Yuri and Yoona has been together since high school, and to say that their relationship is perfect that would be a lie. There is no such thing as perfect relationship in the world.   They fight and make up countless of time, but neither of them had ever say the word break up. Yuri’s stubbornness might be very annoying and frustrated sometime, but it’s also what make Yoona loves Yuri even more, because no matter what happen or how angry she gets, Yuri never give up. No matter how many time Yoona tries to push her away, Yuri wouldn’t even budge. Not like Yoona want Yuri to give up anyway.   They went through a lot of up and down but at the end of the day, they always be there for each other. They always consider themselves lucky to be in love with their best friend and their soulmate.   Yuri and Yoona has agree to keep this relationship a secret until both of them are ready. Yoona has a long way to go to achieve her dream as an actress while Yuri has always want to show her father that even she’s just a girl, she is more than capable of become his heiress. She want him to see that she deserve it more than her crazy brother who only use money and power to have fun.   *   The sound of the alarm clock wake Yoona up from her slumber. She look around and found herself alone on the bed. Yoona look at the time and it was 6h30 in the morning.    “Did she leave already?” Yoona murmured as she get out of bed and put on an oversize t shirt before walking to her living room.   When she heard the sound of TV outside, Yoona smile happily because Yuri is still here.   “Good morning!” Yuri greeted as she put her coffee on the table while watching the news on tv.   “Morning!” Yoona greeted back as she wrap her arms around Yuri’s neck and kiss her cheek.   “Still sleepy?”   “A little.” Yoona replied with her eyes still close and rest her head on Yuri’s shoulder.   “I made you breakfast.”    “Hmmm can I eat you instead?” Yoona said and start nibbling on Yuri’s neck.   “Yoong! Eat your breakfast.”  And from Yuri’s tone, Yoona could sense that something is not right.   “Is something wrong baby?” Yoona looks at Yuri worriedly.   “We need to talk.”   “Okay… What’s wrong?” Yoona sat down next to Yuri on the couch.   “I think we should stop seeing each other.” There, Yuri said it.   Yoona couldn’t believe what she heard. Those word still ringing inside her ears. No matter how many time she think about it, it doesn’t make any sense. She feels like she’s having a night mare. And it should be time she wake up by now, but she isn’t dreaming. This is real.   “Did you just ask me to break up with you?” Yoona asked trying to make sense of the situation.   “Yes.” Yuri could barely look at Yoona because she was scared that her wall will crumble when she saw the hurtful emotion in Yoona’s eyes.    Yoona already felt tears b at in her eyes ready to fall any second now. They might get into fights or Yuri might get jealous sometimes when she watch Yoona’s kiss scene in the movie, but never once Kwon Yuri asking her to break up, so when she heard Yuri say it, she couldn’t believe her ears. It scared her to dead because she knows that when Yuri said those words, she must have already made up her mind and nothing is going to change that.   “Can you tell me why?” Yoona asked even though she know she’s hurting herself.   “I’m leaving for New York in two days.”   “For how long?”   “6 months or might be more. I don’t know.”   “Yul! You know I’d wait for you right? We could do long distance relationship. I don’t mind. We don’t have to break up.” Yoona said and reach her hand out to touch Yuri’s cheek.   Yuri close her eyes when she feels Yoona’s touch. She wish she could stop time and stay at this moment forever, but she couldn’t.   “I can’t do that. I’m sorry!”   “Wae? Why do we have to break up? Don’t you love me anymore?”   “I…. I- I can’t do this to you Yoona. It’s selfish of me to ask you to wait. Who know how long I have to be away? How long will I be able to final come out of hiding so that we could be together? I really don’t know.”   “But I don’t mind.”   “That’s the thing Yoona. You don’t mind. But I do. I can’t let you waste your time with me. You deserve someone better than a coward like me Yoong.”   “But I choose you. I love you Yul.” Yoona plead as she hug Yuri tight.   “I’m sorry Yoong.” Yuri said her last word before getting out of Yoona’s embrace and left.   She tried to hold her tear until she reach her car and cry by herself. She can’t bear staying there and see the love of her life cry her eyes out especially when she’s the reason of her tears.   *   Flashback:   “Chairman! Director Kwon is here.”   “Let her in.”   “Yes sir!”     “Hello Appa! You called for me?”   “Sit down Yul.”   “Dae!”   “Have you heard about your brother’s scandal?”   “Well I saw it on the news this morning.”   “Then you know why I’m calling you here right?”   “I’ve already had a meeting with the PR team. They are doing everything to calm the media down for the moment Appa.” Yuri hates to be the one who clean up after her brother’s mess, but she doesn’t have a choice. She need to do whatever it takes to protect the company’s reputation.   “It won’t be easy this time. He’s involve with a minor and his case will be sent to court.”   “It might take time, but we have the best law firm working for us Appa, so you don’t have to worry about that.”   “Yes I know, but this will take a long time to solve, so in the mean time I can’t let him handle anything involve the company. Our share has been drop 15% right after the news. Your brother need to step down from his position.”   “Are you telling me to take over his place?”   “Let me ask you a question.”   “Sure Appa!”   “Are you ready to prove yourself Yuri?” He asked and Yuri is more than sure that she could do it.   But her brother is working on their expansion to the US, so taking over his place mean that she has to leave. Yuri’s mind immediately flew to her doe eyes angel. But knowing Yoona, she would be understand and support her 100 percent. So without further thought, Yuri had made up her mind.   “I’ve always been ready Appa. You know that.”   “I’m giving you this chance to prove yourself Yul. So use it wisely.”   “Nae! I’ll keep that in mind.”   “Good. Wrap up everything here and leave for New York.”   “Dae Appa!” Yuri said and ready to leave, but Mr Kwon stopped her.   “Oh and Yuri?”   “Nae?”   “You know what to do with your little actress friend right?” He said and Yuri froze in her place. ‘He knows’ “ Or if you want, I could take care of it.”   “I’ll take care of it.”   “Alright then! I’ll leave you to it. You should clean up your mess before a new start. Don’t disappoint me like your brother.”   “Nae Appa! I’ll take my leave now.”   “Ok.”     End of flashback   *   Yuri is on her way to the airport and as usual, she would spend her time preparing ahead for the project and reading all her schedule. Once she’s done reading, she look outside the car window and saw that they are stuck in traffic.   “Will we be there in time?” Yuri asked.   “Yes miss Kwon. We came out earlier, so it will be fine.”   “Ok.”   Yuri took out her iPad and start browsing through the news. Normally she’s not the type to read news about K-entertainment except the news about her girlfriend of course. As she was browsing, there’s news about Yoona new movie’s premier. Yuri couldn’t help but click on it and when she saw Yoona’s picture, Yuri could only smile sadly at the picture.    Yuri wish she could be at the premier and support her girlfriend right now. She never missed it before. No matter how busy she is, Yuri would always go to the premier and support Yoona, suddenly remember how much she want to be there. At least for the last time, she wants to be there. She needs to see Yoona.   “Mr Kim?”   “Yes miss Kwon?”   “Can you change the direction to COEX mall?”   “Dae, but I don’t think we will make it in time for your flight miss Kwon.”   “Don’t worry about that.”   “Dae Miss Kwon.” The driver said and change the direction.   Yuri took out her phone and call her secretary.   “Miss Kwon?”   “Hyomin-ah, I need you to change my flight to late night. I have something to take care of before I leave.”   “Yes Miss Kwon. I’ll send the new itinerary to your email.”   “Thanks.” Yuri said and hung up.   She quickly looking through her mailbox and finally she found the Premier ticket that Yoona had sent her last week when they were still together.   *   Inside the waiting room:   “Yoong? You have 5 minutes.”   “Nae thanks unnie.”    Yoona has to put on a lot of make up than usual today because she’s been crying her eyes out
