“Seriously not now.” Yunho cursed quietly.
He was alone inside his car. He had to return to his house, yes, that was his initial plan but alas, the journey he should face from the cottage to his house was another adventure. And it was in the middle of the night, and he was in the middle of the thick forest. There was only a small single path, visible from the bundles of dead brown leaves on the ground being stepped by passers from years to years. He once heard a story that evil creatures love to loiter around at night, especially midnight, and their favourite place to hang out was the forest and other abandoned places. Yunho did not sign up to pay a trust on that infamous folktale, a story which ruined down a child’s childhood giving them nightmares, right away brainwashing their mind having the idea that such dark alleys, abandoned buildings and thick forest were not so welcoming and friendly. Yunho did not expect to encounter some ghosts, yet the fact that he had met with some shapeshifters, it made him do some tossing an rolling every night just thinking about it. But, now, that was not the deal. His car was running out of gas. And it pissed him off.

His heart was stabbed deep, by an invisible force of anger and disappointment. He admitted that he was out of control and that it was his fault for meddling, or for hurting Jaejoong’s pride first. Yet, it was too late for him to admit. Ego was an enemy to every man out there, including him. He supposed, it was the main problem he had to deal with. Half of him was yelling at him for returning back to the cottage and to give Jaejoong a supportive tight hug. Yunho admitted that, he had worsened Jaejoong’s emotional condition. He knew that the male was in a deep fight with his brother, and the fact of losing one of his best friends, everything was about to go deeply south. And here, Yunho started to hate himself, placing the entire burden on him, for making Jaejoong stressing out. And he had gone way too far away from the cottage, if he were to return back to it, his car would seriously just remain motionless without enough gas. He should have known his limit and boundary sooner. Yunho just sighed a deep frustrated one before something caught his eyes. 

He saw lights.

Yes, being trapped in the middle of the dark forest was scary, he admitted that. And to see some lights, it was a saviour. The car had the last bit of gas, it could survive just by travelling few more miles. Yunho, with hope, stepped on the pedal before accelerating the vehicle toward the lights.
