No one would’ve guessed what was to come next. Its crazy how one little prank turned into a life altering event?  Lee HyukJae a fun playful guy, one who gets the party going, was looking at an unfortunate event. It all happened to fast, how something that was just a joke, turned serious and ended him up S&M boarding school.

Yes, he may have tried to fight the transfer out of his school, but it would’ve been a futile attempt, considering the damage that was done by his actions. Now he’s forced to move miles away from home, away from everyone he knew, a new beginning awaits for him now.

Looking at the steps leading to the main entrance of the school, he let out a sigh.

“Just endure it for the remainder of the school year” HyukJae’s father said to him as he placed his right hand on Hyuk’s shoulder. He just let out another sigh in response to his father.

“I’ll try to get you back as soon as possible” His mother said as she pulled him in for a hug.

Once a close knit family being separated because of a little child’s play, it made their heart sink a bit, but they know that this was the best thing to do. No way was she going to let her child go to jail for something he didn’t commit, boarding school with community service was the next best thing.

They hugged and said their goodbyes, HyukJae watched as his parents leave, standing by stairs with luggage in hand.

“Hey there” HyukJae heard a voice called out to him. He turned around to see guy running down the stairs towards him with a bright smile on his face.

“You’re the new transfer student right?” He asked as he looked at Hyuk’s luggage and then meeting his eyes. “My name is Lee SungMin and I’ll be your guide for the day.” He continued to say as he outreached his right hand for a handshake.

HyukJae looked at him carefully, wondering why he is so genuinely cheery at such a place.

“Hi, my name is Lee HyukJae” he greeted as he took hold of SungMin’s hand.

“Nice to meet you HyukJae-ah,” SungMin replied with a smile on his face. “First I’ll take you to your dorm so you can drop your things off.”

Although his tour of the school grounds hadn’t officially started he saw a lot as they had made their way to the dorms all the way Far East.

“Girl dorms are on the other side” SungMin said as he saw HyukJae looking around taking in the scenery of the soccer field, tennis court, and swimming pool athletic area.

“There are girls here too?” Hyuk asked with a confused face.

“Yup, just over the hill over there” he said as he point southwest from where they are.

“I thought this was an all boy boarding school” Hyuk said, as he stopped to take in the view. They got in later than usual, the sun was setting now, and the scenery was just beautiful. There were no tall buildings, just nature beyond the school grounds, made the scene look that much better.

“Whatever you have heard about this place, i think you should just forget it” SungMin said, this isn’t the first time someone has come to this school with a misunderstanding of what happens there.

“What? You mean that this isn’t hell” HyukJae said as he turned to continue walking towards the building that was coming more into focus.

“Hey” SungMin said as he placed a hand on HyukJae shoulder. “Does this look like hell to you? This place, you should be lucky you got in here so late in a semester. Before you know it you’ll be begging to stay here.” The blonde boy said as he took over leading the way.

Finally they made it to the dorms, all sorts of sounds could be heard; music playing, laughter behind closed doors. “Maybe this place won’t be as bad after all” HyukJae thought to himself.

“This” SungMin said drawing Hyuk from out of his own train of thought “is your room.” HyukJae looked at the door, anticipating what waits for him behind the doors. 203 – The door number of where he will be residing for the next six months.

“I am just across the hall if you need help with anything” SungMin said trying to put HyukJae at ease as he saw his nervousness as he looked up on his door.

“Do you know who i am sharing my room with?” Hyuk asked as he slowly started to turn the knob on the door.

“Yeah i do, you don’t need to worry” The blond hair cutie replied.

Worry...Hyuk replayed the word in his head. Why would SungMin say that word out of all of it? That alone started to make him worry.

“Go in, put your things down. Im sure you want to wash up after your long ride in. I’ll show you where the bathroom is.” SungMin said as he too made a turn for his room. “I’ll give you thirty minutes and then i’ll be back, today is a long day” and like that he disappeared in to his room.

It wasn’t directly across from HyukJae’s room but it was to the right of the room across from it.

He entered the room feeling somewhat relief to find it empty, his roommate that he has yet to meet wasn’t there.  The room was more spacious than he thought it would be, but then again, the whole entire grounds for the school were huge.

A forty-two inch TV on the back wall in between the two closets of the room. The left side of the room was empty; HyukJae walked over with his bag and dropped them on the floor. His suitcase, his duffle bag all turned over at the side of his single bed.

He leaned back on the bed and let his eyes close, as reality sets in.

“Come on, it’ll be fun” he said as he coaxed his classmates to enter the school after hours. “We go in, have a little fun and then leave afterwards, don’t be such a scaredy cat” he said as he looked at them from one to one.

“Hyukkie...” RyeoWook began to plead. “We’re not supposed to be here, we can get in a lot of trouble.”

“We wont get in trouble if we don’t get caught.” HyukJae replied

“He’s right, besides its just a little harmless fun” HeeChul said in agreement with Hyuk.

“Thanks Hyung” he replied.

Three fast knocks at the door brought hook out from his dream. He ruffled his hair as he made his way out the bed to open the door.

“What happened to you?” SungMin asked as he stared at Hyuk’s Strawberry blond hair in an unruly form.

“Nothing” Hyuk replied in a somewhat annoyed voice. “Sorry, just tired that’s all” he followed up with after noticing the change in SungMin’s face.

“It’s okay, i get it” SungMin said brushing off Hyuk’s tone from before. “A shower might wake you up, let’s go” SungMin said.

“Hold on, i just need to...” Hyuk began to say as he made his way back to his bags. Soon his bed was covered with clothes and personal items.

“What were you doing for the past thirty minutes?” SungMin asked looking at the mess Hyuk was making in the room. “You could’ve at least unpacked your essentials for bathroom stuff”

“Got it” Hyuk said as he pulled his towel out. He quickly unfolded to see everything there. Shaver, rag, body wash and combs all on the inside. “Thanks mom” he let out in a low whisper.

“We have dorm policies on keeping our rooms clean, you’re gonna have to clean this up.” SungMin said looking at the mess in a rather disgusted manner.

“I’ll fix it up after i get out the shower. One thing about me is i like a clean room, everything in order you will see.”

“Mhmm” was all SungMin said before he headed out the room door.

The bathroom wasn’t hard to find. Down at the far end of the hall way, down a few short steps of only four and then to the left was the bathroom.

The bathroom is lined with stalls and urinals to right side. Down a little walk way to the left opens up into changing room with small lockers and to the right of the change room, the showers would be found.

“Hey, you can use my locker for now, until you get situated” SungMin said.

“Thank you” HyukJae said feeling happy he met such a nice friend at the school. If this was back at his old school, he would have to just hang his clothes on the bar for towels and hope no one took his clothes.

“After ten minutes the water starts to go a bit cold” SungMin warned as he started to make his way out the bathroom.

“Thanks” HyukJae called out to him.

HyukJae let the hot water beat against his skin as he lathered himself. He leaned forward on the wall with his right hand bracing his weight as he leaned his head down.

“How did that even happen?” He asks himself as the events replayed in his head. A simple break in on school grounds turned into a school party, one friend invited another and before they knew it everything escalated.

The hallway packed with girls and guys alike, drinking and smoking. Music was playing from people’s iPod on the deck along various hallways.

Everyone was enjoying their time, some were even making out, and that’s how much of a good time they were having. 

"Help!" the cry didnt sound like a joke, even over all the sounds HyukJae heard the call and started running towards the voice. 
 

"Ahhhh!" he screamed out as the water turned cold. He quickly ran out the shower grabbing his towel and wrapping it around him. 

"I really need to stop thinking about that, it wasn’t my fault" he said out loud as he reached for his clothes to put on. 


"I told you" SungMin said as Hyuk made his way out the bathroom. At the top of the small stairway SungMin stood with a small smirk on his face.

"Whatever..." Hyuk said as he started walking up the steps.

"What are you doing out here anyways?" the new transfer student asked.

"I was about to go for dinner, and I was gonna ask if you want to come, and then i heard your yelp" he couldn’t help but laugh again.

"It wasn’t that funny" HyukJae replied as he looked sideways to SungMin.

"Okay fine, yes or no, because i am starving." SungMin reiterated trying to get an answer out of Hyuk.

"Yeah just two seconds so i can put my clothes down." he replied.

"I'll meet you in the dorm lobby then, okay" SungMin said as he walked off without so much as a look back behind him.

The cafeteria where breakfast lunch and dinner is served is on the North West side of the school campus. In the building was also a movie room and game room.

Hyuk couldn’t believe how amazing the school is. This made his home school look like a shack compared to this. 

The food at his school had a buffet style luncheon. The only difference was the types of foods. Usually there is only one soup for the day, but here there was a soup section all to itself.

"Do you guys have these options every day?"Hyuk asked completely amazed at all that was available. 

"Don't tell me you guys didn’t have this at your school?? SungMin genuinely asked.

"No, we had a soup of the day, salad and the choice between chicken and beef, you couldn’t have both. On a good day you can choose pork" Hyuk said.

"Wow and you call here hell" SungMin replied almost in complete disbelief.

The cafe started to fill with guys; Hyuk looked around at the various faces. 

"Are you popular here?" Hyuk asked.

"Do i not look popular to you?" SungMin shot back. 

"Hey i didn’t mean it in a bad way. It’s just that i haven’t seen anyone say anything to you." the words came fumbling out if Hyuk's mouth as he saw SungMin’s eyes grow small. 

"I'm a different kind of popular, you should be lucky i am taking you under my wing" SungMin replied with a smirk on his face. 

"Aren't you hungry?"Hyuk asked as he notices his new blonde friend practically empty tray. 

"I was but it seems i have lost my appetite" he replied.

“Oh...” Hyuk said as he looked down at his plate, stacked with all sorts of meats and rice. “Was it...” Hyuk tried to find the word, but he couldn’t because he begun to feel guilty, as if he ruined this bright smiley friend of his appetite.

“No it wasn’t because of you” SungMin replied, knowing what he wanted to ask.  “Don’t worry about me, i am okay, it wasn’t because of you at all. The more you get to know me, the more you will understand.” SungMin continued to say.

SungMin sat down with Hyuk, as Hyuk scarfed down his food, as if he hasn’t eaten for days.

Finally it was lights out, as ridiculous as it seems, Hyuk understood that there was a curfew on campus. Everyone is supposed to be in room by 10pm and lights out was at 11pm. Being in the room he could understand, but lights outs, now that made it seem like he really was in hell.

HyukJae couldn’t help but think that his roommate has yet to show up, with lights out quickly approaching.

“Not my problem” Hyuk said as he turned his back to the bed across from him and snuggled up into his pillow.

“Aish...” Hyuk let out as the new environment for him, wasn’t letting him sleep. Tossing and turning throughout the night, sleep seemed very far away for him.

The moonlight was shining so bright making a sliver of light shine in his direction through the light white curtain.

“It really is different here” he said to himself, as he continues to focus on the light shinning so bright. If he was back in Seoul this could just be any building shining its late night events, but this was moonlight something that he hasn’t seen so strong in a long while.

Just as he was going to roll back over to face the wall, something caught his eyes. Nothing had moved but a glint had caught his attention directly across from him. He tried to focus his eyes to see across the room.

The figure in the bed still didn’t budge, eyes just staring right back at HyukJae.

“Um, sorry if i woke you” Hyuk said not sure what else to say.

A low sigh was all that was heard in response, although the eyes never once moved from HyukJae’s direction.

“Okay...” Hyuk feeling completely awkward with the silence turned his attention back to his wall in hopes that sleep will take hold of him.

A cold wind crossed over HyukJae’s body, he turned to see a figure looming over him. His eyes opened wide, as he gasped for air, as the figure was directly over him but not touching him.

Not a word was said, as much as he tried to look away, HyukJae was drawn into the dark eyes with a glint of red to them. The light from the moon, made them stand out more than before.

The right hand of HyukJae’s roommates went down to his neck, lightly trailing the vain along his neck.

“Shhh....”the figure whispered.

Chills ran throughout Hyuk’s body causing goosebumps to form along his arms. His teethes began to click as terror set in.

“Sleep” his roommate whispered again, just as his face started to go towards HyukJae’s neck. 

He tried to scream but no sound came out, sleep soon took hold of him.
