“Omo! Tao you’re so well-mannered unlike our son here!” Mrs. Wu laughed as she playfully pointed her finger at Kris. She grabbed Tao's arm to bring him into the living room. she put her arm over Tao's shoulders as she asked him many questions.

Tao was shocked at the sudden touch. He felt the warmth of their love. He missed how it used to be when his parents were still together. His eyes started to get watery. Kris noticed that Tao had begun to cry. He pulled Tao out of his mom’s grasp and hugged Him while Tao cried onto his chest. Kris’s parents were blasting Kris with continuous questions.

“Why is he crying, Kris?” Mrs. Wu asked as she held onto Mr. Wu's arm

“Did you make him cry?” Mr. Wu gave a half glare to Kris

“Was it something we said or did?” Both of them asked the couple

Kris put his hand up and motioned for his parents to go prepare dinner. Kris’s mom nodded and dragged her husband away as he didn’t seem to get the message.

“he-yy where we going hunny?” Mr. Wu questioned as he was being dragged to the kitchen

“Aish! Just come and make dinner with me” Mrs. Wu said as she continued to drag him along

“But!” Mr. Wu looked back at the couple

“COME!” She faces palmed at how narrow-minded her husband was. with that Kris’ Parents left.

“Tao, why are you crying?” Kris looked down towards Tao

Tao didn’t reply to Kris as he tightened his grip around Kris’s Shirt.

“Tao…Tell gege what’s wrong” Kris gently held Tao's chin to face him

“Nothing” Tao buried his head into Kris’s chest

“You know you can’t hide anything from me.” Kris put his hands around Tao's waist and held a hold on him. just in case he wanted to run away from this situation

The whole entire house was silent now. Even Kris’s parents were quiet because they were obviously eaves dropping, and Kris knew that.

“Gege….” Tao quietly said

“Hmm?” Kris hummed

“my….par-ents lef-t me dur-ring the –sniff- tim-me you…broke-e o-ur friendship…They said that I was use-less… -sniff- Just because I told them I was gay…but luckily Kyungsoo took me in… i-I don’t know what I would have done…I-I do-n’t ge-t why th-ey hat-e me for bei-ng ga-y”

“Tao….I’m…I’m sorry”Kris tightened his embrace on Tao

“Gege why are you apologiz-ing?” Tao looked up

“Because I left you when you needed me the most” Kris buried his head in Tao's neck. Guilt filling his heart.

“It’s alrig-" Tao was interuppted as Mrs. Wu came running in

“OMO! TAO!”

Kris and Tao broke away from each other’s embrace when they heard Kris’s mom yell out to them (well Tao) She ran down the hallway pulled Tao into her arms

“Omo! Aunty didn’t know that you had to go through so much pain! Aish you stupid Kris! How are you a man?!” Mrs. Wu scolded Kris

Tao giggled as he felt happier with Kris’s mom.

“wai-t!? mom! You ruined our moment!” Kris gave his mom his -face

“Hmph you’re too young! And Tao is so innocent! Why couldn’t you be calm and well-behaved like him instead of a manic?” Mrs. Wu shook her head

“Wai-“

“YAH! Don’t think I don’t know about your “activities”! If you hurt Tao I’ll disown you and adopt him into the family! Got it?!”

“I got it..” Kris frowned

Tao tried to hold in his laughter when he saw what was happening between the two. He decided to play along with Kris’s mom..”

“WAH! KRIS HOW COULD YOU! I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME!”

Tao buried his face into his hands. And of course Kris’s mom knew so she played along with his act.

“Kris! Look he’s crying!” She patted Tao's back in a comforcomfortingr

“He-y! Tao baby! I’m sorry don’t cry!” Kris started to freak out. he didn't mean for Tao to cry

Tao didn’t say anything which worried Kris even more. He didn’t want to be hated. He put his hands onto Tao’s shoulders and decided to apologize to Tao.

“Tao I am so sorry! I will never have with anyone else again! I promise you so don’t cr-“ Kris was cut off by laughter

Tao couldn’t take it anymore neither could Kris’s mom. They both started to laugh. Kris was shocked! He realized he was just tricked

“Hey, you guys can’t do that! Watch I’m going to get you guys!” Kris said glared at them but still had a smile on his face

“Hehe! Gege try to get us if you can!” Tao smiled

Tao and Mrs.Wu started to run around the couches. Tao was so happy that he forgot about his past. They ran around the living for 30 minutes before Tao collapsed on one of the couches. Kris saw him sit down so dived towards Tao. As he sat next to Tao he started give Tao mini kisses everywhere on his face.

"ge-ge! St-opp! YOU-R U-MMA IS HE-RE!" Tao giggled

"nuh-uh! I need to shower you with kisses!"

Mrs. Wu looked at the couple into front of her. She felt happy that they finally got together.

"Tao, Kris!"

"Yes?" They both said in unison

"Let's make dinner" Mrs. Wu started to walk towards the kitchen

The couple followed her into the kitchen and laughed as they enter. Mr. Wu looked frustrated. He was running everywhere all over the kitchen.

"Uhh...hunny! a little help?!" Mr. Wu looked at Mrs. Wu in desperation

"I'm here, and they're here too! why don't you just sit down dear. I think you need it" Mrs. Wu tried to hold in her laughter

"ye-ah" Mr. Wu sat down onto one of the high stools next to the kitchen counter

Mrs. wu told Kris and Tao what they were supposed to do. as they started to work, Kris sat down and joined his dad. Mrs. wu and Tao didn't notice he left since they were too into their own little world of cooking.But after a while, Tao came next to Kris and dragged him back around the counter.

After they finished cooking Tao and Mrs. Wu carried the plates out for dinner. Kris and Mr. Wu were waiting in the dinning room. As

Tao and Mrs. Wu finally brings out the last few dishes they sat down and began to talk

"Appa" Kris stared at his dad

"Yes?"

"Where's the cook?"

"I wanted to ask the same question. Hunny, where is the cook?" Mr. Wu raised his eye brow

"Dear. We were away on a business trip and we just got back and I gave him a day off. Don't you remember? you agreed. So don't try blaming me" Mrs. Wu rolled her eyes

Kris chuckled at his dad but soon stopped when he remembered why they came in the first place.

“Umm Umma?” Kris said sternly

“Yes, Kris?” Confused on why Kris had used that tone on her

Kris glanced over to Tao. Tao knew it was right to tell them even though he was nervous. He stared at his hands. He flinched when another pair of hands made its way ontop on his own. He looked up and saw Kris was smiling at him. Kris squeezed his hands for comfort. Tao looked up and nodded to Kris and waited for the outcome.

“Umma..Tao is pregnant with my child.” Kris and Tao held their breaths. Either waiting for a good blessing or a horrible ending

Kris’s parent dropped their chopsticks and just stared at the couple in disbelief
