do I need to do?” asked Jeonghan

 

“We just need to act like a couple” said Seungcheol

 

“Like hand holding, PDA and cute couple names?” asked Jeonghan

 

Seungcheol was internally screaming, he would finally be Jeonghan’s fake boyfriend for a few days. “Pretty much” he responded

 

“What about Jisoo?” asked Jeonghan “what if he…”

 

“Don’t worry, it’ll be fine” said Seungcheol “your tea is getting cold and we have school in half an hour. Drink up and get ready”

Finally, I can see if that brat Jeonghan is over MY Jisoo. I have a feeling that he’s not actually dating anyone, who is stupid enough to like him? I’ll just be nice to Jisoo to win him over.
