MC1: waaaahhhh, I am seeing a new side to the girls...

After the girls’ performance, they now settled down and each helped in preparing the picnic prepared by Jaejoong.

 

“Why did you wear shorts today?” Jae asked the protective side is already kicking in

 

“My concept is cute and girly... it’s okay, I brought my sweater with me” Dara smiled at him to reassure him that she is okay

 

“Ani... that sweater of yours is so small, it will barely cover your legs... next time please don’t wear shorts...or anything short for that matter... see, why is Bom noona wearing tights over her dress and you are not?” Jae tried to talk in a soft voice, but since he was scolding Dara in wearing shorts his voice became a bit demanding like a father

 

The rest of them just rolled their eyes as the two slowly slipped into their own world again.
 

 

“So Bom-noona is the same age with Dara-noona?” Junsu asked while laying down the picnic mat trying to turn their attention towards something that won’t make them cringe out of cheesiness

 

“Ah neh, almost the same age, what should I call you sunbaenim?” Bom wondered while placing the plates on the mat

 

“Be comfortable with us, we are already a family, just use banmal” Yoochun suggested with a smile

 

“Cheongmal? Yehey!” Bom smiled then clapped her hands

 

“Jaejoong oppa, did you prepare all this?” Minzy asked while taking out the sandwiches from the basket

 

“Neh, I told them  that I should cook for my wife at least 1 meal a day, so this counts as cooking right... hehehehehe, it’s good that I packed a lot, I didn’t know I would get to meet my cute sisters in law!” Jae replied while pouring some juice on Dara’s cup, then Jae took his sweater off and gave it to Dara, since she was wearing jumper shorts to cover her legs with it.

 

“Chaerin-ah, you’re a bit quiet over there... LEADAH!” Yoochun noticed as CL was sitting on the corner of the mat wiping the spoon and fork meticulously

 

“ Ah, ani... just a bit nervous...” CL fidgeted on the mat

 

“This is our second time meeting each other right?” Jae tried to make some conversations with CL to make her feel comfortable

 

“Ah... MAMA! I handed that award to you oppa!” CL smiled remembering how flustered she was that night

 

“Ah, I remember that night, we were rookies then... we looked like lost schoo girls standing beside businessmen... you were wearing suits then... unlike us who were wearing our stage costume then” Dara recalled while shaking her head, handing Jae a slice of the sandwich then handed him some tissue

 

“Ah, I remember... Dara noona’s concept was punk rock, then Bom noona’s concept was cute and CL and Minzy were hip hop, am I right?” Junsu uttered while enjoying his sandwich

 

“How did you remember al that? That was what? 3-4 years ago?” Yoochun asked looking at Junsu suspiciously

 

“And I didn’t know where to place myself that time... I was so out of it... very nervous... ahhhhh Cheongmal... I really want to forget that!” CL smiled slowly opening herself up

 

“This is fun, meeting family in a nice environment. How did you think of this place?” Jae stated while looking at Dara who was happily taking a bit off of her sandwich.

PD: she said that she chose that place so that you can enjoy each other’s company without thinking of the fans getting hurt in the crowd

 

JAE: ah, Cheongmal? She’s very thoughtful just like me! AHAHAHAHAH! I fee l touched, cause she also thought about the welfare of my members, my wife is sweet right?

PD: how is it like being married to Jaejoong?

 

DARA: you can really feel the love of his fans... I thought I’d get a lot of hate mails for being his wife... but I was surprised to see lots of gifts in the office, in the dorm and at our house from his fans with letters like take care of our Jae-oppa... make him happy... we can see that he is happy when he is with you... it really is a very comforting feeling that at least I have the support of his fans... there are tons of gifts, couple gifts for Jae and I... thank you yoreubun!

PD: how did it feel when you were spending the day with the family?

 

DARA: it feels like home... like what family reunions are really all about... getting to know each other and laughing together, it was really fun!

JAE: it was like introducing your wife to your family for the first time... literally... that feeling of anxiety and nervousness and excitement... I was happy to see my wife together with her members, it was like she was shining... I hope one day she’ll shine like that whenever we’re together. AHAHAHAHA.

“Jaejoong-ah, I know our Dara is a bit shy, she may bottle up what she feels inside, be patient with her” Bom stated with almost a tear coming down her eye

 

“Omo... ottokae?! It really feels like I’m sending my sister off to marry... ottokae?” she added as she grabbed some tissue Yoochun handed to her while Dara hugged her tightly

 

“Oppa, unnie sometimes has her own world... that’s her charm, I hope one day, unnie will open a door to that world and let you in, fighting!” CL stated finally growing closer to them

 

“Jaejoong oppa, our unnie is very sensitive, and I thank you for understanding her and whatever faults she may have accept them and learn to love them because that is who she is... she does work hard, really really hard... JAEDARA couple FIGHTING!” Minzy concluded giving them her eye smile.

 

“Ah kyeopta! Kamsamnida!” Jae uttered as he gestured for the girls and him to have a group hug.

 

After the girls it was now the boys’ turn.

 

“Noona, I envy our hyung for marrying such a beautiful wife, he usually is playful but he has a sincere heart, it might seem like he doesn’t need taking care of but he does... he needs the care only you can give... his wife... please continue to love our hyung despite all the fanboys you have, have a happy married life!” Junsu smiled then did his angel pose which got a scolding from Jae.

 

“Dara noona, thank you for accepting hyung as your husband. He is a hyung that we really look up to, he has never been this way with anyone... only when in front of noona is he like this... acting really childish and very  protective, he is a very caring person and don’t forget, it’s okay to lean on him... noona saranghae... have many babies!” Yoochun stated mischievously which made everyone laugh.

 

They all group hugged each other before leaving.

After hugging each other, the couple bid farewell to the brothers and sisters in law. They were now left alone in the amphitheatre.

 

It was night time already when the others left, Jae offered Dara his jacket which she accepted gratefully. They then found a place at the center of the stage of the amphitheatre and laid the mat their and sat on it comfortably.

 

“So... who is Hero?” Jae blurted out all of a sudden

 

Dara was surprised at the question, she avoided his inquisitive gaze, she knew that there will come a time that Jae will ask questions like this, but she didn’t expect it to be this soon.

 

“Hero... who is he?” Jae asked again

 

“Um... he... he was my love team... back in the Philippines” Dara explained carefully still not meeting Jae’s eyes

 

“Oh... who is Joseph?”

 

At the mention of the name, Dara blushed shyly and bowed her head

 

“You are blushing... who is this Joseph that caused my wife to blush! I am getting angry right now” Jae joked trying to mask his jealousy

 

“Um... h-he.... was my n-namja chingu” Dara replied in a very soft voice

 

“What did you say?”

 

“He WAS my boyfriend”

 

Jae formed an O with his mouth then he leaned back with his arms supporting his weight while looking at the night sky...

 

“So you kissed them? Come to think of it, you really have a lot of kissing scenes!”

 

“B-but...”

 

“I think my wife has kissed a lot of men already... Ilwoo, Top, Lee Minho, Shinee boys, your YG dancer Youngdeuk, then at your concert your Solo performance of Kiss... then that elevator guy...Kim Jung San...ahhhh Cheongmal... so many!”

 

“I didn’t kiss Seunghyun and Shinee Minho it was a fake kiss... Taeminnie and I didn’t kiss, I didn’t kiss Jonghyun and Key and Jung San and Deukkie... I kissed Hero since it was part of our scene and as for Joseph... well he was my boyfr-“

 

“Arasso stop it... I’m getting embarrassed already... ahhhh why did I even ask about it” Jae sighed

 

“And besides didn’t you kiss alot of girls too? During the movie the Jackal is coming... then protect the boss with Wang JiHye then the music video” Dara enumerated sounding defensive

 

“But compared to yours... you still kissed alot!” Jae teased Dara who was turning red already

 

Dara pouted then was babbling incoherent words

 

“Arasso... arasso...” Jae then patted Dara’s head as he moved closer to her, both of them looked up at the night sky.

 

Right there and then, the two say a shooting star. Dara pointed it out then suddenly Jae grabbed a hold of Dara’s hand. She looked at Jae then at their intertwined hands then looked back at Jae who was closing his eyes, probably making a wish, she smiled and closed her eyes and made a wish too.

PD: you held her hands?

 

JAE: AHAHAHAHA! I thought it was the natural thing to do, I have to say that I really felt good seeing her that day... her performance, her cute outfit... her personality, her attitude... how she gets embarrassed when being teased... how she is as Sandara Park not as Dara of 2NE1... it felt like we were really a couple out on a date

 

PD: why did you ask her about her kissing scenes and her past?
 

JAE: after our first meeting, I searched about her... watched her old videos, like 2NE1 TV, their performances, fancams, concerts... fan boys... then I saw what I thought was something referring to me... HERO... ah... I thought wrong, it was that guy who won and where Dara was the runner up

 

PD: your reaction when you were asking about the guys were really shocking... jealous?

 

JAE: I’m lying if I would say I wasn’t bothered by it because I really was... chincha!!! She has so many scenes with other guys and there’s about a kiss scene with every one of them... I think I’m beginning to worry too much!

 

PD: but you also have kissed many women already

 

JAE: it’s different when a man sees his wife kiss others... even though it is in the past, still it bothers me... it’s like you want the first and last kiss to be you... I think I lost my mind already.

DARA: really, I was so embarrassed when he asked about it... ahhh, it’s really hot in here... I mean it’s not like he hasn’t kissed in his dramas right? But is it okay to feel a bit happy because he is jealous? It means he cares about me right?

 

She fanned herself then continued...

 

DARA: I was sitting there remembering all the fun things that happened that afternoon, then all of a sudden he asks me about the men in my life and getting jealous over it... I don’t know whether to feel happy or what about him being jealous over it.

 

PD: what did you think about today’s meeting?

 

DARA: like I have another family and my family has grown big! I’m happy I get to play with my members together with my husband and brothers in law.
