Tiffany walked back to her dorm and walked inside. Almost immediately after she closed the door Taeyeon and Yuri came up to her. Sooyoung and Jessica came out of the bathroom as they were hanging out there until she came back.

“Tiffany how did it go?” Taeyeon asked.

“It was weird.” She admitted whilst sighing. She flumped on her bed and sighed again loudly. Taeyeon, Jessica, Yuri and Sooyoung sat on the side of her bed.

“What happened unnie? Did something bad happen?” Yuri asked.

“Aniyo, it was just really strange.” Tiffany proceeded to tell them what happened.

“Wow chincha? That’s so weird!” Sooyoung said.

“What did the headmistress say?” Jessica asked.

“She said if anyone asks my element is fire. She told me to ask her if I wanted to tell anyone about what actually happened and she’d send someone along with my timetable soon.” As soon as she said that there was a knock on the door. Tiffany went to open it and saw a little girl stood there trembling.

“T-the h-head mistress told me to g-give this to you.” She held out a sheet of paper and Tiffany took it.

“Kamsahabnida!” She took the paper excitedly and closed the door as the girl went. Taeyeon, Jessica, Yuri and Sooyoung came rushing up to her side to look at her timetable.

“You’re in the same classes as me!” Sooyoung exclaimed.

“We have you for the study classes!” Yuri and Jessica said excitedly.

“I have you for the potions class!” Taeyeon said happily.

“What about the P.E. classes?”  Tiffany asked anxiously.

“It’s fine; everyone in our year has those together. Some people choose to have extra classes and some people are made to have extra classes; that’s where you saw Siwon this morning.” Sooyoung explained.

“Oh, when do we have our first class then?” Tiffany asked in excitement. Sooyoung checked the time and gasped:

“We’re late; come on we all need to go to our element class!” They all said goodbye to each other and Tiffany ran with Sooyoung down a series of corridors. They burst into the class and were completely embarrassed to find that everyone was already sat down and staring at us. The teacher coughed angrily and they turned to look at him.

“Nice of you to join us girls. Go sit down; I know about our new student already Miss Hwang.” Sooyoung and Tiffany went and sat at the back of the class in the only seats that were left.

The lesson started and she immediately knew this was going to be difficult. As the teacher said:

“Mastering your element is more of a mental task than a physical task. You cannot allow one sole emotion to rule how your powers work. You need to be at peace with yourself to reach the full extent of your powers. Split up into pairs and try to create a fireball in your hands. When you have done that; you need to try to throw it to your partner who will extinguish it.” Tiffany split off with Sooyoung.

“Um Sooyoung? How do I create a fireball?” She asked nervously.

“You need to focus all your energy into your hands. Pretend that you’re sending all the heat in your body to your hands and imagine the fireball. It’s more of a visualisation thing than anything.” Sooyoung said.

Tiffany breathed and closed her eyes. She focused and tried to do as Sooyoung said but she just felt like an idiot.
