"What happened to us, Hyejeong?"

"Huh?" Hyejeong was dumbfounded. She didn't absord every single word that Seolhyun uttered. 

"W-What happened to us?" Hyejeong repeated the question. 

Seolhyun opened to say something but nothing really came out. She was speechless. 

Was this really happening? She didn't believe it. Instead of telling Hyejeong they were lover or what, she asked rather a sarcastic question, causing the older one to knit her brows.

"What happened to your head?"

Hyejeong touched her head, suspecting something on it. 

"What's with my head?"

"It's broken" Seolhyun answered with straight expression. 

"Nae?"

Seolhyun could explode any minute by the moment. But then she remembered Mina's words that she supposed to help her fiance to get her memory back. 

She inhaled slowly, attempting to calm anger as well as sadness ran through her body. 

"S-Seolhyun..."

With eyebrows raised, Seolhyun gazed her fiance in shocking expression. Hyejeong called her by her name and it surprised her. She expected the girl to apologize but

"...can I..go now? M-My friends are waiting for me" Hyejeong had no idea why she was stuttering. 

Seolhyun lowered her head in disappointment and her expression looked scary in Hyejeong's eyes. 

"Or! I can call Mina to come and company you" Hyejeong suggested. 

"I don't need Mina, I need you" 

"It's okay, I'll take my leave now" Seolhyun took steps and wishing for Hyejeong to stop her by grabbing her arms but she felt nothing. 

"Okay... Bye" 

She cried along her ride home.

"Seolhyun! Hop on!" 

Mina had been followed Seolhyun from Shin mansion until they were in nowhere. She shouted for the girl name, asking her to come into the car. But her voice sounded deaf in  Seolhyun's ear. 

Seolhyun was walking, like a lifeless body, along the sidewalk, without a specific destination. There was less people on the street at this hour. 

She was hurting at the fact Hyejeong was still in her lost-memory state. She couldn't control herself the moment her eyes made contact with her fiance. Sure her heart was still beating everytime but what about the girl's? Did it beat too? 

Feeling frustrated, Mina stopped her car then walked out to catch on Seolhyun. She grabbed the girl's arm only to be pulled away. 

"Seolhyun, come. I'll send you home"

Seolhyun's cheeks already drenched by tears and she wouldn't mind to wipe it off. She would careless about how she looked like.

"I don't need you to send me home" She said coldly. 

Seolhyun attempted to walk but being grabbed again by Mina. This time she exploded. 

"LET GO OF ME! I don't want to go home! Leave me alone!" 

Her knees gave in and eventually fell on the ground. The entire place occupied with her loud sob. Her shoulders heaving from the heavy breathing and the constant sniffles. A hand covered to muffle her sob but failed miserably when it was getting louder. She couldn't control it. She wouldn't care what other people would say, her heart ached so bad. 

Mina gritted her teeth, closing her eyes for moment. She fished her phone to dial certain number. 

"Hello, can you come here? Erm, it's the place near restaurant that you recommend to me. Yeaah... infront of it" 

Less than 15 minutes later, the person arrived. 

"Thanks for coming"

"Yeah. What's going on?" 

Mina sighed heavily. "She's upset. Can you company her for awhile? I need to go see Hyejeong"

"Okay. Don't, pick a fight" Eunji warned with her stern voice. 

Mina chuckled as she shook her head. "Arraseo. Bye" 

With that she drove her car from there and went to meet her bestfriend. 

Meanwhile, Eunji took a seat, on the ground, beside the crying girl. It was silence for who knew how long. Only sound of night breeze and each other breathing could be heard. Eunji waited for the right timing to speak and when it was time she opened only to be cut by Seolhyun's sudden voice 

"I'm not going home, if that what you ask me for" 

Eunji closed back and regained her posture; she was... scared. Seolhyun knew what she was going to say and she felt embarrased. But she wouldn't questioning for she knew the truth. 

Now, Eunji couldn't say anything. She was too scared to even say a word, until Seolhyun spoke

"Why? Why is this happening to us?"

Eunji gulped, afraid she might say something wrong. She barely knew Seolhyun but she knew she was an amazing girl, well she heard this from Hyejeong of course. 

However, now they were sitting next to each other and Eunji could say that Seolhyun was indeed a strong girl, despite what the girl had been through.

"I...I don't know what to say. But, I know Hyejeong is not that type of girl. Maybe it can be more helpful when you try to get close to her like before. In other words, start from the first"

Seolhyun turned her gaze to Eunji, her eyes were watery but she managed to smile to show her gratitute toward Eunji's encouragement statement. 

"I don't know if I can do that" 

"Of course you can. I know how much that little brat loves you. She loves you so much. She's just foolish to realize it now"

Upon hearing what Eunji said, Seolhyun laughed while wiping her tears. Eunji smiled proudly, seeing the girl finally got to smile and her joke was a success.

"Mina is going to meet her"

"Hope she won't start any fight" 

"She won't. I already warn her. Or she can face her scary girlfriend later. We all know how she scare on her hot girlfriend" 

"Do you... like Mina's girlfriend?" Seolhyun almost chuckled when she saw how shocked the secret agent was upon her question. 

"What?! No!"

Seolhyun gave her such a look and Eunji sighed in defeat. 

"Fine, her girlfriend is hot, pretty, gorgeous and of course who doesn't like her, but she is Mina's for god's sake. They are happy"

Nod from Seolhyun made her sighed in relief but lifted her head almost immediately when she heard soft chuckle. She frowned. 

"Sorry" Seolhyun muttered.

They shared good laugh. Seolhyun was feeling a bit cool but that didn't mean she forgot about the problem. She was still on it.

"Thanks for visiting, oppa" 

Minhyuk was observing her sister who sat infront of him. She looked skinny. Her cheeks obviously not chubby as before. Her eyes were puffed for how much she cried. 

Every night, Hyeri would cry, regretting what she had done. Regretting for behaved badly in hoping for her parents to get back together and made them realized. 

But no point on regretting anything now. It was late, too late to upset over the past. The girl she murdered was dead already and impossible to get her back. Also, her parents wouldn't get back together despite she behaved in unacceptable ways. She did beyond what she supposed to just do and got what she deserved to get; death penalty. 

"Did father come?" He asked with soft voice. 

Shaking of head from Hyeri enough to make him gritted his teeth and his pants. 

He hated the father, from the start. He hated for the oldest always prioritized work than his own family.  

Minhyuk used to ask Hyeri to stay with him and the mother but Hyeri refused as she said she could make the father changed and got the parents together. But this was happened. The end of it. She failed, not even closed to success.

"He's busy. I understand" 

His expression became soften as he saw single tear fell on her cheek. 

"Mom... is on her way" 

Hyeri abruptly lifted her head, with shocking expression. Her mom was coming, to see her. Just before she could say anything, the door opened and revealed her mom. 

"Mom!" 

She ran to her mom's embrace, crying. The mother let out tears and caressed her daughter hair soothingly. 

"It's okay, honey. Mom is here" 

"I'm sorry, mom. Sorry for everything"

The mom's hurt so badly, seeing her own daughter in this state. 

"It's fine, I already forgive you. No matter what happened after this, you are still my daughter, my one and only daughter" 

Hyeri nodded with tears still freely streamed down her smooth cheeks. 

The three family members already cried river. They shared a big hug for moment before the time for visiting Hyeri was up.
