Okay I'm a mixture of pissed and highly confused. So I was surfing on the internet and I happened to stumble upon this picture of our lovely Holland Roden. Look at those lovely GREEN eyes.
...
I ing thought her eyes were brown.
Utterly speechless at my discovery, I look at another picture and I get this. Guess what I see? BROWN eyes.
Like, wtf?
Then I come across this too! Now that looks like HAZEL eyes.
Ohmygawd, like, seriously guys I really thought her eyes were just light brown.
Whoops, nobody's perfect, everyone makes mistakes even this silly lil' auther here! I seriously apologize for this dumb mistakes. I already made like a bunch of chappies so I'll do ctrl-F and change 'brown' to 'hazel'. Or at least I'll try to.
Now back to the story!
Lacey expected for whatever the invisible monster was called to attack her like it did to her six friends. Instead of feeling an unknown force hit her, she was welcomed by darkness. It wasn't the kind of darkness you get when you become unconscious. It was a more familiar darkness. It was the kind that told her that a prisoner was being freed.
She stood there gaping in the dark as a body crashed onto her. She wasn't expecting for this to happen so she stumbled back a bit. Thankfully the person wasn't as heavy as the others, but that was what worried her. It didn't feel like an average weight, it seemed too light. She could feel the person's bones, they jutted out and touched her skin. Another thing that made her uncomfortable was the person's temperature, it was ice cold.
Finally the black light disappeared and Lacey looked at the person in her arms. It was yet again another male, with brown spiky hair and paper white skin that made her shiver at the touch. He was so boney, like he had been starving himself to death...
Maybe that was his punishment. Eternal starvation.
He was completely knocked out. When Lacey looked down to catch a glimpse of his face she saw hollowed cheeks and closed eyes. He was like a skeleton in her arms, a skeleton who's bones could easily crumble to pieces if she were to handle them the wrong way.
", Xiumin!" Jongdae exclaimed from the floor. He helped himself up using the wall and stumbled towards them. "Oh, ew," he caught sight of the dead Slick standing in front of Lacey and Xiumin.
As he helped Lacey with Xiumin he complimented, "Nice hit."
"Thanks, lay him on the couch, I'll go get him some food." She said as they both carried the skinny man to the couch. Before running to the kitchen, she ran over to each of her friends and helped him them stand up.
She basically raided the kitchen for foods of any kind. She was pretty sure Xiumin wouldn't be picky with his nutrients, he would be grateful to eat anything actually. Balancing boxes of food in her arms, she heard Suho call out to her, "Lacey there is a boy standing outside of your house!"
She froze. A boy? A human looking one or a nonhuman looking one? And how far from the house was he? Where the hell did he even come from? She quickly ran back to the living room and placed the assortment of food on the coffee table.
"There's a guy outside?" She asked.
Suho looked away from the window and covered it back with the curtain. "Young male, teenager, brown hair, and brown eyes. Fair skin too, kind of muscular." Lacey was a bit weirded out on how analytic the prince was, but did nothing to complain.
She walked over to him and peeked out of the curtains. Suho's little overview of the boy was correct. The teenager was just standing outside of the house, staring at her house and admiring the cars.
Lacey let out a curse, "I don't know him... Be right back, everyone stay here." Before she could take another step an arm shot out towards her.
Tao gave her a disapproving look, his face marred by the black slime, "You don't even know him so why go out there alone?"
"Because all of you guys are stained in gooey black guck and I think Xiumin would rather regain his nutrients instead of talking up to some random human," in the corner of her eye she saw Xiumin's head snap up at the mention of humans.
"So yeah, I'm the best candidate for this. Don't worry, I'll be fine. Just stay here with Xiumin and make sure he eats lots. Give him whatever food and drink he wants." And she exited the room after that.
Suho watched, his two brown eyes peeking through the curtains and watching secretly through the window.
"Can I help you?" Lacey asked, walking cautiously towards the mysterious boy.
"Actually, can I help you?" The boy said. "I was on my way here to Fredericksburg to visit relatives. Needed to stop for gas and
