''What?! You dared him to what?!'' Donghae yelled when Sungmin was done telling the younger what had happened at the library the day before.

 

 

 

''Schh! Keep it down!'' Sungmin put his hand in front of Donghae's, while all the other passengers in the buss threw them weird looks. ''I'm sorry, I'm sorry.'' Sungmin bowed and eveyone went back to their own buisness while groaning at the two loud boys.

 

 

 

''H-Hyung... No, no no. You can't play that game with him.''

 

 

 

 

''It's too late. The game has already started and it's too late to back away now.''

 

 

 

''B-but... Why? Why did you suggest something like that to him?''

 

 

 

''Because I want to teach him a lesson.''

 

 

 

''Huh?'' Donghae asked confused and tilted his head.

 

 

 

''I'm annoyed by him because he's so full of himself. I mean, he thinks just becase he looks good he can do anything he wants. But if I win this game I can prove to him that he can't have anything he wants.''

 

 

 

''Hyung you do know you're not making any sense right now, right?''

 

 

 

''It's hard to explain. But I'm doing this for a reason and if I win then hopefully he will learn his lesson. That he can't act like he wants. Stand up, we're getting of at this stop.'' Sungmin pushed Donghae up and they both went out of the bus. While they were walking the last part they spotted Ryeowook walking among the other students.

 

 

 

''Wookie!'' The two friends yelled at the same time and ran up to greet their freind. The trio went inside the school an towards their lockers. Sungmin was looking for his history book when a note fell out of his locker. He picked it up and read what it said.

 

 

 

Happy first day bunny. Remember that the game starts today.
And before you nag at me, I swear I won't go after anyone else behind your back! I'll see you soon. 

 

 

 

That was all the note said. There was no signature after the message but even a five year old could have guessed that it was Kyuhyun.

 

 

 

''Hyung, are you coming?'' Donghae snapped Sungmin back to reality.

 

 

 

''Coming.'' Sungmin replied before he crumbled up the note and put it in his pocket. ''Oh that's right, Donghae how's it going with avoiding that dude you flirted with this summer?'' Sungmin teased and Donghae's cheeks turned red.

 

 

 

During the summer Donghae had a small flirt with a cute guy who worked extra at the famous ice cream shop Honey bunny. Yes, it's a stupid name but it was named that way. Donghae and the cute boy had had an amazing summer together. They had discovered that they shared a lot hobbies and they had developed a strong bond. They had told each other their deepest and darkest secrets, and then comforted each other about them.

 

 

 

But one night when they had been texting, the cute boy and Donghae had made the conclusion that they went to the same school. For some reason Donghae freaked out and broke all the contact with the boy.
He even went so far that he changed his number and stayed over at Sungmin's house for a whole week just in case his little cutie would try to visit him. Luckily enough for Donghae he had never seen the other around school once since they came back from the summer vacation, even though such a long time had passed.

 

 

 

''I-I still haven't seen him.'' Was all Donghae could answer. The two boys were just about to step inside their classroom, when loud voices were heard from inside. The two friends threw each other confused looks before stepping inside. When they got inside they saw that all the students in the class had surrounded the board, and they were reading something.

 

 

 

''There he is!'' A girl yelled and pointed at Sungmin. All eyes turned to him and the loud voices died out. 

 

 

 

''Hyung... What have you done?'' Donghae asked while everyone continued to stare at the older.

 

 

 

''I don't know. But it has something to do with the board.'' Sungmin replied and pushed his way through the crowd. He looked at the board and his eyes were ready to pop out when he saw it. On the board there was a text in big white letters that said 'Lee Sungmin now belongs to Cho Kyuhyun.' 

 

 

 

''That's right everyone.'' Kyuhyun stood up from his seat and walked up to Sungmin at the board.

 

 

 

''You read it right. The bunny and I have decided to start dating. So he is off limits for everyone. If any of you so much as tried to get with him, then you're dead.'' Kyuhyun said and grabbed Sungmin's hand.

 

 

 

''Isn't that right Sungmin?'' He smirked at the shorter man. Sungmin could feel the urge to hit Kyuhyun right at the spot. But the game had already started so he couldn't. He knew exactly what Kyuhyun was trying to do. And he wasn't going to let the younger win.

 

 

 

''That's right. We have decided to start dating and I hope no one has a problem with it.'' Sungmin said and fake smiled towards the other students.

 

 

 

''So if you're done staring you can all go back to your seats. I said move!'' Kyuhyun growled, making all the students find their way back to their seats. Sungmin carefully jerked his hand away from Kyuhyun's and headed to his seat beside Donghae. Sungmin was just about to sit down when he let an arm around his waist.

 

 

 

''And where do you think you're going?" Kyuhyun whispered.

 

 

 

''To sit down on my seat.''

 

 

 

''Forget it. You're with me now. And that means you're sitting beside me. Isn't that what couples do? Sit beside each other, hold hands under the table, pass each other small sweet notes?''

 

 

 

''Since did you become so romantic?''

 

 

 

''Since I met you my Honey boo boo.''

 

 

 

''Fine I'll sit beside you. But don't you dare call me Honey boo boo.'' Sungmin frowned and gave Donghae an apologetic look before sitting down at Heechul's seat. 

 

 

 

''And where do you suggest I sit?'' Heechul crossed his arms, clearly upset that Sungmin had taken his seat.

 

 

 

''Sit with his friend.'' 

 

 

 

''You want me to sit with him?'' Heechul scoffed and pointed at Donghae.

 

 

 

''Yes him. Now go.'' 

 

 

 

''Rude brat.'' Heechul mumbled and took Sungmin's seat. 

 

 

 

The professor arrived at the classroom and started the lesson. While he was talking Sungmin and Kyuhyun were busy writing down the rules for the game so they would remember.

 

 

 

 

 

''And neither one of us are allowed to forget any rule, okay?''

 

 

''Okay, mom.'' Kyuhyun said 'mom' in a sarcastic way while they went out of class. They both started walking towards Sungmin's locker while disgussing the rules.

 

 

 

''Okay we wrote down that we should go on dates. Since it's Friday today do you think we should- Hey!'' Sungmin yelld and hit Kyuhyun's arm when he caught the younger looking at a certain body part.

 

 

''Ouch! What was that for?'' Kyuhyun whined and rubbed his arm.

 

 

 

''What's with you and staring at my ? Do you have some kind of ?''

 

 

''Why can't I look at it? It's cute.'' Kyuhyun smirked. Sungmin lightly blushed and covered his with his bag. Kyuhyun chuckled to himself and shook his head.

 

 

''I need to go and leave my things. Wait for me outside the cafeteria. Min.'' Kyuhyun smirked and started heading towards his own locker.

 

 

 

''Min?'' Donghae asked as he raised an eyebrow.

 

 

 

''Yeah he has already started calling me that. And I kind of told him we're having lunch with him and his freinds.'' Sungmin confessed. Donghae's eyes widened and he shivered at the thought of having lunch with Kyuhyun.

 

 

''One of the rules says that we need to hang out with each others friends. So that's what we're going to do today.''

 

 

''Do I have to go?''

 

 

''You don't have to. I'm not forcing you into anything but I think Ryeowook is going to eat with me. You know how social he is.''

 

 

''Yeah I know.'' Donghae pouted and looked down at the ground. He didn't want to eat with Sungmin's new 'boyfriend' and his friends. However, it was 100 times better to put up with them for one day instead of eating alone.

 

 

 

''Okay I'll eat with you guys.'' Donghae finally gave in. The two friends put their stuff into their lockers before heading towards the cafeteria. When they got there Ryeowook was already waiting for them, and a few minutes later Kyuhyun came with Heechul, Yesung, Eunhyuk and Hangeng. 

 

 

 

Donghae took a deep breath and looked towards Kyuhyun's direction, when his eyes widened in shock. He quickly hid behind Sungmin and peeked out with horrified eyes. 

 

 

 

"What are you doing?" Sungmin raised an eyebrow at his friends weird behavior. 

 

 

 

"Holy crap… Sungmin I'm sorry but I'm going to eat alone today." Donghae whispered and tried to sneak away when Kyuhyun suddenly called Sungmin. 

 

 

 

*… I'm doomed.* Donghae bit his lower lip, still hiding behind Sungmin. 

 

 

 

"So… Guys this is Sungmin who I'm playing the game with." Kyuhyun introduced his new 'Boyfriend' 

 

 

 

"Aw and look how cute he is. Kyuhyun you wouldn't mind sharing him, right?" Heechul teased while winking at Sungmin. 

 

 

 

"Back of Hyung. Anyways, Sungmin and… Sungmin's friends, this is Hangeng Hyung, Heechul Hyung, Yesung Hyung and Eunhyuk Hyung." Kyuhyun introduced them while they all greeted the trio in front of them. 

 

 

 

Donghae who once again decided to peek out from his hiding place glanced at Eunhyuk, who turned his head towards Donghae's direction. Donghae quickly avoided Eunhyuks eyes by quickly looking away. However the other had seen him and narrowed his eyes, trying to see who he was. 

 

 

 

"Hi." Sungmin smiled at Kyuhyun's friends and looked at his own. "Guys this is my friend Ryeowook." Sungmin pointed at a cute black haired man beside him. 

 

 

"And this…" Sungmin tried to finish while stepping away from Donghae. The older immediately freaked out and froze at his spot. Eunhyuk finally laid eyes on the brunette and his eyes widened in shock. "I'm sorry but he's shy. Anyways this is D-"

 

 

 

"Donghae?!" Eunhyuk cut the cute man off. Everyone raised an eyebrow while Donghae's cheeks became bright red. 

 

 

 

"H-hi Eunhyuk." The blushing guy awkwardly waved at his summer romance. Yes you saw it. Donghae's summer crush had been none other than Lee Eunhyuk. 

 

 

 

"I'm sorry but do you know each other?" Yesung asked while his eyes shifted between the two. 

 

 

 

"Uhm yeah. Actually we-" 

 

 

 

"Damn I'm hungry! Sungmin aren't you hungry? Well I thought so let's go inside!" Donghae cut Eunhyuk of and started pushing Sungmin inside the cafeteria. 

 

 

 

"Donghae what are you-"

 

 

 

"Just go go go." Donghae mumbled in response while the others followed after him. 

 

 

 

 

Awkward. That was the only way to describe the lunch. No one was talking. Everyone had their eyes set on their food and looked up every now and then to try starting a conversation. However, it would only die out after a few words. 

 

 

 

While Kyuhyun was busy ing on Sungmin's (that he really has a for) Eunhyuk were starting intensively at Donghae. Just because Heechul wanted to sit beside Hangeng, Donghae had been forced to sit across from his summer crush. 

 

 

 

The brunette could feel the intestine stare he was receiving so he tried his best not to look up. In the end however he had gotten enough. 

 

 

 

"Will you please stop staring at me?" He asked in a low voice so the others wouldn't hear. When Eunhyuk didn't respond the brunette carefully looked up, only to be met by the worlds biggest death glare ever. 

 

 

"Eunhyuk can-"

 

 

 

"What happened? What did I do wrong?" Eunhyuk exclaimed, causing for the other boys at the tabe to stare at them. 

 

 

 

"Eunhyuk please I-"

 

 

 

"It was Hyukkie only this summer."

 

 

 

"I'm not going to call you that. What happened-"

 

 

 

"Do you know how scared I was? I thought you were dead." Eunhyuk snapped at Donghae.

 

Well .

 

A huge wave of guilt his Donghae when he didn't know what to say. 

 

 

 

"I'm sorry but how did you guys know each other again?" Yesung asked once again. Eunhyuk was just about to answer when Donghae threw him his puppy eyes. His whole face screamed 'No, don't tell them!'

 

 

 

"Fine. We don't." Eunhyuk rose up from his seat and stormed out of the cafeteria. Donghae couldn't help but to feel even more guilty than he had just a few seconds ago. He wanted to go after Eunhyuk, but decided not to. 

 

 

 

"Hey, are you okay?" Sungmin nudged his side. He shorter only nodded in response. "It was him, right? From this summer." It was more like a statement. Sungmin wouldn't have had to ask, but he did just to get it confirmed. And Donghae's silence said everything. 

 

 

 

 

 

"So when should I come to get you?" Kyuhyun asked Sungmin when the bell rang, signaling that the day was over. 

 

 

 

"I don't know. Around six maybe?" 

 

 

"Okay. Oh by the way, your number." Kyuhyun held out his phone at the shorter who were eyeing him suspiciously. "How am I going to tell you I'm on my way without your number?"

 

 

 

"Touché." Sungmin shrugged and typed in his number. While the two fake lovers were busy arguing what they would do for the night Donghae started heading home. 

 

 

Putting his MP3 player on the laudest volume he could, he started walking. While he was walking the brunette couldn't help but feel watched. Every now and then he would stop to look around, but everything looked like it always did. So he just shrugged it off and kept walking. 

 

 

 

When he was just. About to turn around a corner he could feel how someone grabbed him by the collar and pushed him up against a wall. Donghae winched from the sudden pain and was met by the most beautiful eyes he had ever seen. The eyes he had looked straight into during the whole summer. 

 

 

"E-Eunhyuk!" Donghae exclaimed as the taller man took out his ear pieces. Eunhyuks eyes showed pure anger, but at the same time there was a small hint of the loving eyes from the summer. 

 

 

"Donghae… why? Why did you run away from me?" 

 

 

 

"Eunhyuk let me go."

 

 

 

"Did I do something wrong? Was it something I said?"

 

 

 

"Eunhyuk I-"

 

 

 

"Please tell me so I can fix it. I know it's been a long time since the summer ended, but I still think about you. All the time."

 

 

 

"Just forget about it." Eunhyuk frowned at the comment.

 

 

 

Forget about it? Forget about the best summer in his whole life? Forget the summer when he fell in love for the first time? 

 

 

 

"No I won't. I want to know why you left me." 

 

 

 

"Just go away." Donghae said coldly and pushed Eunhyuk way. The taller grabbed a hold of Donghae's wrist, not even thinking about letting him go. 

 

 

 

"I won't. Tell me the truth. Do you really expect me to forget about you just like that? I had my tongue down your throaty through half of the summer. And you want me to forget everything?"

 

 

 

"Eunhyuk let me go!" Donghae cried when he felt how Eunhyuks grip around his wrist got tighter. 

 

 

 

"Hae you tell me now what happened! Why? You know I loved you! You know I would never hurt you!" 

 

 

 

"Then what is it that you're doing now?" Eunhyuk looked down at the smallers wrist and saw how red it was becoming. He immediately let go. 

 

 

 

"Donghae I-"

 

 

 

"Don't. Just go away." Donghae looked down on the ground while rubbing his sore wrist. 

 

 

 

"This isn't over. I'm not letting you go so easily." Eunhyuk mumbled and walked away from the scene. Looking at the back of the disappearing man, Donghae looked down at the ground while biting his lower lip.

 

 

"I'm sorry… Hyukkie."
