The next day every student was ordered to go into the hall. As everyone gathered they were curious as to the announcements the headmistress was going to make. Once everyone had sat down the headmistress walked up to a podium and spoke.

“Annyeonghaseyo students. In light of recent events we will be imposing stricter security measures. However these will not affect our annual ball which will be held in 2 weeks.” Murmurs erupted at the announcements and soon enough they were dismissed.

“I can’t wait until the ball!” Taeyeon exclaimed.

“I know right? It’s such a great ball!” Sooyoung gushed.

“I already know the perfect dress I’m going to get!” Jessica squealed.

Tiffany remained quiet as they went to their form class. They sat down and the teacher walked in.

“We have a new student in today. Please look after her.” She held out her hand for the new student to walk in.

She was tall and very pretty. The guys swooned over her and the girls were instantly jealous.

“Annyeonghaseyo I’m Im Yoona. Please look after me.” She smiled cutely at everyone but her eyes lingered on Siwon for a second.

“Please sit next to Tiffany. She will be able to look after you.” Yoona smiled and sat down next to Tiffany who smiled warmly.

“Annyeonghaseyo I’m Tiffany! I’ll look after you. Ask me anything you want and I’ll try to help you.” She said sweetly.

“Kamsahabnida. Can you tell me who the guy that is sat over there is?” She gestured discreetly towards Siwon. Tiffany’s smile faltered a little as she realised who she was referring to but she hiked it back up on her face.

“That’s Siwon. He’s really cool.”

“He’s really handsome!” Yoona gushed. Tiffany nodded but inside she felt a little flair of jealousy and anger. Yoona saw her reaction and smirked.

This will be easier than I thought.

“What’s your element Yoona-ssi?” Tiffany asked.

“Fire but I’m still pretty beginner level. Do you think you could teach me?”

“Mianhe but I’m not that good at it. “ Tiffany smiled apologetically.

When the teacher dismissed them Yoona, Tiffany and Sooyoung walked to their lesson together. As they sat down and started the lesson Sooyoung became worried. She had heard Yoona’s enquiry about Siwon and got worried.

 She may be a sweet girl but I don’t want Tiffany or Siwon to get hurt. Siwon and Tiffany need people like each other. Tiffany needs to know how to trust people again and Siwon needs to learn how to love.

They were learning how to create warmth on their skin. It was good for survival when you were cold and couldn’t create a fire. They had to split up into pairs and try to warm their skin successfully. The other person was there to touch their skin to see if it was heating up.

“Yah Tiffany-ah! Come here!” Siwon called. Tiffany blushed and turned to Sooyoung.
