Another stressful and a day full of jealousy for Seolhyun. She had no idea how many times she had sighed and whined over the fact that she once again had to team up with Hyejeong. Everytime she neared this girl her heart couldn’t stop to beat faster, even she herself couldn’t manage to control it. Plus, she saw her crush was being clingy with other girl.

Seolhyun reached her house, she saw a fancy and expensive car parked infront of the house with few bodyguards waiting near the door. She frowned wondering who could be visiting them. Her family had never received any royal or VIP guests or something.

She rushed to come in to the house when one of the bodyguards stretched his hand to stop her.

“Who are you Miss?”

“I-I’m Kim Seolhyun”

Then he spoke through earpiece that on his ear.

“A girl named Kim Seolhyun is here. Yes, okay” He faced Seolhyun and opened the door. “Please come in Miss” He motioned her to come in to the house with smile on his face.

‘Why he do this? This is my house’ She mentally complained.

As she came in, there were more guards inside. She jumped slightly because of sudden hand that stopped her from came in any further.

“Are you really Kim Seolhyun, Miss?”

“Yes. This is my house, what do you think?” Seolhyun said sternly annoyed by the men’s question.

“I’m sorry, but our boss is now meeting with your parents-“

“Where are they? What have you done with my parents?” She almost shouted.

“Calm down Miss. They are fine. Now I want you to follow me”

The man moved aside and asked Seolhyun to walk to front.

“You asked me to follow you, so shouldn’t you the one who lead?”

He chuckled and nodded her head “Right Miss” And he walked first.

Seolhyun followed him and it didn’t take them too long to reach where her parents were as the house was not that big.

They finally arrived at where her parents - Seolhyun’s study room. As she stepped on the room she frowned when she saw an old man sat infront of her parents with crossed leg. And both of her parents seemed happy because they were laughing over something just before she came in.

The moment she came in, all eyes were on her. She froze on her track until her mom came and snapped her out.

“Oh Seolhyun, come sit here” Her mom pulled her to the chair and she sat between her parents.

“Umma, Appa, what is this about? Why there are many guards in the house”

The man infront of her chuckled “I’m sorry, my men must be scaring you. Don’t worry, they are all my bodyguards.”

She nodded her head.

“So you must be their daughter, Kim Seolhyun is it?”

“Yes”

“You are pretty” He smiled and then decided not to continue his words. So Seolhyun took this chance to ask her parents.

“Appa, what is this?”

Her dad looked at her mom and she nodded. He faced Seolhyun, held her hand and caressed it “Seolhyun, you are going to engage”

“What?!”

“Yah, Kwon Mina, hurry up! What is taking you so long?” Hyejeong shouted from the outside.

“Wait a sec!”

They were currently in the boutique because Mina wanted to buy dress for her date with someone. She haven’t told Hyejeong yet but she could tell it was Yuna because she knew her bestfriend was really had a big crush for the girl.

Suddenly her phone rang. She took out the phone and frowned when she looked at the caller ID. She sighed as she hesitated to answer the call. She took a deep breath and pressed the answer button.

“Nae?”

“Hi Honey”

“Yes Mom? Why are calling me?”

“Hyejeong, are you still mad? We are sorry honey, your dad didn’t mean to hurt you. He is maybe tough and strict but he loves you”

“It’s okay, Mom. Past is past. I don’t want to remember that”

Her mom sighed could be heard on the other line “How are you Honey? Have you eat and sleep well?”

“I’m fine Mom, don’t worry. How about you?”

“Mom is fine too, just this lately I always get a headache but it’s okay, I already take medicine“

“Have you come to see a doctor yet?”

“No, I don’t need to see a doctor. It is not a big deal”

There was silent for a while until her mom decided to speak which Hyejeong face turned into frown.

“Honey, we want you to come home this weekend. Your dad said he has something to tell you”

“This weekend? I can’t, because I have some school works to do”

“Hyejeong please, I really miss you. If you aren’t mad please come home honey”

Hyejeong couldn’t hold as tears started to form on her eyes and whispered “I miss you too Mom” but loud enough for her mom to hear it.

“Come home okay? I’ll wait for you at home”

“Nae Mom, I’ll try. Bye Mom”

“Bye honey, I love you”
