Cho Kyuhyun wasn't the most romantic person in the world. In fact, he's a little bit forgetful about the important date in his relationship with Sungmin. Example, six years ago when he dating Sungmin for the first time, he forgot Sungmin's birthday which make his close friend with him, Hyukjae, shook his head while muttering, "Sungmin's birthday is same with new year, how can you forget your boyfriend birthday moron?"

"Shut up! I'm too busy remembering math equation." He snaps at him and in same time carefully taking out a tray of cupcake from inside of oven.

Both male inside the kitchen fell in silent when cupcake had out from oven. Not a pretty cupcake who was greet them, but a black charcoal, "That's your cupcake? Man, your cooking skill is really terrible! I’m wondering what actually Sungmin see at you that make him agree to be your boyfriend?"

"I'm handsome, smart and have good future."

"But also forgetful and have no ability at cooking and too full with himself." Hyukjae continued his mock.

The bell on grandpa clock at living room sounding as sign now midnight already passed. "There's no bakery open at this hour right?" He asked desperately. He remembers Sungmin's birthday two hour before midnight and that's become the reason why he didn't have cake with him and he decided to try his luck by cooking a cupcake for Sungmin.

"No." Hyukjae replied shortly. In the end, Kyuhyun only able bring the candle along with him and singing a happy birthday song in front of Sungmin's dorm room. And maybe he's the luckiest person in the world because he had a caring boyfriend like Sungmin or maybe because Sungmin already knew Kyuhyun's forgetful habit, that day Sungmin didn't angry at all.

6 years had passed and his habit only changed a bit. He able to remember Sungmin's birthday and their anniversary date and few another date but besides that, he never bother himself to remember except if he want to.

He was packing his book after finishing his class at university when one of his student approaching him. "Excuse me Mr. Cho. I want to give you this." Her face red, she's shy, Kyuhyun could tell yet she bracing herself to give a box of chocolate for him.

"For me?" Kyuhyun asks rhetorically. She nodded.

"Thank you. You can go home now." Kyuhyun saw her face expression changed a bit, maybe she thought Kyuhyun's cold attitude would warmer a little after he got chocolate, but she's wrong.

"O-Okay Mr.Cho, see you tomorrow." She bowed and heading out the door.

Kyuhyun eyeing the chocolate lay on table. He's known as one of few handsome tutor at college, the other was Heechul from Design Graphic department and Yesung from Art and Performing department while he stuck at Math Department but he also known as tutor with coldest attitude at college or that what he show to his students. Despite of his attitude was like that, it seem every year he always gaining new fans but Kyuhyun knew, his number one fans the one and only Sungmin.

"Today is valentine day?" He murmured to himself. Something dawned on him. That's the reason Sungmin pushed him to wearing a pink necktie, despite Sungmin knew pink wasn't his favorite color. Sungmin sang a romantic song this morning while cooking breakfast for him. Sungmin made a heart-shape pancake for his breakfast. Sungmin gave him a piece of chocolate after he finished his breakfast and Sungmin kissed him longer than usual this morning. Sungmin wants to remind Kyuhyun today was valentine day with his own way yet his oh-so-called handsome boyfriend was too busy remembering the lecture he’ll give this morning at his class and make him didn’t realizes it until now.

Kyuhyun silently raked his brain, trying to find any plan that could be consider as romantic for spent valentine night together. He only thought about one thing, a candlelight dinner. Once Sungmin was say that he wants to have a candlelight dinner with him. Not must be at restaurant, he prefer at beach after that they’ll stay up all night and watching the sunrise at the morning, if they stay at east sea area of course. So, he fished out his phone and calling a hotel near Gwangalli beach area. He sighed in relief when the receptionist said there’s still room available, he booked and not forget asking them to prepare candlelight dinner for two. The next thing, he called his lover.

“Where are you now, baby?”

“Kona Bean. Sungjin can’t come today so I change my shift with him, after that I’ll go to music school. I had a class that I should attend this afternoon.”

“Can you cancel your class? Let’s take a trip to Gwangalli.”

“What's occasion?”

“Nothing. I just need fresh air.”

“Okay, I’ll postpone my class. Until two days later. What do you think?”

“Okay. Thank you baby. I love you.”

“I love you too.”

Kyuhyun was smiling happily, finally something going well with my surprises event, thought him. He packs his bag as fast as possible and heading toward parking lot before some of his student stopped him again and wasting his time listening their confession.

“Mr. Cho.” However, this time wasn’t one of his student who stopped him. That was the department dean. “Can I talk with you for few minutes?”

“Sure, Ma’am.”

Few minutes had been extended to few hours because she suddenly made a full meeting with other tutor at math department. He checked his wristwatch from time the time. He sighing when he realized his phone was dead and nothing he could do to call Sungmin. He tweeted him though, but still, the probability his lover saw his tweet was almost zero.

Almost midnight when the painstakingly meeting finally ends. Kyuhyun scurried off to his car and drive as fast as possible. He tiptoed when he entering his shared apartment. The lamp had turned off, that’s mean Sungmin already asleep. He took another steps and he saw someone slept at couch. Kyuhyun knelt down beside Sungmin’s sleeping figure. He brushed off few hairs from his forehead and planted a kiss on it. Sungmin moved a bit. His eyelids flutters open. “Kyuhyun?” he called softly. “Yes baby.”

Suddenly Sungmin jolted get up and hugged Kyuhyun, very tight until he almost choked him, “Oh my god, I’m so worried about you. No call, no text message, your phone was off; I thought something bad happen to you.” Despite Sungmin's nonstop flood of word, Kyuhyun could feel genuine worries from him and that’s make his heart warm. “I’m okay, baby. That’s just because the meeting took longer time than usual and I forgot charging my phone this morning.”

“Babo.” Sungmin scoffed in faux annoyed and flicked Kyuhyun’s forehead.

Kyuhyun smiled at first but his face become serious again, “I’m sorry because I ruining our supposedly valentine time and I can’t take you to Gwangali beach today. How about tomorrow?”

Sungmin shook his head, “The important thing is I spent valentine day with you and not with someone else. Don’t push yourself to take day off if you can’t leave your work behind. We can find another time, though. I understand.”

“Thank you baby. You’re the best person someone can wish for.” Kyuhyun kissed Sungmin and despite he has thousand times kissed him but the feel this time was similar with the first romantic kiss they shared. Kyuhyun’s hand accidentally brushed his coat pocket and a thing caught his attention.

“I have this for you.” He pulled out a box of chocolate.

“Thank you.” Sungmin beamed in happiness.

“Happy valentine day.” Kyuhyun said again.

“But midnight had passed Kyu. Today no longer valentine day. But, ah, whatever. Thank you again…” Sungmin pulled Kyuhyun into another hug after that he pay attention to his chocolate again. Kyuhyun just shook his head and watching his childish boyfriend unwrap the chocolate.

“Umm…Kyu~” Sungmin calls with frown on his face.

“What?” Kyuhyun asked confusedly. His gaze shifted between Sungmin’s frown and chocolate in at his hand.

“This chocolate is written I love you Mr. Cho. I think it’s supposedly I love you Sungmin or I love you Bunny or something like that.”

Kyuhyun smiled sheepishly. He scratch behind his neck, “I forgot to buy chocolate for you and that’s from my student, but I never love her. I just love you. I swear, Sungmin.” He explained frantically. The last thing he wants to see before he die is watching Sungmin’s angry face. He never saw it before and he didn't want to see it now.

“Fine then. But tomorrow you should take me to Gwangali beach and leave your work behind.” Sungmin said while throwing the chocolate into trash bin.

“Okay, deal.” Replied Kyuhyun. He glad his precious bunny no longer angry or he will kiss his peaceful live goodbye.
