College Experiences“Kyuhyun I'm tired can I please just go to sleep?? It's nearly one am.” Ryeowook whined, letting the taller boy drag him out of his room with a tired groan.
“We just have to do one thing and then I promise you can go back to dreaming about giraffes and stuff don't worry.”
As Ryeowook slowly began to wake up he looked around to figure out where Kyuhyun was taking him, frowning as they turned the familiar corner.
“Wh...Why are we heading to Yesung's room?”
Kyuhyun just smiled at him, shaking the tube he had in his other hand excitedly. “Got some plans we need to carry out, no big deal.”
“You are absolutely ridiculous.” he sighed, rolling his eyes as Kyuhyun quickly shushed him.
“We can't have Yesung wake up so you gotta be quiet.” Kyuhyun whispered, ignoring Ryeowook's grumbles about him being the one really having problems about being woken up.
Quietly they set to work, wrapping the clear film tightly around the entirety of the door frame.
“Hows it look?”
“Like we're going to kill him.” Ryeowook replied tiredly.
“Excellent!” Kyuhyun whispered, “You're free to return to bed now.” he continued happily.
“Thank. God.” Ryeowook sighed, leaving a grinning Kyuhyun behind as he stormed back to him room, throwing himself back in bed.
The next morning went as expected, Ryeowook snapping awake at the screech and thump that echoed through the floor. Quickly sliding on his slippers he left his room, weaving through the small crowd of disoriented second floor inhabitants as he walked through the hallway, turning the corner to find Yesung looking up at him, awkwardly sprawled on the floor covered in cling wrap.

The more pranks that occurred the more suspicious Yesung became of both Kyuhyun and Ryeowook, eyeing them carefully every time he happened across them.
When Ryeowook approached Yesung with a genuine question one night he frowned, feeling terrible when the older boy nearly jumped out of skin at the sight of him.
“Ryeowook! What – uhh – what are you doing here?” Yesung asked, looking around behind the smaller boy suspiciously.
“I had a question about moving some of the furniture around in my room... is this a bad time? I can come ba--”
“NO!” The elder shouted, frantic gaze focusing back on Ryeowook as the younger began to leave. “No, its probably safer to have you here where I can see you...”
“What?”
“What!? Uhh, nothing don't worry... just come in.” Yesung replied awkwardly, ushering the smaller boy into his room while still looking around the hall sharply.
“Kyu I'm pretty sure we've broken him.” Ryeowook whined, Kyuhyun not bothering to look up from his textbook as they studied together in the library.
“It can't be that bad.”
“All I wanted was to get a new desk and instead I spent over twenty minutes trying to convince him there wasn't an alternative motive to my request! He probably thought we were going to drop the desk on him!”
Kyuhyun laughed, finally looking up to give Ryeowook an amused smirk.
“That's not too bad of an idea...”
“You're terrible!” Ryeowook exclaimed, Kyuhyun breaking into a fit of giggles. “Why do I have to be the one to do this again? You've got Donghae don't you?”
“Yeah but Yesung doesn't have a soft spot for Hae like he does for you.” Kyuhyun replied casually. “Its much easier to get away with stuff when he's willing to forgive you so easily.”
Ryeowook just hit the laughing boy over the head with his thickest textbook.

The ultimate prank, by Kyuhyun's definition at least, had Ryeowook wondering why he even bothered to befriend the boy.
They were both seated in Kyuhyun's dorm room, a colourful array of blown up balloons scattered all over the floor.
“I may be...the worst person...for this job.” Ryeowook complained, already out of breath after blowing up about a dozen balloons while Kyuhyun powered ahead.
“Aren't you a singer? Where is your stamina?!” Kyuhyun exclaimed, brilliant smile on his face as Ryeowook continued to grumble across him about his singing prowess. They managed to get half way through the packets in front of them when the door swung open, both freezing mid balloon as Donghae walked into the room. The older boy stopped, looking between the pair on the bed and sea of balloons around them before he sighed, throwing his bag on his own bed.
“I'm not even going to bother asking what the hell you two have planned.” he mumbled, settling beside Kyuhyun to grab a packet off the mattress between them to start blowing up balloons as well. When they were done they waited until the evening, Kyuhyun demanding that they needed the ~cover of darkness~ to put the plan into place.
Ryeowook reasoned that even at night time all the hall lights would still be on, but Kyuhyun refused to budge on the matter.
Sneaking down the stairs with four large trash bags full of balloons the made their way to Yesung's door, Ryeowook on lookout as Kyuhyun made quick work of the lock.
“How on earth do you have his room key!?” Ryeowook hissed, Kyuhyun giving him a lopsided grin.
“I have my methods.”
“I hate you so much...” Ryeowook mumbled, rolling his eyes at Kyuhyun's chuckles as he turned back to watch the hall until he heard the click of the door opening. With the door now opened they quickly moved into the room, water clearly running from inside the attached bathroom.
“We have to move fast, get to work.” Kyuhyun whispered, closing the door gently before tipping one of the bags upright, balloons scattering everywhere. By the time they had emptied each of the bags there was a sea of bright balloons, swallowing the floor and the bed as they rolled around.
“Plan complete!” Kyuhyun whispered, wicked grin on his face a he pushed Ryeowook back out of the room, shoving the few escaping balloons back in before shutting the door tightly.
“He's going to freak...”
“It's nothing we can't handle!” Kyuhyun cheered. “C'mon lets go eat some of Hae's chocolate.”
Half an hour later they were sprawled out on the couch, watching some sort of boring drama when they caught a number of thumps coming from upstairs before a door finally slammed open.
“KYUHYUN! RYEOWOOK!” A familiar voice shrieked, the pair running upstairs to find Yesung once again sprawled out on the floor just outside his door, a mess of balloons surrounding him. “You two are pure evil.” he sighed, letting Ryeowook pull him to his feet.
The smaller boy gave him a sympathetic smile, desperately trying to hold in his giggles as he tried to fix Yesung's wild hair that was sticking up in every direction. As Ryeowook went to to apologise, Yesung visibly softening at the gentleness of the boy Kyuhyun rolled his eyes, shoving both back into the room.
As the pair disappeared into the sea of balloons with another shriek Kyuhyun cackled loudly, jumping in alongside them.
