"I can explain..." Jinyoung was staring at me with eyes begging for forgiveness. I didn't move an inch. In fact I couldn't.

"Hye-ie ya it's not what you're thinking." His voice resonanced in my ears again, sounding further and further. What am I thinking? You really want to know? I'm literally seeing you half in another woman's apartment. Maybe dad was wrong, you are not the one.

My eyes hurt staring past him, searching for signs of betrayal. But I couldn't see her. Bedroom duh. I saw his hands trembled while they slowly reached for mine. But I slapped them off heartlessly. His mouth was a thin line now. Maybe he knew there was nothing to explain. I looked away, fighting away the urge of running into his arms, to tell him that I could trust him.

Shinwoo placed a hand on my shoulder. I felt his firm grip as though already prepared to give Jinyoung a hard punch. He didn't speak. None of us were. The apartment was quiet too, like there was only Jinyoung. So much for hiding.

Jinyoung grabbed my hand again. I took a deep breath.

"Don't touch me with those hands that touched another woman." I said through gritted teeth. He must have understood the pain in my tone because he let go immediately like cutting a thread.

"Get me out of here."

Shinwoo didn't speak a word but he understood every word. He took my hand and pulled my numb body towards the elevator, leaving the stiffened Jinyoung dazed at the door. But he didn't came after me afterall. Forget it Ji Hye stop dreaming. As soon as we've entered the elevator, moisture damped my stone face. I wasn't exactly crying. The tears fell on their own like a bleeding heart. If my heart could bleed out I would've died already.

Shinwoo pulled me closer to him, just enough for me to lean on. This time I didn't pull away from him. I accepted his warmth, a different warmth from Jinyoung's - a brighter shade of orange aura. I took a deep breath and allowed him to guide me.

Then I felt the slightest touch of something soft on my hair. I lifted my head to face him, surprised by our distance. Our faces were so close, our lips almost touching. I stared into his eyes, seeing my own reflection. Is it different from what I've seen inside Jinyoung's?

I looked like crap. Then before I even have time to curse mentally at my appearance. Shinwoo kissed me.

But I was even puzzled at myself - I didn't flinch.
