Tiffany’s pov

“ Stop all of this!!! “ Prince Jordan stopped hitting Taeyeon when Amber barged in with a group of knights.

“ H-how did you… “ Taecyeon questioned when he saw Amber and her people. He let go of me and put his hands up to surrender.

“ Thanks to you. One of my man followed you here when he saw you and Tiffany sneaking out the castle. He quickly informed me after he saw you kidnaping Tiffany. “

“ S-!! “ Prince Jordan cursed. He took out a knife and pointed at Taeyeon’s neck.  “ Don’t you dare come near or else I’ll slice !! “

“ Let go of her, uncle you can’t go anywhere now!! “

“ Shut up!!! Why? Why can’t it be me who succeed the throne?? I’m smarter, stronger and more capable of being the king than you do. Why? I know you have a secret!!! TELL ME!!! Or else she will die NOW!! “ King Jordan screamed.

“ Uncle, I don’t have any secrets. Please let go of her. Don’t hurt her, please!! “

“ Don’t think you can fool me!! If I let her go, you’ll definitely kill me!! I rather die with her!!! “

Prince Jordan was about to cut Taeyeon’s throat but fortunately one of Amber’s man shot him with a crossbow pistol and Prince Jordan died instantly. We quickly untie Taeyeon and brought her back to the castle for some treatment. They caught Taecyeon and locked him in the prison.

Now, me and Taeyeon are alone in the infirmary….

“ Does it hurts? “ I asked while caressing her bruises.

“ Now it doesn’t. It’s like you’re putting some magical spell on it. “ She said while giving me her cute smile.

“ Yeah, how about I put some on your lips? “

“ Awesome. “

Our lips touched but broke when Amber walked in.

“ Hey Tae…. Opps, wrong timing. Haha…“Amber said while laughing awkwardly. “ Are you okay? “

“ Yup I am. How about you? “

“ What do you mean how about me? “ Amber asked looking confused.

“ Have you decided to go look for your princess? “

“ I don’t know…. I’m not sure if she wanted to see me… “

“ Don’t worry about that now, go and look for her and show her your love!! “

Next day in meeting room….

Still Tiffany’s pov

Amber gathered me and the parliament in the meeting room for some announces. Well, it’s weird because I’m here.

“ Everybody, today I have something important to announce. “ Amber started her announcement. “ I’ll  give up on the throne. “

“ What?? “

 “ What do you mean? “

“ Then who will succeed the throne? “

“ Yeah, Prince Jordon is dead. Who will be the next king? “

Everyone bombarded Amber with questions….

“ Don’t worry, I have chosen the next successor of the throne. It’s Queen Tiffany. “ Amber stated which startled me. Me? To rule Liudon Kingdom?? 

“ What?!? But Queen Tiffany is a woman. Our kingdom never had a woman successor. “ A member of parliament said.

“ So let her be the first. I believe she is smarter and is more capable to rule this kingdom compared to me. We don’t have anyone else to be the king, so why not let her be the first queen to rule this kingdom. “ Amber announced and everyone started nodding their heads.

Everybody decided that I will take Amber’s place. After the meeting……

“ Why? “ I asked when everybody left and there’s only me and Amber in the meeting room.

“ I’m tired Tiff, and I’m not capable in being a good king. I can see potential in you, I believe you can be a better queen. I’ll not be here anymore, so please help me. “

“ What do you mean? Where are you going? “

“ I always wanted to live in a simple and comfortable life. I’m going to live in the village…. “

“ But I’m not sure if I can be a good queen. “

“ Don’t worry, you’ll have Taeyeon to support you. She’s smart and I know she can help you a lot in the future. “

“ Ok, see you in the future. And be sure to look for Krystal, I know this is another reason. “ I said and we hugged before she left and packed her things.
