Hyejeong was pacing back and forth inside her room and occasionally rubbed her face with her hands. She had been thinking about that thing and her mind messed up with that thing.

She thought she could live her life after putting Sojin in jail but instead adding the problem. 

Also the fact that she saw her own girlfriend with another guy didn't make the stituation better at all. 

-flashback-

Hyejeong was coming out from the classroom to the hallway. She looked tired. Her precious smile faded, her hair tied in messy bun and her school uniform a bit messy, not properly tucked in as she normally did. People would mistaken she had turned into cold person. 

As she was walking down the hallway, with her bag hung on one side of her shoulder, she saw a familiar girl was talking and laughing with other guy. 

It was her girlfriend. 

Seolhyun smiled everytime the guy spoke and it hurt Hyejeong so much. Because that smile was only meant for her. 

She wanted to skip into them but her legs betrayed her as it weren't move. And as if her heart told her not to go. So she did. She didn't come to her girlfriend and the guy, instead she walked out straight from the school building then headed home. 

-end of flashback-

Hyejeong reached for a card inside her jeans pocket. She made a staring contest with the card as if she could burn the card using her eyes.

This was confusing. 

Why she still hesitated to give the presecutor a call? 

Hyejeong let out heavy sigh then grabbed her phone only to see Seolhyun's face appeared on the screen. 

Seolhyun called. 

But Hyejeong didn't bother to pick up the call and let it rang, until it eventually stopped. 

She looked at the card then at her phone. Her fingers moved on her own as it typed the number that stated on the card. 

She made her mind. She would call the presecutor a.k.a Doojoon and told him what her decision. She might think her decision would fast to be decided but if she waited longer, could be she change her mind. 

After 3 beeps, the call was being answered and fine voice of man could be heard from other line. 

"Is this... Presecutor Yoon?"

"YES!"

"Yah! What's that? I almost choked to dead, you know!" Yoseob whined. 

"Guess what?"

"What?"

"She called me, just now. Finally!" Doojoon exclaimed proudly as his hands opened wide and made a fist.

"Who? Hyejeong?" 

"Hm-hmm" 

"Waaah. So what's her decision?" Yoseob asked in hoping. 

Smile on Doojoon's face faded and he scratched his head. His face didn't show any good sign about what he was going to tell and Yoseob awared of it. 

"She will tell me tomorrow" 

"I thought she want to tell you right away when she called you. You looked excited as if she agreed with this" 

"I know right. But atleast she called" 

"We shall find out tomorrow then" 

"Yeah" 

After having their dinner, Doojoon was back to his office after bid goodbye to Yoseob. Normally, at night, people would go home and spent time with family, but not in Doojoon's case. Since he was all lived alone, he prefered to spend his night at his workplace and finished all his works. Then got back home by midnight. 

He was walking on the hallway to her office when he bumped into his boss. 

"Mr. Do, you're still here." Doojoon greeted. 

"Yeah, just finished up some works. You're not going home?" 

"Em, later. I've work to do too"

"You shouldn't work too hard. Wait when you're married, you won't go home late" 

Doojoon chuckled awkwardly hearing the word 'married'. It was strange for him. 

"I'll surely do, but not for now. I'm more focusing on my career" 

The boss nodded his head slowly as he understand what Doojoon was trying to tell. He then glanced at his wristwatch. 

"I shall go home now. My wife and son are waiting for me"

"Sure, Sir" Doojoon bowed slightly then they separated away. 

But before they could walk far, the boss called Doojoon and he turned around only to see frown on the boss's face. 

"Yes, Sir?"

"I have news. Well, I can say this is bad for you because to look back on how eager you were, I feel bad as well" 

"What is it?" 

The boss let out heavy sigh and Doojoon could find it hard to swallow his own saliva. He felt nervous all of sudden. 

"Unfortunately, we, oh no, you have to set Park Sojin free" 

"Nae?!" Doojoon exclaimed. He was shocked, completely shocked. "What do you mean, Sir?"

"You know, it's been 6 days since we keep her here but you have nothing to prove that she's really guilty-"

"I might not have it now, but I'm still working on it. Plus, Hyejeong was calling me and ready to tell me her decision to help me or not" 

He was mad, disappointed, annoyed, frustrated and all.

"I guess you don't have to do that anymore. Because it is an order from authority. I couldn't say nor do anything about it too. I know you can handle this because I'm believing in you, but we can't do anything if he already said like this. I'm sorry Presecutor Yoon, you have to let her out by tomorrow morning" 

Right after that, the boss walked away, leaving Doojoon dumbfounded. He was stressed out and let all his anger by punching the wall. 

This shouldn't be happening. He wouldn't let Sojin out, not after what she did to Yura, his late fiancèe.

Seolhyun was rushing to school cafeteria to find that certain person but luck wasn't on her side when she didn't catch any glimpse of her fiancèe. 

She was disappointed. Hyejeong didn't answer her calls nor replied to her texts. She didn't have any idea why Hyejeong did that, but she was sure something was wrong, which she wanted to find it. 

As Seolhyun was about to head out from the cafeteria, she saw Mina was alone. She approached the short girl. 

"Mina, where is Dongdong?" 

Mina shrugged her shoulder. "She didn't call me this morning" 

"Neither did she to me" Seolhyun whispered.

Mina noticed the sad expression on Seolhyun's face. "Wae? Are you guys arguing?" 

"I don't know. She don't tell me anything and just behave like this. I'm worried" 

*beep*

"Oh bye Seol, I have to go" Mina waved then jogged to somewhere. 

Seolhyun was confused but soon waved back to Mina who quickly disappeared from her sight. She slumped her shoulders as she let long sigh came out from . Then walked away to go to the library while waiting for their first lesson. 

First lesson began, yet Seolhyun didn't see Hyejeong was coming into the classroom. She occasionally glanced at the door then at Hyejeong's desk which caught the teacher's attention. 

"Seolhyun, is everything okay?" 

"Y-Yeah, I'm fine, sorry, Mrs. Kim" 

"It's okay, just focus from now" 

The teacher continued with the lesson but that didn't mean Seolhyun stopped concerning about her fiancee who suddenly missing in action. 

The lessons for the day went fast than expected and it was already lunch time. Everyone began to move out from the classroom. 

Seolhyun was still on her desk, spacing out. She was trying to remember anything she did wrong that could possibly made Hyejeong acted like this. But she couldn't find any. The last thing she remember, they were having a little arguing about Seolhyun was forcing Hyejeong to tell her what happened. But that wasn't a big deal. They already settled the thing down and they were good of it. 

Her thought was cut short when someone knocked on her desk. Seolhyun lifted her head only to see a familiar guy was standing infront of her with big smile. 

"Hi, lunch with me?" 

"Oh Hi V. Erm..." 

She was hesitated and confused. She wanted to reject the offer but didn't know why it was hard for her to say. Instead she said

"Okay" 

Seolhyun and V walked to the cafeteria. As they were coming into the cafe, she felt all eyes were on her. She felt uncomfortable with the amount of staring and could only down her head. She didn't even know why she lowered her head but surely there was something wrong. 

They started eaten their lunch. However the stares just wouldn't subside. V who was trying to calm Seolhyun down, put his hand on top of Seolhyun's. She was shocked. She looked around and people began to whisper to each other.
