It was like a dead lock unclicked inside my head, I was thinking logically. Too logical it's scary. The surrounding was unfamiliar now, but we weren't heading to the hospital. 

"SHINWOO, WHERE ARE WE GOING?!" I raised my voice fighting with the deafening sound of the motor.

He didn't answer. So I nudged him this time, and he shrugged.

"I CANT HEAR YOU WHY DONT U ASK ME AFTER WE'VE ARRIVED!" His voice sounded far away. Well then.

We arrived under a high-rise apartment instead. I almost jumped off his bike to take a closer look.

"HER HOUSE?" my voice was an octave higher but I couldn't care less even if I sound hysterical.

He removed his helmet and flipped his hair coolly. Then I realised his hair wasn't in braids and tied up in a sharp tail as usual. I stared at how stunning and dangerously hot with his natural hairstyle. That even got me blinking a few more times than usual. Oh gawd Ji Hye now isn't the time to look at Shinwoo!

Right.

"WHERE ARE WE? I THOUGHT.."

"Her house." his voice was cold. Harsher than his supposingly harsh tone. He gazed skywards and pulled me past the automated doors. He keyed in the password without any hesitation and punched the Upwards button for the lift in swift actions.

"How..."

I wanted to ask about the password but the atmosphere around us was nothing but seriousness with a slight hint of awkwardness. We didn't speak a word to each other until the lift finally stopped at the 15th floor.

"Last unit on the right." he lightly grabbed my wrist and pulled me down the corridor. Only 3 units on the whole level. She must be rich. I imagined Jinyoung lying on the couch of her spacious living room while she cooked. I shook my head furiously at the thought. That should be me.

We came to a halt and Shinwoo turned me sideways to face a white password protected door.

"This?" I pointed at the doorbell but my finger tip lingered on the button refusing any strength. That was a wrong move. Shinwoo pushed my finger coldly and I heard the doorbell echoed from inside.

I shot him a look of shock and disbelief, but his eyes were fixed on the door. Very deliberately avoiding me.

Just then, there was a loud click on the door, and it opened inwards. I turned around hastily.

I wish I never did.

Jinyoung was standing by the door. His face a mixture of shock and anger. His sharp pheonix eyes looked past me and flickered to Shinwoo immediately. But they moved back slowly meeting mine.

No sound came through my mouth. My throat was burning and my eyes felt sore. I stared through the windows of his soul and down his neck, his shoulders, then they lingered on his bare chest. He wore only jeans.

Shinwoo spoke first. His tone was ice cold and low almost as though a snarl escaped his throat.

I flinched.

"Jung Jinyoung. What do you think you're doing?"
