“Yuri?”

“Hey Fany!”

“You asked to see me?”

“Come and sit down.” Tiffany could feel the coldness coming from Yuri as she was sitting at her desk looking at some paper. 

“It’s Sunday morning. Where is Yoona?”

“She’s still sleeping.”

“Shouldn’t you stay in bed with your lovely wife?”

“I have some stuff to take care of.”

“Ok. So why are you asking to see me?”

“When are you going to tell me?” Yuri close the file and look at Tiffany straight in the eyes.

Tiffany gulped nervously. She know exactly what Yuri was saying.

“I’m a doctor Yul. I can’t tell you when he asked me not to.”

“I thought that you are my best friend?”

“I am. But I still have to respect my patient’s wish.”

“But he is my father for god sake.” Yuri stand up and hit the table hard. 

“I know. I’m sorry, but I don’t have a choice. And You have to calm down Yul. You can’t be mad at me because of this. This is not fair.” Tiffany also raise her voice.

Yuri sighed deeply trying to calm down. She turn around and close her eyes for a while before speaking again.

“How long does he has?”

“3 months.”

Yuri’s hand turn into a ball. 

“Thank Fany. If you don’t mind, I want to be alone right now.”

Tiffany wanted to make Yuri feel better, but she know better to leave Yuri alone when she asked to be. So she just patted Yuri on the shoulder and leave the room.

Once the door close, Yuri fell down on her knee and cry her heart out. Yoona who just came inside the room the moment Tiffany left was surprise to see Yuri broke down like that. 

She walk toward Yuri and kneel down next to Yuri.

“Yul?” 

The moment Yuri saw those doe’s eyes staring at her, she broke down and cry even harder, because she knows that Yoona will never let her fall. Yoona wrap Yuri in her embrace and let Yuri cry as much as she want.

“It’s ok. Just let it out. Let it all out.” Yoona said. 

She know that Yuri always trying to look strong, but Yuri is also just a human being. She get hurt, sad and scared too. She was glad that Yuri could at least show her this side of her, because Yoona never want Yuri to feel that she’s alone.

*vibrate vibrate*

Yoona’s phone vibrate and she quickly pick it up from the night stand because she didn’t want to wake Yuri up. The girl fell asleep in her arms after she cried her heart out.

Yoona was about to get out of bed to pick up the call from Taeyeon, but Yuri hold onto her hand and stopped her.

“Don’t go.” Yuri pleaded.

“I won’t. Now go back to sleep.” Yoona said and hug Yuri while the girl just bury her head in Yoona’s chest.

“Yoong?”

“Hmm?”

“Let’s just reveal our relationship.”

“What? No Yul, we can’t do that yet.” 

“And why not?”

“Look Yul, we can’t risk the chance of you losing everything because of me.”

“But”

“I don’t care about whether the world will know or accept us. All I care about is you. I love you and even if we have to hide our relationship, I’ll still be with you no matter what. I will always love you. So I want you to just focus on winning this fight, so that no one will ever be able to break us apart anymore ok?”

“Okay.”

“Good girl, now rest. We have a lot to do tomorrow.”

The next day:

“Yoona!” 

Yoona had an appointment with Taeyeon at her office today. Since it’s at Taeyeon’s office, Yuri agree to let Yoona go alone, but she still has to take a body guard with her.

“Unnie!”

“I’m sorry! Did you wait for long?”

“Aniyo. I’ve just arrived.”

Taeyeon look at her wrist watch and it’s almost lunch time.

“Shall we talk while having lunch?”

“Sure Unnie.”

“Is he coming with us?” Taeyeon asked as she look at the guy standing outside her office.

“Oh uh… Mian unnie, Yuri was just being protective.”

“No it’s fine. I can understand her. I don’t mind he come along with us.”

“Ok, then let’s go. I’ll ride with you and tell him to follow us.”

“Ok.”

At the restaurant:

“So I heard Yuri clear up the rumour about you two?”

“Yes she did. I hope this wouldn’t disappoint Omma too much?”

“Well… she got what she wants. She just want to be seen in public with Yuri. It helps bring more investor.” 

“But it’s not right.”

“You know our mother Yoong.” Taeyeon tried to calm her angry little sister. Yoona has become very sensitive when the topic about their mother came up. “But look at the bright sight. They seems to accept your relationship now.”

“I don’t need their approval unnie. They are no longer my parents ever since Yuri’s accident happen. And they only accept Yuri because she has become the CEO of K Empire.”

“I’m sorry Yoona-ah.”

“No unnie. It’s not your fault. I’m sorry for taking it out on you.”

“Aniya. It’s fine. So umm are you going back to office after lunch?”

“Yeah I guess. Wae?”

“Well I miss bonding time with my sister. If you have time we should go shopping.” Taeyeon said and Yoona realise that she didn’t spend that much time with her sister. 

“I’ll let Yul know. We can go shopping after lunch. How about that?”
