L.Joe tapped the space behind him again, signalling for you to hop in already. You gulped hard and decided to slowly step toward his motorcycle. L.Joe gave you a soft smile as you were now standing beside him.

“Come on.” He invited. You looked at him with nervous eyes that made L.Joe smirk.

“Nah, come here…” L.Joe grabbed the helmet that you were holding and held your hand to keep you still, then put the helmet on your head. “You like to keep your boyfriend, eheerrm I mean future boyfriend waiting, eh?” He chuckled.

“Is his mind broken?” ~ “ I mean is he kinda retarded?” You couldn't help but shake your head at the thought. “Is he really that interested to become my boyfriend?”

“Are you that captivated at my look, baby? I’m so handsome, right?” L.Joe slightly leaned his face right next to yours and winked. If it weren’t for the lens in the helmet, your blush would've been visible to him.

You stop yourself from gagging, not because you don’t want to agree with him but because of his overconfidence.

“You’re so full of yourself, aren't you?” Out of nowhere, that sentence came out from your mouth. L.Joe looked at you with a blank expression. You gasped as you realized what you have said.

“Aish.” You mentally hit your head, at your reckless words. You forgot that he’s a gangster, who is known for his fiery temper.

On the contrary, L.Joe let out a soft chuckle again.

“Yes, I am.” He proudly beamed at you. “ Because…I am L.JOE.” He added.

L.joe held your wrist. “Come on.” He shrugged.

“He’s unbelievable!!!!” You thought.

“_______ - ah?” L.Joe softly called. You looked at him once again, while you sighed deeply mentally. You leisurely hop in behind his back.

“Very good.” L.Joe grinned in satisfaction. “And now hold on tight.” He instructed. You then hesitantly wrapped your arm around his waist but making sure that you weren’t that close to him. But L.Joe noticed that you weren’t tightening your hold, he then grabbed both your hands and made you hug him. You gulped in for the nth time as you were pressed against his warm back.

“This is how it is done baby, you have to hold tight or else you’re gonna fall.” He smirked.

Suddenly, “Hyung!” a voice called. You and L.Joe looked toward where the voice was coming from.

“Oh~ Ricky.” L.Joe said.

“Where are you going?” CAP asked. The TEEN TOP boys are eyeing you as you uncomfortably bowed your head.

“I’ll see you guys later~”” L.Joe said and started to turn on the engine. “Bye.” He then saluted to them with just two fingers and stepped on the gas.

“But hy~” Ricky called again but L.Joe and you were already gone. The other boys were left dumbfounded.

“What was that?” Niel asked unbelievably.

“Did he just allow a girl to ride on his motorcycle?” Changjo commented, bewildered too.

“When was the last time we saw him do that?” oblivious Ricky said.

“Ah~!  When he was with Hyu~” Changjo wanted to say something when CAP cut him off.

“Don’t talk about it.” the three younger boys shut their mouths right away.

“Hyung is right. L.Joe had already forgetten about that girl, he has the right to move on and that just might be the new girl who can help him.” Chun Ji said to lessen the worries of his friends.

“But what if~” Ricky was still worried about his friend L.Joe, he didn’t want to see him hurting himself again.

“Don’t worry, L.Joe knows what he's doing.” CAP said with assurance, as the leader he knows his dongsaengs well. “Let’s go.” He then commanded.

The Teen Top boys headed to their hang out place.

You told L.Joe where you live and in half an hour, you arrived at your supposed house.

“Is these where you live?” L.Joe asked as he stopped his motorcycle at your gate. You nodded yes as an answer. You slowly hop off from his motercycle and handed him back his helmet.

“You don’t really speak that much, do you?” L.Joe asked. You nodded again.

“I’m just stunned.” You said in your mind.

“I just don’t know what to say.” You answered with a whisper.

“Aww, innocent baby.” L.Joe chortled.

“Aish! STOP CALLING ME BABY!” You yelled, but again only in your mind. You didn’t have the courage to answer him back. But somehow, it really irritated you as how he kept calling you baby.

“Give me your phone.” L.Joe said, which sounded like a command.

“Eh?” You innocently blinked up at him.

“Your phone?” He shrugged.

“My hand phone? Waeyo?”

“Nah, I just~ Aish, just give it to me.” He leaned his hand right in front of you, waiting for you to give him.

As you looked at his stern eyes, you then gradually slid your hand in your pocket and gave him your phone.

“Here.” He then gave it back to you. “I stored my number in there.” He coolly said.

You checked it and saw the word, “PINK”

“Isn’t that what you call me?” L.Joe chuckled. “I just find it cute though” He blew up his bangs cutely. You couldn’t help but to be fascinated at his oh-so-perfect-face.

“And yeah~ I just saved yours.” He smirked, and put his phone near your face, for you to read what name he gave you.

“INNOCENT BABY!”

“What the~” Your eyes widened. “Yah! That isn’t my name!” You protested and tried to grab his phone but unfortunately he instantly put it back in his pocket.

“I know, but don’t worry I’ll change it when…you finally agree to be my girlfriend.” L.Joe stated, still wearing his playful smirk.

“Why do you keep insisting anyway?” You asked, it really was a big question mark to you.

“Mmmm, simply maybe because I LIKE YOU.” L.Joe coolly answered.

“Maybe?” you thought, somehow disappointed at the unsure word. “Yah! ____-ah!” You immediately lectured yourself at the thought.

You just looked at him with an unknown expression; he was just so incredibly-unbelievable! Why on earth did he want to be your boyfriend? And the fact that you two barely know each other?!

“Don’t worry though, I’m not such a jerk to forcefully get you.” L.Joe said. “And besides, we can start as friends.” He added. If you didn’t see him this morning beat up Jungsu and know the fact that he is a gangster, you would want to think that he is a plain nice guy.

“Friends.” L.Joe lifted up his hand for a handshake. You gaped at him and his hand.

In the end, you decided to shake his hand. Somehow you feel glad that he was kind to you. Unconsciously, you smile at him which made him smile back at you in delight.

“Friends.” You confirmed.

L.Joe put on the helmet that you had used a while ago and turned back on the engine.

“See yah!...my innocent baby.” L.Joe winked at you for 2^nd time and drove off. This time you blushed at the last words he called you.

You watched him disappear down the street, still stunned and surprised. It was your first time to be confessed by a guy in such a strange way. You smiled at the thought of him, feeling touched by his unexpected action today. But your smile fell as you remembered the bottom reason behind all these things.

“Alexander.”

“Mission; dump and hurt L.Joe” You sighed.

Oddly, why did the event flow on its own? The way L.Joe feels about you will just make your task easier. But you aren’t sure if that really made you happy, based on what had just happened.

You realized that you were standing at the gate for a couple of minutes already. You turn to your lonely house, but couldn't help but to be miserable at the sight. It wasn’t the house you used to live in anymore. Where you, your dad and mom were one big happy family. Since you were already at the house, you thought of going inside.

“I wonder how Umma is doing?” You took one step, when you heard a clap behind. You slowly turn your head to where the noise came from and your eyes fell, it was Alexander.

“Faster than I thought.” Alexander said and smirked while advancing toward you.

“Are you~” You grew alert as you figured out that he already knew about what happened today.

“You did a GOOD JOB _______.”
