Sun Ah’s POV:

When I opened my eyes, the first thing that came into my vision was the peaceful face of Hyun Woo sleeping beside me and a small smile crept up my lips at the mere sight of him.

My head was pounding a little but I didn’t really mind it as I kept staring at him. We both were covered with the comforter while one of my hands rested on top of it. I raised up my hand and gently ran my fingers through his hair.

I slowly brought my hand down and cupped his face while my thumb ran down his nose. His lips were slightly parted and I had this strong urge to lean in and taste them. I gently brushed my thumb against his lips as I fought against my urge, not wanting to disturb his sleep.

However, the fight didn’t last longer as my insane side won, making me lean closer and kiss him. But as our bodies touched, a shiver ran down my spine and a strange feeling wrapped around me. I quickly pulled back and looked inside the comforter which only made my eyes widen.

Hyun Woo was sleeping in his boxers while I was, well, um, wore nothing. My face heated up and I thought back on the previous night. My headache just worsened a little before bits and pieces of the events flashed before me.

I sat up abruptly, not minding my ness as realization dawned upon me. “! I seduced him!!!” I blurted out loud, before clasping my hand over my mouth. “Damn! What have I done? ! ! !” I mumbled as I noticed the chain on my neck with the rings on it.

‘You are still wearing it,’ Ricky’s voice echoed in my head. I ran my fingers through my hair in frustration as I looked around and found one of Hyun Woo’s sweatshirt thrown on a nearby chair which I grabbed immediately and pulled it over my head.

For some odd reason, my eyes started to pool as I felt like I had cheated on both Hyun Woo and Ricky. For once, I was sure of my feelings for Hyun Woo but the chain and the rings along with the story behind it made me question myself.

I got down from the bed, grabbed my phone from the top of the dresser and rushed towards the bathroom. I locked myself in as I slid down to the floor and started crying while trying my best not to make much noise.

Hyun Woo was well aware of what had happened between Ricky and I and he was the one who told me about the significance of these rings. Hyun Woo is one of the people in this world that I would rather kill myself than see them get hurt. But what have I done now? Why do I always end up hurting the people that I want to protect with all of my life?

“Why did you do it? Why? Why?” I asked myself as I hit my head against the glass wall of the shower room.

I looked down at the phone in my hand and had the severe urge to call my brother. But at the same time I was worried he wouldn’t want to talk to me. With trembling hands, I dialed his number.

No One’s POV:

Shownu’s sleep got disturbed the moment he felt a pair of lips on his. However, he was not completely awake. He felt the comforter move but he didn’t bother to open his eyes and check. He was too tired at the moment to think about anything else than sleep.

“! I seduced him!!!” he heard Sun Ah shout momentarily, then mumble something, followed by “! ! !” and a few more mumbles. At first he thought he was just dreaming but then he felt her get down from the bed.

He lazily opened his eyes slightly and saw Sun Ah putting on his sweatshirt, then grab her phone from top of the dresser before heading towards the bathroom. He just rolled around and closed his eyes once again to continue his sleep.

A few minutes later, he started hearing someone sobbing. He lazily sat up and looked around and realized that the sound was coming from the bathroom. He was suddenly wide awake now and was not sure what to do about it.

He stood up, scratching his head awkwardly as he paced from the bathroom door to the bed, back and forth. “Why did you do it? Why? Why?” he heard her say in between her sobs.

He remembered what she had said earlier in the bed which led him to what had happened the night before and his eyes widened in realization of the reason behind her sobbing. ‘She’s regretting it.’ He thought to himself. ‘I was doing great in keeping myself from jumping on her but why did I have to lose my control in the end?’ he scolded himself as he massaged his forehead in frustration.

He felt like killing himself at the thought of him hurting Sun Ah, knowingly or unknowingly. It’s been quite some time and the sobbing inside the bathroom didn’t reduce even a bit.
