"You know, it's been some time since we get to hang out like this? Just the two of us?"

You tightened your hold around Dongwoo's arm as he looked at you with his signature smile.

It was just one of those normal nights where Infinite's schedule was done and you two ran off for a date.

"Hungry?", he asked and you nodded before letting him drag you to somewhere.

"Where are we going?"

"You'll see."

After a short while, you guys stopped infront of a small restaurant.

There were sounds of ringing bells when the two of you walk through the door.

"Hi, table for two?", the waitress came running with two menus in her hand.

"Yup."

"This way, please."

As the waitress lead the way, you couldn't help but look at how beautiful the small restaurant was decorated.

Once you were seated, you still continued to glance around.

"It's pretty, isn't it?", Dongwoo asked as he kept his eyes on the menu.

"How did you find a place like this?"

He closed his menu and looked at you, "I know how you like retro restaurants. And steak. I saw them introducing about this place on the magazine the other day. Not many people know about this place though, it's kind of a pity, isn't it?"

"Well, if someone like you can find a place like this, I don't see how others wouldn't."

"Hey, what do you-"

"Hi, may I take this lovely couple's order?", the same waitress came.

"Give us two sets of the signature steak. Medium well, please."

"Any drinks to go along?"

Before you could answer her, Dongwoo shouted, "Cola! And Ice Lemon Tea for this pretty lady."

You smiled and looked at the waitress, "What he said."

She kept the menu then gave a little bow before leaving with the order slip.

"I heard you met with Yongguk the other night."

"Who did you hear it from?"

"Woohyun.", he then eyed you suspiciously, "Is there something that I don't know."

"It was just supper. Oh, but something did happened though."

He then pointed at you, "I knew it! What was it? Spill it!!!!"

"Someone poured urine at Yongguk."

"What?"

"And we think that person was aiming for me because he saw someone coming close to me when he reached."

"Did you guys see who was it?"

You shook your head, "And the person dropped a note saying 'Stay away from him.'"

"Him? Yongguk?"

"We don't know. But I'm glad it wasn't anything else dangerous though."

"I'm glad you're fine.", he took your hand and gave a little squeeze.

Before the two of you left the restaurant, the manager came and asked for a photo.

"Well, an idol came here so we could do some publicity too."

They took a polaroid of the two of you and pinned it on a notice board at their restaurant.

And one for you guys to have it.

"Thank you! Please come again!"

"Where should we go next?", he intertwine his fingers with yours.

"I don't know. It's late, should we head home?"

"But, but, we finally get to spend some time together!"

"Araso, araso. Noraebang?"

"Great minds really thinks alike. Let's go!"

Just as you two turned to walk to the karaoke, someone suspicious came out of the shadows and strode towards the two of you with something in one hand.

"I WARNED YOU!", the person shouted as the substances was being poured on Dongwoo's back.

"Dongwoo!", he started to hiss in pain.

You looked at the bottle of substance that was thrown on the ground, bubbles were forming as sounds were made.

Acid.

"STOP RIGHT THERE!", a man came running and shouted at the person who attacked Dongwoo.

"Are you two alright?", a lady asked and you shook your head.

"I think he's hurt."

"We have to get him to the hospital right now."

You walked back and forth infront of the emergency room Dongwoo was sent into.

"Please let him be alright.", you kept repeating those words.

Suddenly, the curtains opened and a doctor walked out.

"Are you Jang Dongwoo's friend?"

"I'm his girlfriend. Is he alright?"

"He's fine. Luckily his jacket was thick enough to withstand where the acid was being poured at the original spot. But his arm got burnt a little when the acid started to seep through the holes at the sleeves. It might leave a little scar, so I've had it covered right now with medicine applied. Remember to apply it for him once every night."

You thanked and bowed the doctor before rushing to see Dongwoo sitting on the bed while examining his arm.

"Thank god you're fine!", you ran and hugged him tight which caught him by surprised.

"Of course I'm fine. Did you think I was gonna die?", he joked which earned a smack on his back.

"How can you joke like that! And what were you thinking protecting me? You're an idol. Did you forget image was the think you can't lose?"

"Image is nothing if it comes to protecting the one I love.", he your hair and you were way beyond touched hearing his words.

"Dongwoo,", you pulled back and looked at him.

"Did you think I could just stand there and watch you get hurt? Of course not. What kind of boyfriend would I be then?"

That was when a tear escaped your eye, "Thank you. Really. Thank you, Dongwoo."

He wiped your tear away and ruffled your hair, "Silly girl. Why are you crying? I'm fine!"

You couldn't help but smile, "Babo."

The two person that helped you during the incident came walking in with a clipboard with them.

"Hi, are you two fine to leave your statements?", the guy asked and you two nodded.

"Do you know this person?", he showed a photo and your jaw dropped.

"Minji-sshi?"

"You know her?", Dongwoo asked.

"Do you remember the girl that was a huge fan of you guys during high school?"

"Now that you mentioned it, she does look familiar."

"Apparently, she was the one that planned the attack. We had her arrested and she confessed that she was planning on attacking you, Miss."

"Me?"

"She told us she was jealous of you being able to get close to Infinite and she couldn't no matter how hard she tries. So she wants to make you hurt and they would choose to hang with her instead of you."

"She's insane.", Dongwoo spoked.

"And we checked her history, she did have a little mental problems which she is controlling with medication."

"Wow, who would've known."

"So, where is she right now?"

"She's being kept at the station right now and she will go to court tomorrow. We're pretty sure she will be charged with attempt with attack with acidic substance."

"And if there's anything else, we'll contact you.", the guy said before leaving with the lady officer.

Dongwoo then turned to you, "At least we'll be alright now."

One of their managers came later and took the two of you to the carpark.

"Let's get you home right now, _________.", you nodded and he started the car.

"You sure you'll be fine alone?", Dongwoo asked with a worried voice and worried written all over his face.

"I will be. Just need some rest. And for you, the doctor reminded me to tell you to have this applied every night. Remember that, okay?"

"I'll forget for sure. Why don't you remind me?"

"Am I your personal nurse now?"

"I'll wait for your call every night.", he winked.

Within 10 minutes, the car reached your house.

"And we're here. Goodnight, __________."

"Thanks oppa!", you got out the car.

"Text me when you're back at the dorm, got it?", you told Dongwoo when he tried to close the door in your face.

"Araso. You're being naggy now."

"Yah-"

"Love you, babe. Bye!", he closed the door and hurried his hyung to drive.

You smiled as you saw the car drove away.
