Mina’s POV

I walked in to the school with a happy smile on my face, because finally after took me almost 1 month to finally able to talk to her. She is hopelessly gorgeous, her perfect smile with cute dimples, perfect body shape and her pair skin made me fell for her more deeply.  I asked her out last day and she agreed. I was so crazily happy when she said yes. Seo Yuna, I hope I was brave enough to ask you to be my girlfriend.

As I was walking, I saw her from a far talking with her friend. Her smile, her laugh, her pout, her puff face were everything to me. She made me like this, like a stupid person grinning alone, she made me felt something weird inside my body. Never ever people could melt my heart the way she did.

Suddenly a voice interrupted the moment and calling me from behind. I spun around and frowned. There was a girl who annoyed me everytime she was neared my bestfriend.

“Hi Mina”                                                                                                                                        

“Hi Hyeri”

“Where is Hyejeong?”

“I don’t know” I said with shrug shoulder. “I have to go”

I was about to go when she held my wrist to stop me. “What?” I asked her annoyed.

“I want to ask you something”

I sighed and folded my arms on my chest.

“By any chance, is Hyejeong has someone? Because I heard from some guys that Hyejeong has dated someone”

I had frown in my brows as I was confused with what she just said. Hyejeong never told me she had someone already, if she really did, she would tell me first before others because we were bestfriend and I had known her since we were in secondary school. But I decided to keep it aside as I wanted to get rid this girl first. How she was always clingy with Hyejeong annoyed me.

“Yes I guess so she has someone”

“Who?” I could see she was knitting her brows.

“I don’t want to tell you because Hyejeong asked me to not tell this to anyone. If you excuse me, I will go now” With that I continued my walk to the cafeteria leaving her froze.

She might be jealous because I knew how she had crush on Hyejeong. I had told Hyejeong about this but she ignored me as she didn’t believe what I said. She said it was no way Hyeri would like her as they were closed since first year and she had considered Hyeri as her sister only, not more and not less.

Author’s POV

Mina arrived in the cafeteria and immediately searching for certain girl. She felt a bit mad but worried at the same time because Hyejeong didn’t tell her about her girlfriend and worried because Hyeri might did something to Hyejeong’s girlfriend.

Enough wandering around she finally saw Hyejeong sat with some random girls on one table. Mina saw Hyejeong tried to flirt with them but actually the girls were the one who flirting with Hyejeong. Hyejeong just ate her cookies.

“Yah Hyejeong!”

Hyejeong startled and almost choked herself.

“Wae Mina? You scared me”

Mina glared to the other girl. She immediately grabbed Hyejeong hand to stand up and stay away from them. Hyejeong was asking her to let her go because she hadn’t finished her breakfast yet but Mina refused to listen. Annoyed enough, Mina took Hyejeong’s cookies and continued dragging Hyejeong out from cafeteria.

Once they arrived at the school hallway, Mina let Hyejeong’s hand go and folded her arms.

“What wrong with you Mina-yah? What with the mood in the morning?” Hyejeong rolled her eyes and continued ate her cookies.

“There is something you need to tell me?”

Hyejeong was in confused, she tried to think what was something that she wanted to tell Mina and ting “Aaah, I want to tell you this weekend, I will go to my parents’ house. So I want to ask you if you want to join me?” She innocently grinned.

Mina loudly sighed and massaged her temple. When she was about to speak, noises were coming from left side of them. There were many girls and guys marched toward where they were standing.

“Hyejeong, is the rumor true?”

“Who is the guy/girl?”

“He/She is lucky?”

“I’m jealous”

Hyejeong was in confused. She had no idea what happened and what the students talked about and why they asked about questions like that. She diverted her gaze to Mina.

Mina moved to the crowded and asked them to leave.

“We will inform you guys soon if the rumour was true or not. Now dismiss please”

Groan and whine could be heard on the entire hallway. The students finally walked away and leaving the two beautiful girls. Mina faced Hyejeong back.

“What was that Mina? Why they asked such weird questions?”

Mina sighed and she stared on Hyejeong face, knowing that her bestfriend was really innocent and didn’t have any idea about the rumour by looking at Hyejeong’s confuse face.

“There is rumor saying that you have date someone”

“What?!”

Mina covered her ears hearing Hyejeong’s high pitched scream.

“What a nonsense. What they thought when they did the news?”

Hyejeong had her hands on her hips, she was furious and her face already red. Mina tried to calm her down by simply asked her to not overthink it.

“Relax Hyejeong, maybe there were certain bored people who had nothing to do. Just forget it”

“Forget it? How could I?! I SWEAR I WILL FIND THAT PEOPLE WHO MADE THE RUMOR AND CUT THEIR HANDS!”

“Woo wooo, easy Hyejeong. But I will look forward to it” Mina giggled.

Hyejeong rolled her eyes.

“Well, I was almost fell for it too”

“So the reason why you were dragging me here just because you believed that trash?”

“I said I was almost believed it”

Hyejeong was angry and was about to smack Mina but

*bell ring*

“Aah. It is time to go to class. Come on Hyejeong” with that Mina ran to classroom ignoring Hyejeong calling her.

“Yah Mina!”
