I was checking how I look for the last time. I hope my disguise won’t give me away. I was wearing short shorts, white tank top, and a dark blue baseball cap pulled low on my face. A blue mid calf chucks and a big sun glasses; I was never this daring but that is exactly what I need right now. Its summer and I would look freakin’ hilarious if I wear a hoodie and a big scarf.

Hhhmmm, not bad. I thought just as my I heard my phone rings.

“Neh, I’m going down now.”  I cooed as I grab my bag.  The girls are cosily lounging on our living room, eating pop corn, and watching TV.

“Girl, I’m off now. “

“Unnie, what time are you coming back?” Minzy called out.

“I’m not sure yet. I have to go, Su Young’s already downstairs.”

“We have a schedule tomorrow at 1:00pm. Don’t forget about it, unnie.” CL said.

“Arasso, bye girls. Oh! Bommie-ah, take it slow. Your cheeks are going to pop out soon. Leave some popcorn for our babies.” I chuckled as I swiftly close the door.

An hour after, Su Young and I arrived at the Korean Folk Village. It’s around three in the afternoon and the weather is freaking HOT. Su young and I almost had an identical attire only that my shorts are shorter than hers and most of my hair is hidden.  We were watching the filming from a far, taking shed underneath a tree.

My eyes glued only to one man. I almost rushed towards him when he almost fell down on his horse and when I saw him wrench from a sword fight.  Luckily, Su Young had quick reflexes that she was able to pull me back and wake me from my trance.  I will be busted big time if not for her.

“Thank you.” I said.

“Unnie, are you alright?”

“Neh... I was just so focus on Joongie that I forgot where we are.” I gave out a small smile. I looked around and I saw a lot of fans are there; Japanese and Koreans mostly. There are also students around having their educational tour and stopping from time to time to check out the actors. I heard some grade schooler screamed ‘Kim Kyung Tak Jjang!!’ and it brought smile on my face.

I heard Su Young talking to someone over the phone so I turned back my attention on the filming and Joongie is nowhere in sight. Where did he go?

“Yes, she’s with me. 90 degrees on your left; under the tree. Yes, that’s short shorts she’s wearing. Well, its summer what do you expect? I still think it’s too conservative for her. She should have worn a two piece. That would be fun. Arasso...Arasso... Geeezzzzz... you don’t have to scream. “

Flashback

I haven’t seen Dara for weeks. The last time I saw her was 3 days after Junsu released his album. She was not answering my calls and I had a feeling it got something to do with the song I made “No Gain”.  We were doing just fine talking on the phone everyday then suddenly she was avoiding me. I knew that would happen.  Her paranoid mind must be confusing her and my hunch was confirmed when I received a call from the Bominator trying to exterminate me for hurting her friend.

I pleaded Minzy to text me on Dara’s whereabouts and she was kind enough to do so. One afternoon, I was heading back to Seoul for Jackal filming the following morning when I received a text message that Dara was to Samcheong-dong for the night. Perfect! It made my day. I can finally see my Angel.

I asked manager hyung to drop me home instead of the Cjes office and told him to pick me at Samcheong-dong in the morning. He smirked looking at my grinning face and I just shrugged my shoulders as if it was nothing.  

At 5:30PM, I was on my way to Samcheong-dong; usually it will take me an hour to reach the area at this time of the day but I had to loss three sasaeng taxis that were tailing me so it was not until 7:15pm when I arrived. As soon as I opened the gate, I saw the lights are on so I know that Dara’s already inside probably eating ramen. I smiled. I hurriedly park my car beside hers and just as I closed the door I saw my Angel at the porch rubbing her eyes, making sure that I was really there. I smirked. I went to close the gate then back to my car to take my bag and food that I bought on my way.

“Hello Angel...” I said mischievously. I kissed her cheeks and went inside leaving a still stunned girlfriend outside. I placed my bag on the sofa and headed to the kitchen and just as I expected she was eating ramen for dinner. I called out for her and after a few minutes, she showed up. I looked at her and smiled pointing on the sushi’s I brought.

She arched her brows and took a seat without leaving her eyes on me. “Are you bribing me with those?” she muttered sarcastically.

Slightly, I thought.

“Of course not, Angel...  I’m hungry and I just happened to pass by a Japanese restaurant on my way.” I started filling my plate and eat... then I stopped seeing that she’s not moving an inch.

“How did you know I am here?” she asked.

“Minzy.”

“You’re so dead when I see you Mingky.” She mumbled lowly.

“Angel, it’s not her fault. I asked for her help. I want to explain but you are not taking my calls.” She remained silent and just stared at me and it made me really nervous.  “Junsu, asked me to make a song for him and I happily obliged. The song is “No Gain” as you know”;  I saw her forehead furrowed when I mention the song. What have I done? I thought.  “I started making that song when we were having problems then I totally forget about it until Junsu asked so I look for other inspiration to finish the song.  I was surfing the net and found one and that’s how I finished it. Angel, yes ... the song is partly how I feel but the other girl thing ... it’s not real. I swear on Yoochun’s father’s grave. I am telling the truth. Please... baby... believe me.” I begged.

“Yah, Kim Jaejoong. Why dragged Yoochun’s father here? How disrespectful of you.” she suddenly erupted that I jolted back on my seat.

“Ani... Miane... I didn’t mean it in a bad way. Miane.” I placed my hands together and looked up. “Miane, ahjussi. Miane.”   I looked at Dara and she was trying her best not to laugh. “Baby, jinjja, I am telling the truth. Didn't you hear what I said during Dr. Jin's presscon? I said my heart is taken... it's only yours. Believe me please...”

She ignored me and started eating. Finishing her ramen and eating the sushi I brought. I started to relaxed a bit. I get back to my food. Slowly eating and looking at Angel from time to time, trying to read her mind. I saw her gulped her juice and finishing the food on . I looked at her silently, waiting... and waiting... and waiting... This lady is going to pay for it later. She’s trying to torture me. I thought.

“Only if you have a gift for me.” She suddenly uttered.

“Huh???”

“I will forgive you if you have a peace offering for me.”

I pointed my chopsticks on the remaining sushis.

“Ani... I don’t want that. I will give you an hour. I want a cute, fun, and exciting present.”

I thought of the gift that’s in my bag but I tried not to show it. If I gave it to her right away, she may think that I came prepared and was really thinking of bribing her so I acted nonchalantly.

“An hour Angel? It’s too short. Besides, the traffic is so heavy. How can I get back here in just an hour?”

“That is you problem Kim Jaejoong not mine and your one hour starts now.”

“Huh!!” I muttered. “Oh~” I scrambled to my feet, got my bag, cap, and hoodie, and headed out.

I went out of the house without using my car and I heard Dara calling after me about my car.  I smirked. You will pay for making fun of me Sandara Park. I was walking under the cover of the night and smiling thinking of the present inside my bag. I should kill time so I started heading to the shops nearby cautiously checking the surroundings. Luckily, its weekdays and dinner time so most people are either inside a restaurant or coffee shops. At one of the shops, I saw a cute green headband. I thought it would look good on my Angel. Her porcelain beauty will come out if she wears it. I haven’t seen her wearing one and I’m pretty excited to see how she will look. I was giggling and acting like a fan boy when I saw the salesperson looking at me oddly so I acted cool, pulled my baseball cap lower to cover my face and paid for it.

I saw Dara waiting for me at the living room, watching a variety show. I smirked looking at her challenging look. I took a seat beside her and lean my head on her shoulder. I encircled my arm on hers as the other caresses her hand. I felt her head gently lean on mine and it warms my heart. We should always be like this, I thought. Savouring the loving f
