Jieun was absolutely excited about the day that she woke up right six in the morning. She rubbed her sleepy eyes and glanced at Wonho who was still deep asleep under the blanket. Jieun got up the bed and took a hot shower

Today they were going on a trip to a mountain resident that Wonho found it online and it was astonishingly beautiful. They planned to spend two days there and he even got a car from his company to drive toward their perfect plan.

When Jieun got off the shower, she woke up Wonho so he could take a shower while she was preparing snacks and gathering late minute stuff. Soon they packed their luggage in the trunk of the car and started their journey.

As soon as they started driving away, Jieun fell completely silent and Wonho felt her stare on himself. He took a quick glance at her before focusing back on the road. “Babe, what’s wrong? Did you forget anything? I can return home, we’re not that far…”

“No, I didn’t forget anything…” Jieun replied still feeling hypnotized.

“Then why are you staring at me?!” Wonho peeked at her again.

Jieun blinked and looked down, a little embarrassed that he caught him. “I’ve never seen you driving before.” She was amazed at how cool he was looking while driving, especially when he didn’t wear tees or hoodies but a sky blue button up shirt and with his rolled up sleeves the veins on his forearms were much of a masterpiece.

“Haha… do I look too y for you?” Wonho teased but Jieun couldn’t be more agreed.

“You should drive more…” Jieun commented but took her words back quickly. “No… don’t drive, I don’t want other girls to look at you.” Jieun pouted and Wonho couldn’t help but pinch her cheek.

“So you’re going to drive if you ban me from driving?” Wonho challenged knowing that she didn’t have a driving license.

“You know I don’t have a license.” Jieun pouted, she tried driving before but she wasn’t that successful since most of the time she was stressed out.

“You should get one.” Wonho mentioned.

“Nah… you’ll drive me anywhere.” Jieun chuckled.

“Tsk. Look at you, you were saying that I shouldn’t drive now you made me into your driver.”

“Guys look cool while driving.” Jieun reasoned.

Wonho hid his smile. “Still you need to learn. What if I was away and you needed to take our children to school…” Wonho stopped after realizing that he just spilled out one of his imaginations. After seconds he peeked at Jieun who was looking at him with a shocked and lost expression and noticed her slightly pink cheeks. He cleared his voice.

“Let’s listen to some music.” Wonho tapped the radio and after some minutes the embarrassing vibe turned to an exciting one.

As they got further from Seoul to the heights of mountains, the surrounding got whiter and more beautiful. Jieun was completely absorbed by the scenery and her eyes wouldn’t leave the pretty view of the snow-covered forests and fields.

“It’s so beautiful here.” Jieun commented with a touched voice.

Wonho smiled, glanced at her with a satisfied smile and took her hand in his before focusing back to the road. Jieun glanced at him driving with one hand while his other hand was holding hers while lying on her knees.

“I wanna run into the snow…” Jieun giggled while playing with his fingers.

“Wait a bit more…” Wonho chuckled at her childishness.

Finally, they reached the resident. It consisted of isolated houses in a large area and as Wonho got the keys to the house he booked before, they drove to it. The small house was located in the middle of snow-covered ground and was rounded by trees from one side.

“Oh my god… so much snow!” Jieun ran into the snow as soon as she got off the car. Wonho giggled at her bubbly vibe and took their luggage to the house.

The house looked cozy and pretty with the wooden floor and decoration. Wonho looked through the long wall window and saw Jieun wandering and playing in the snow by herself. He shook his head with a smile. “Such a baby.” He could stand there and watch her for hours, especially when she couldn’t see him inside and kept on playing freely.

He went through her luggage and chose some clothes. He wore his own beanie and scarf and went out to Jieun. “Come here!” Wonho shouted and in no time Jieun came running. Her cheeks were red because of cold or maybe excitement and her shining eyes made Wonho’s heart skip a beat.

“Let’s play!” Jieun screamed in joy while bouncing up and down but Wonho held her shoulders and made her still for a moment.

“You’ll catch a cold this way.” Wonho stated and placed the beanie on her head then wrapped her neck tightly in a scarf. “You became such a baby.” Wonho teased while putting out her hair from under the scarf and spreading it on her shoulders. With loving eyes glancing at her, he fixed her hair on her face carefully.

Jieun was still all the time. She had hidden a snowball from before and wanted to crash it on his face to start a snow fight but he acted so sweet that she couldn’t and the snowball was slowly freezing her hands.

“Now hands…” Wonho raised her gloves but she wasn’t showing her hands.

Jieun bit her lower lip. “Sorry, Hoseok ah…” She apologized before throwing the snowball on his face and running away.
