No one's POV: 

Lay and Hui-Fen were sat down waiting to be called in to see the specialist, for Lay, he was nervous for Hui-Fen and as for her... she was actually quite excited because today may just be the day that she FINALLY got answers as to why she became blind
"Nervous?" asked Lay as Hui-Fen nodded "Just a bit" she said as the door opened 
"Miss Lim, the doctor will see you now" said a nurse as Hui-Fen got up and the nurse came to her to help her in
"I'll be waiting out here" said Lay as Hui-Fen shook her head and reached for his hand "Come in with me" she said as Lay turned to the nurse who nodded and he got up and followed her in. 

"Right Hui-Fen, can you please tell me about your history" said the doctor after they had gone through everything else to do with her
"I could see perfectly until I reached ten, leading up to that my vision started to get blurry and then it got worse and worse until one day I woke up completly blind" replied Hui-Fen as the doctor took down notes 
"And this happened ovetime not very quickly?" he asked as Hui-Fen nodded "It started to get blurry day by day" she said as the doctor took down a few more notes before pausing. 
"I'm just going to shine a light into your eye" he said as he got a torch out and before he turned it on and turned to Lay 
"Could you please come over this side" he said to him as Lay nodded and walked over to join him on the other side as the doctor got out a very strong light and shone it into her eye. 

At first Hui-Fen didn't know what was going on as the doctor turned the light on and shone it into her eyes before moving it around. As Hui-Fen waited for someone to say something she saw something in front of her... for the first time ever... and it was a tiny light that moved and her eyes began to follow it as she looked confused. 
"What's wrong?" asked the doctor as he noticed how her expression changed "Are you shining a light in my eyes?" she asked as Lay's eyes widened 
"What can you see?" he asked "A tiny little orb that keeps moving around... it's really faint though" replied Hui-Fen as the doctor smiled before he himself was confused as he beckoned Lay to come over and look at her eyes. 

When Lay looked at Hui-Fen's eyes he couldn't help but gasp as he saw them because in the center of her eyes where the lens were they were both clouded over to a degree where the cloudy part was almost over her whole eye 
"I'm going to run a few more tests and then the results should be in" said the doctor as he asked Lay to leave the room whilst he finished of the test with Hui-Fen who frowned when the doctor turned the torch of and the little orb disappeared.
