“SARA’S  POV”

IS HE FREAKING SERIOUS? He came running back with a bat and a ball in his hands and his annoying smile flashes before me. Goodness, he looks so happy just like the little kid I once knew. Baseball can bring out the happiness in him

“you want me to play?”

“uh huh”

“I don’t even know how to play”

“I’ll teach you.”

He came into my back and gave me the bat. He explained to me how I need to concentrate and what the right posture is or how you need to be so focused when the ball is coming but right now I don’t even care and it doesn’t even matter. All I can think about is his chest leaning into my back. His muscular arms wrapped around me and thank goodness for baseball for making me feel this biceps..I can smell his cologne and it smells good. He smell so good every single time that you just want to snuggle in his neck. I turn around my head and I can see his jaw then his lips and now I can see his eyes…he’s looking at me…he caught me staring

“Are you even listening?”

“Yeah”

“What did I say then?”

“uh…uhm…something about…about how to swing the bat properly?”

“Are you asking me?”

“No,”

“You’re lucky I said that..” that was so close

He breaks away and now I wanna whine. I want him so close to me but he explains how you only have three strikes and how you should run the bases and bla bla bla

“So you wanna play?”

“Huh?”

“Oh just hit the ball with the bat woman!”

I laughed so hard. I know he knows that I am not even paying attention but I love how he talks when baseball is our topic. He is happy, and that happiness I see in him makes me want to kiss him so bad

“Fine Fine!”

He threw the ball lightly, not that normal pitcher speed and I hit it and it flew a little far and he came running after the ball so I ran on the said bases and I started to giggle like a flirty little minx while he chases me…oh he can ran so fast…

He caught me by my waist when I was running for the second base and spun me around him and I needed to support myself by gripping on his shoulders. We landed on the grass and he was hovering me while I giggle…

“Wow,”

“What?”

“You are really beautiful from up here”

“So are you…”

He kissed my lips gently then to my forehead then back to my lips again. He lays on my side and held my hand as we stare at the sky. It was so beautiful…

“You know, we have a field like this in my old school”

“Really?”

“Yeah, it was a little larger but similar…I mean when I look at the sky…it feels the same…” what the hell is he talking about?
