You're lying on a deckchair by the pool,reading. You picked a shady spot away from the sunbathing crowd so you could read in peace. Your stupid friends had forced you out of the hotel room before they left to go shopping and they'd taken your key,nagging,"What's the point of being on vacation if you don't leave the room!"
You're trying to get into your novel when loud shrieks and laughter erupt somewhere nearby. You plug your earphones in, but your music does nothing to drown out the noisy boys who had just arrived at the pool. One particularly loud shout has you slamming your book shut and you turn,ready to unleash your wrath on at least one of these idiots.
You spot the owner of the shrieks because he's screaming again. God,he's so damn loud. You glare at him as you approach, determined to give him a piece of your mind.
