Tiffany did not come because it is not cleared up with the public about her relationship with Taeyang. YG plans on releasing the statement during Taeyang's album which will start after GDs. 

   All this controversy actually helped with the publicity of Seungri and GD's album. YG decided to do this so it will help anticipate for Taeyang's new album. But while this is happening, YG and SM restricted Taeyang and Tiffany to be with each other until the album comes out. They cant even meet each other privately. 

    "Oh! Jiyong-ah, that was great!" Taeyang said giving him a high five when he came back to the waiting room.

TY: Normally I would say yes, but the media is definately watching closely. We're gonna have to wait until October.

FY: Oppa I can't wait that long. I wanna go to your condo right now.
