Invisible mosquitoes buzzing in his ear.

That weird yelping noise that Baekhyun had to make every night before he could fall asleep.

Suho would have prefered any of these to the ungodly racket that was coming out of the four year old girl’s mouth.

“OPPA! JONGHO-OPPA! SUIN-OPPA! OPPPPAAAAA!”

Suho stared in disbelief at the usually quiet little angel as she tossed a handful of cereal into the air and squealed as it rained back down on her. She grabbed another handful and threw it onto the floor with enough force to smash the Cheerios.

“OPPA!”

“Lina~!” Suho tried to coo. “What’s wrong, baby?”

When she simply shrieked and danced around on her chair, Suho turned to shoot a glare at Chanyeol, who was trying to sneak to the front door unnoticed.

“What did you do?” Suho hissed. “I asked you to watch her for five minutes while I went to get some food. How did this happen?”

“I tried to put her down for a nap, but she wouldn’t stay in bed, so Kyungsoo told me to give her a bottle of milk.”

“She went this crazy because of milk?”

“Well...” Chanyeol started, rubbing his neck. “I asked Sehun to do it, because he was in the kitchen anyway and I was about to beat my high score on Starcraft, and she saw him pouring milk into a cup, but it was for his coffee, but she didn’t know, and she drank it all before while he was looking through the cupboards for a cup, and then...well, then this happened.”

Just in time, Lina began singing -or rather shrieking incoherently- along to something that sounded vaguely like the tune of Mama.

Suho cradled his head in his arms as he realized that, oh, dear God, this was going to be the longest night of his life.
