Minho and Taemin debuted as models together, but now Taemin is getting treatment for lung cancer so Minho has been transferred to a new department. Feeling lost without his best friend, Minho begins to date many girls, but he always breaks their hearts and forgets them. Then, he meets Sulli, an innocent and harworking girl who styles clothes for male models. Sulli doesn't date guys because she wants to focus on her career, but everybody adores her. Minho begins to feel drawn to her innocence and she begins to sense his pain. 

Will two such different people be able to fall in love?
