“what did you say?’ kai asked.

I ended the call.

“maid” I sighed.

“why you didn’t tell him you are my wife?” I laughed sarcastically.

“Think Kai. What about your career then? Issues spread fast. Now tell me how can I tell him?” he shut up.

“sorry” we both said.

The next day….

I woke up early as usual. I’m about to stand to fix my bed but……

“Yah Kai?!! Why youre sleeping here?” oh shoot! He’s sick yesterday. He’s sleeping next to me and my head is on his chest.

He woke up and smiled at me.

“you changed my shirt?”  damn. It’s impossible he forgot it.

“Kim Jong In! Stop teasing me!”

“im not teasing you.  Anyway, you are my wife so you can do things like that”

“SHUT THAT!” maybe my face is so red right now. Kai is laughing like no tomorrow. I touch his forehead and his temperature now is better.

I went to the kitchen and cook for breakfast. Kai followed me and observe how I do.

“you’re really a wife. You can take care of your husband. You can cook delicious food.” I made fried rice and fried egg. I made three coffees and bake cookies.

“when were on our dorm, Hyungs always cook fried food or we buy outside for food but the one you made is better. I wish you can always cook for me” I smiled.

He help me prepare the table. We were about to start when someone knock. This might be appa.

I opened the door.

“Appa! Were eating breakfast! Join us” I greeted cheerfully.

“Sure”

We sat down and eat together.

“Your Umma will probably get jealous if I tell her I went to your house and eat delicious food” we laughed.

“you can be a chef since you cook amazing. Why you didn’t take stuffs like that?” kai asked while eating.

“My parents were on business line. Since I easily adapted to their  business, i followed their steps”

“What about being an artist? Wife is surely beautiful right appa? Appa nodded.

“im not used to it. But if you want there is a way”  someone knock the door. I opened the door and I saw Umma.

“Umma! Let’s eat” we went to kitchen. This seems a reunion. We happily have endless talk.

“But im still unhappy” umma said.

“wae Umma?” I asked

“I want grandchildren”

“sooner umma” kai said. I snapped him.

“Why not Ji Young? By the way, have you done it?” They all laughed. I feel hopeless here. Kai is laughing like no tomorrow.

“Oh so silence means yes. I want grandchildren! A girl will be fine but boy will be better.  I want a cute grandchild”

“if Ji Young will get pregnant, seoul will celebrate. We will throw a big party. Your baby shower must be the most expensive and most beautiful! That child will be bless by different high person
!” umma and appa were daydreaming.

I hit Kai’s toe silently. He’s still laughing right now.
