Narrator POV

“What’s wrong?” Myungsoo asked as soon as he stepped foot inside the house 30 minutes later thanks to Kai’s helicopter.

“I… messed up…” Kai was on the couch with his head buried in his hands.”Really badly…”

Myungsoo frowned, “What did you do this time.”

“I ran over her sister…” Kai mumbled.

“What?!” Myungsoo thought he had heard wrong.

 “It was dark and raining… she came running out of nowhere and I couldn’t stop on time…I-I…”

Myungsoo sat down beside Kai and patted him on the back. “It’s okay Kai… it wasn’t intended, but what exactly happened?”

“He ran over her sister?” L took out his ear piece, he had just finished his rehearsal, “How is she?”

“Jessica is currently unconscious, in a coma at the hospital right now,” his manager replied.

“No I mean Yvonne,” L grabbed a towel and dabbed it on his forehead. He really didn’t care about anybody else but Yvonne at the moment.

“We’re not sure, she went home afterwards. The house was quiet, and there were no signs of disagreements or fights,” he manager frowned, “Do you think she would forgive him?”

L thought for a minute and then answered, “Yes.” He knew that Yvonne had a kind heart, especially since it wasn’t fully Kai’s fault to begin with. Yvonne wouldn’t do anything about it. “But they’re not possible anymore.”

“What do you mean?” his manager frowned.

L took a water bottle, “I mean,” and opened the cap. “that she’ll never be able to love him. Maybe they’ll act like they’re okay on the outside, but on the inside they are incredibly far away from the other. They’re broken and it can’t be repaired.” L drank the water.

“Are you sure?” his manager questioned suspiciously.

“Yes, I know Yvonne well enough. I’m sure,” L rolled his eyes.

“But just to make sure that it will be impossible…”

L’s eyes narrowed, “What are thinking?”

“That this is the perfect opportunity…”

L looked at his manager warily, “I’m not doing anything illegal…”

His manager sighed, “Like I would sent my number one hit to jail…we just need to diminish Kai’s threat to you.”

L’s heart wavered, “How?”

His manager looked around to make sure nobody was listening and then motioned for L to come closer.

L leaned in and his manager spoke, “Like this…”
