Therefore, on the 28^th of November, 2008, a day after Park Chanyeol turned 16, the wedding of the two was held. It was nothing special with the groom’s family in Canada while the bride’s was in South Korea. Marriage certificate, other legal documents and matching silver rings were passed between the two families and with the signing of the papers; Wu Yi Fan and Park Chan Yeol were legally married.

They were married neither knowing each other’s name nor face.

In January, 2009, it was a surprise to the Wu family when Wu Yi Fan was scouted by an SM talent agent and was asked to be their trainee. Albeit shocked, Yi Fan agreed and flew off to South Korea to begin a life which he knew would be a challenging one.

At the same time, Chanyeol had just finished a basic musical training. He made friends and met idol sunbaeduel and enjoyed his time with all the training SM threw his way. His outlook on life had always been bright and satisfaction welled up in his heart when he did everything instructed excellently. Someday, my hard work will pay off, he thought.    

Wu Yi Fan and Park Chan Yeol thought they would never meet….
