“That’s tomorrow…” She said but Jongin had already disappeared into the distance.

Tears fell uncontrollably now that she knew the truth.

It hurt her more knowing that Dongwoo and Sunggyu didn’t have to die.

At that moment, all she wanted was to go home.

Her home where there would be Woohyun and L to comfort her and tell her what to do- because they always knew what to do.

But in reality she was lost and stranded in the middle of nowhere with no sign of civilization.

When Aeri thought it couldn’t get any worse, she felt drops of water fall onto her body.

She titled her head to the sky as the cold rain hit her bare face.

“You’re being mean to me too?” She yelled before resting her head against her knees.

“Oppa…why did you leave me?” She thought of her brother.

“I wish you were here…” She mumbled and then suddenly the rain stopped.

Aeri lifted her head to find an umbrella over her.

The person bent down and revealed his face.

It was Woohyun.

“Areum?” He hesitated.

“Are you okay? What happened? What did they do to you?” Woohyun panicked when he saw the marks on her face.

Aeri instantly threw her arms around him and cried.

He was taken aback by her sudden hug.

"Are you really not Aeri?" He thought.

“Everything’s okay now. I’m here.” He the back of her head to calm her.

This made Aeri cried harder.

“Let’s get you home.”

With Woohyun’s help, Aeri stood up.

“Can you manage?” Woohyun asked letting go of her arm.

Aeri nodded but she felt sick to the stomach.

“L! Over here!” Woohyun called upon seeing his figure in the distance.

As L came running towards them, Aeri saw doubles and began to lose balance.

“Aeri!” L caught her before she stumbled to the ground.

“It’s Areum remember?” Woohyun corrected him.

“Right…Are you okay?”

“Yea…I just slipped.” She lied getting up herself but L quickly scooped her into his arms and carried her to the car.

“What happened? Why did they take you?” They asked her.

“They…they…” She choked on her words.

Both Woohyun and L could tell that she was genuinely scared.

Her eyes shifted between Woohyun and L.

She wanted to tell them the truth but then she thought back to what Mr. Han said: “If you’re not gone by tomorrow. You won’t be the only one joining your dead brother.”

Those words repeated in her head over and over again.

She looked at Woohyun then to L.

She couldn't risk losing them too. 

“Areum?” L nudged her arm.

“STOP!” She covered her ears and screamed.

L and Woohyun were shocked by her sudden outburst.

“I…I’m sorry.” She apologized.

“No, it’s not your fault, they must have mistaken you for Aeri. I’ll call Miri and let them know you’re safe.” L gave her a comforting smiling.

“Don’t.” Aeri stopped L from dialing her number. “Just take me home. Please?”

“You need to go to the hospital.” L worried.

“I don’t…I’m fine, see?” Aeri smiled.
