"Before you guys yell" I piped in before they spoke. "We made up"

"Excuse me?" Taehyun said.

"He apologized for what he did, and we're friends now" I smiled. "Isn't that great?"

My smile soon faded away once I realized I was the only one smiling.

"I dont understand why you guys are so mad at me?" I said.

"Believe us, were happy that you guys made up" Seunghoon said. "But-"

"But what!?" I asked.

"But you dont listen!" Seungyoon jumped in.

"All we've been trying to do is protect you. We want to make sure that if something ever happened to you, we can be able to help you. But youre not even giving us the chance to prove ourselves" He stood up from the chair and stood next to me.

"We know that you can handle yourself well, but we want you to rely on us sometimes. We're like your older brothers who want to make sure you are safe, so please listen to us and consider our feelings. Otherwise we feel as if we failed" He finished talking. 

I sighed.

"I understand how you guys feel and I appreciate you all wanting to protect me. I always felt that I would be a burden to you all if I bothered you with my problems and so I wanted to handle everything myself. Considering your feelings, I will rely on you whenever I am in trouble" I wrapped my arm around Seungyoon.

"Thats all we can ask for" He replied with a smile.

The next week I went to visit Soryong at the ICU. The familar sounds of the beeping machines filled the room.

I sat down for a while and just supported him with my presence.

There was a knocking on the door and I stood up to answer.

"Hello" I said, opening the door to face Rome.

"I knew you'd be here today" He said.

"When arent I?" I laughed.

"I came to invite you out"

I shot him a look.

"Not like a date" He sighed and laughed. "Bobby and I are going out and he--ouch--I mean I wanted to invite you along. So do you want to come?"

I looked back at Soryong. I walked over to him and kissed his forehead. 

Then, I grabbed my bag and walked back to the door.

I walked into the hallway and spotted Bobby right next to the door frame.

"Hello" He smiled.

"Hi" I smiled back.

"So where are we going?" I asked.

"Bowling!" Rome cheered.

I looked down at my outfit. I was not dressed for bowling.

"Can I go home first?" I asked and they nodded.

"You guys can just follow me home" I said. "But dont take that as an invitation to come over anytime you want" I laughed and walked away.

We finally made it to my house and Bobby headed straight for the hammock.

"This is awesome!" He exclaimed.

"You have a really cool house" Rome said.

"Thank you. Im going upstairs to change..um just make yourselves comfortable"

I ran up the stairs.

I looked through my closet, searching through clothes like a maniac.

"Omg, whats wrong with you Aaliah?" I was talking to myself. "You are going bowling. Pick something casual"

I continued searching for an outfit until I found the perfect one.

I went inside the bathroom and touched up my make up.

I think its the idea of just being around two boys makes me want to look nice.

"Just breathe" I took in a deep breath. "Youre just hanging out with some new friends, why are you so nervous" 

I probably looked crazy talking to myself in the mirror.

Once I regained my senses, I went back down the stairs.

As I was trailing down, I heard more than two voices in my livingroom.

"Who let you guys in?" I asked.

"You dare to go bowling without us?" Mino complained.

"Uhh yeah, thats what I was planning on doing" I said, as "a matter of fact".

"Well thats too bad" Seungyoon stood beside me. "Because they invited us" 

"Greaaat" I sarcastically said.

All 8 of us were at the bowling alley.

I realized I was surrounded by a bunch of guys and I felt really safe.

We all left to go find our bowling balls.

I was on the other side of the alley cause it was hard finding a ball with a good enough weight for my weak arms.

"You look great" I felt someone lean over me and whisper in my ear.

I jumped and turned around. 

"Jesus you scared me" Rome just laughed and walked away.

I followed him.

"Hey" He turned around.

"Help me find a ball, theyre all too heavy" I whined.

He smiled and helped me look through all the different ones. 

"What about this one?" He picked up one.

I took it from his hands and practiced swinging the ball to test its weight.

"Youre holding it wrong" He said.

"Wha-" He grabbed my hands and placed my fingers in the right spot.

"Doesnt that feel better?" He looked into my eyes.

"Y-yes" I stuttered. Whats wrong with me? 

"Now try to swing it" He said.

"Okay"

I practiced my swing and it actually was much smoother.

"See" He smiled. "Youre welcome" He walked off again.

I stood there dumbfounded.

Did I really just stutter?

"Hey girl, hurry up!" I heard Taehyun yell.

"Coming!" I sped my way back.

"So are we teaming up or competing seperately?" Seungyoon asked, warming up his hands.

"I think we should team up 4 groups of 2" Mino said.

"Ooh I call A-" 

"Wanna be my partner?" Rome cut Jinwoo off.

"Uhh...sure" I answered.

I heard Jinwoo smacked his teeth. Im sorry Jinwoo. 

The teams ended up being : Rome and I, Taehyun and Bobby, which I thought was cute cause they looked like each other.  Seungyoon and Mino, and lastly, Seunghoon and Jinwoo.

We imputted our information and we set up all our bowling balls.

I felt my waist being touched and then Rome whispered in my ear.

"We're definitely going to win this" 

I quickly walked away before anybody else saw what had just happened.
