Stop Telling Me Lies!
Wooyoung opened his eyes, bright white blinding him as he covered his face with his arm.
“You're awake.” A relieved voice said next to him.
He glared, peeking under his arm. Nichkhun was sitting in a chair, smiling at him with worry. Wooyoung sat up, his hand pushing against the soft fleece sheets that did not feel like his own. He looked down at the bed, then all around the room. White walls surrounded him, giant windows to his right and a curtain blocking his view to the left.
“Where am I?”
“The hospital.”
“Why?”
The older boy got up from his seat, sitting next to Wooyoung on the bed. “Wooyoung... How long have you been having these nightmares?”
“Nightmares?” The smaller boy raised a brow.
“The ones about you being in the dark.”
Wooyoung tensed, gripping at his bedsheets. Nichkhun jumped, grabbing the younger boy's hands and squeezing.
“It's okay. I'm right here.”
He looked at his hands then to the older boy's face. “Those...”
“Yes... How long have you been having them?”
“I've only had them a couple times... What am I doing here Nichkhun? Did you do something to me while I was asleep?” He chuckled but it died in his throat as he looked at the older boy.
“Wooyoung... You've been having night terrors...”
“What?”
Nichkhun moved closer, prying Wooyoung's hands from the sheets and intertwining their fingers.
“Do you remember anything from when you came home last night?”
“I remember being really tired... And you told me to have a nap so we went to the couch and I laid down.”
“Anything else?” The older boy gave his hand a gentle squeeze.
“No.”
Nichkhun took a deep breath. “About an hour after you feel asleep, you started shaking and screaming. I woke you up but you continued to scream then too...
