Stop Telling Me Lies!
*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK*
Wooyoung groaned, squinting through his poofy eyes. The knocking startled him again as he got off the couch.
"I'm coming... I'm coming..."
Not that he really wanted to answer the door. He wasn't in the mood for talking to anyone. He had bet it was Chansung at the door, wanting to take his hyung out for lunch or some silly thing. But to Wooyoung's surprise when he opened the door, there stood Nichkhun, looking tired, rushed, and all over the place.
"N-Nichkhun... What are you..?"
"Let's leave. Together. Let's leave this town."
Wooyoung's mouth gaped open like a fish. "I... I can't."
"Why not?" He could see Nichkhun's excitement slowly fade away.
"Nichkhun... I... I can't just leave. I have... Bills to pay, rent... My house. My job...Your job. You can't just leave it."
"I'll find another job. Come on... Let's go."
Wooyoung closed his eyes, trying to keep the sting of tears away.
He opened his mouth, closing it again. "I can't." He said in a whisper, not sure if Nichkhun heard.
But he did. Because he was Nichkhun, his childhood friend who could hear him whisper from a mile away. His friend breathed in, his breathe hitching in his throat.
"I'm leaving... I can't stay here anymore. Everything reminds me of Victoria. If I leave... My problems won't follow me."
"Aren't I a problem?" Wooyoung laughed. "No, I was just a problem to Victoria. That was it wasn't it
