Taehyung is sitting next to Jimin and he looks pretty down. Jimin knows why, of course. He pats his best friend's arm comfortingly. "Once he gets to know you, he'll fall in love with you, I'm sure. I thought you said he already noticed you last week?"

Tae nods sadly. "Yes, and sometimes I catch him looking my way, but nothing else is happening."

"Then you gotta do something to make things happen."

Jimin has been encouraging Tae for over a month now. He feels sorry that Tae's crush is so obviously one-sided, but Tae just had to pick the most popular guy in their college for a love interest and he doesn't know what else he can do to help.

Suddenly there is a frantic hand smacking his arm and he looks over at Tae, who has a panicked look on his face. "Oh my god, Jimin, he's walking this way!"

"Ok and what do you want me to-"

Jimin doesn't get a chance to finish his sentence because Tae's face is all of a sudden headed straight for his own, pouted lips and all. Before he knows it, Tae's lips are smushed on to his and Jimin is being kissed. Pretty hard. It's starting to feel pretty nice, actually.

Jimin finds himself responding to the kiss and he tilts his head to one side for a better angle. One of his hands is already resting against the side of Tae's face, caressing it gently.

They've never done this before. It's all new. But it doesn't feel new. It feels so comfortable, so goddamned right. It's that feeling of coming home
