I’m still can’t believe what just happen yesterday,it feels like…I don’t know a dream maybe.but what really bothering me is why I didn’t feel happy at all?it just nothing,empty.but I just let it go,I guess that is just the side effect because I’m really surprised.after that,we keep texting each other,it’s been two weeks since I confessed to him for the second time.and he still talkactive.he always find a way to reply my message.I’m also tell Vic about what happen,and all she can say is,I’m a fool and stupid,because she think it doesn’t necessary and I just should’ve let it go but in the end she still happy for me too.and so did Luhan.we’re keep texting for almost a day long and sometimes he saying some kind of sweet words,it made me smile,but it doesn’t made my heart flutters

“Are you busy tomorrow ?” he asked

“No..I’ve got nothing to do.why ?”

“Then come with us to the beach tomorrow”

“Us ..?”                               

“I mean.me,Luhan,his sister,and of course Giselle

“Ohh okay then.I’m coming with you”

“Definitely.I’ll pick you in the morning then”

“Alright.”

“I’ll see you tomorrow morning ^^”

     After battling with myself about what kind of clothes I should be wearing,I’ll just go with a long sleeve over sized t-shirt and a hot pants.I thought the scene that a girl unload their wardrobe and trying all different clothes when they’re going out with someone that they like only in movies,but it happens in real life.just about in time,I heard a car horn..it must be them ..but when I came out.it’s just Kris…Luhan,you should be a director in a future,you’re really good making everything just like a movie scene.

“Hey ..I thought you’re with them”

“Nope..they’re telling me to pick you up first and we’re gather at Luhan’s house first.I guess we’re going to wait for Giselle.it’s that okay for you?”

“Ohh..of course it’s okay for me” I just smiled back at him,and he smiled back

Whenwe arrived at Luhan’s house,I can see that he’s busy preparing this and that,making sure that we bring everything we need,and he’s not even take a bath yet.and his sister Angie welcoming me with a hug..

“Long time no see Amber.look at you you’re getting pretty now..”

“Haha really?ooww thank youuu.you too,you look slimmer now” as I hugged her back

“Oh man,you really know how to make me happy don’t you?”

“Of course I am.do you need help with something?”

“Nah,it’s okay,not a big deal.sit down,we’re waiting for someone.no..I mean Luhan princess.so..how are you Amber ?”

“I’m good.everything seems going well.”

“Everything? You sure?how about a love life?”

“Well…I don’t know,I’m not so sure about it I think”

“Maybe because you still in shock because of the fact that someone that you like for years also like you”

“What?ho---how do you know that?”

“Don’t be so surprised Am .you know who it is”

“Ah..no doubt,it’s your brother right?’

“He always tells me everything,whether it’s important or not.and don’t worry Am you just gotta wait for the right time.I heard he’s breaking up with Jess last night”

“Really?no way ….”

“Yes way ..I heard it from a reliable sources.I’m sure he made his choice”

   I really don’t know how am I supposed to react when I heard the news,for some reason I feel happy but then I feel bad,what if they broke up because of me?they’ve been together for a quite long time.and then Luhan and Kris finish with all the preparation,and and not so long after Giselle arrived.we decided to use Giselle’s car instead,the SUV type of car that can fit all of us.and so the boys taking turns driving.

   Luhan drive first,Giselle next to him.me and Luhan sister Angie sits in the middle row and Kris alone in the back row.the road fills with laughter because of Luhan’s lame jokes and silliness and Giselle can’t stop smiling because of it.when we arrived,we quickly get off the car and running towards the beach.after happily playing with water,we prepare our little barbeque party in a hut.we’re divide our task,and my task is cleaning the table,get all the plates and glass from the car

“You must be happy aren’t you?” Luhan suddenly yells in my ear

“Damn it..you scare me.look the plate almost fall”

“You must be that happy then”

“Well..yeah I guess so” I just smiled at him

“As long as my one and only stupid bestfriend is happy,I’ll be happy too.you just gotta wait for the right time to make it official between you too” as he patted my shoulders

But then Kris came and asking for some help..

“Dude can you took off my watch?my hands is slippery,I need to wash it” He asked Luhan

“Don’t ask for my help,ask hers” Luhan’s eyes directed to me and he left

   And without hesitation he walks to me and he showed me his arms and I took the watch off from his wrist.

“ Can you keep my watch in your bag?I’ll take it later”

“Yeah..sure” It really made me a bit surprised,I mean he usually wouldn’t ask for my help if there’s anyone else.guess he’s not feeling awkward like I did

All the food is ready to be served after an hour wait.we’re finally eating our lunch and amazingly he sitting next to me naturally.I didn’t finish my lunch since I’m already full,he saw it and asked

“Why you didn’t finish your food?”

“I’m already full Kris. sorry”

“Nah,no need to say sorry.bring me your plate.I’ll finished the food”

“Huh?really?”

“Yeah.I’m still hungry anyway”

  I didn’t understand this guy at all.is he still Kris that I know since high school?He’s drastically change the way he act and treat me.back in high school even before I’m confessed to him,we’re not that close but we’re not awkward too.is this because of my confession ?I don’t think so .

After we’re done eating,three of them,Luhan Kris and Angie go swimming.me and Giselle decided that we’re just going to play with the water and walk around the shore watching them swimming.I just know her recently,but she is so friendly and not the “shy” type.she’s an outgoing person so we’re pretty clicked I guess.she also know what’s going on between me and Kris,and of course Luhan who told her.but then she also made me shocked

“Ohh right..you know actually I know Jess pretty well.we’re used to be so close friend” she just blurted out

“You do?how?nobody ever told me that”

“We went to the same university,and we’re also taking the same major”

“Ahh..I just know it now.and…..what do you mean by used to be close friend”

“Well..something happen between us,once Jess was fought with another person,but it was a guy not a girl.you know sometimes she’s really doesn’t care about anything.I don’t know why they fought,but as friend,I defend her,that guy is going to slap her,but I push her away and I’m the who got slapped.short story,after what happen,she’s just walk away and wash her hands,I was there you know,I took the slap for her.and that’s how she pay me”

“So now you guys don’t even greet each other?”

“Nope.and she’s the one who started like that.I didn’t hate her though”

“I guess it must be hard for you Giselle”

“Actually it is.especially the slap,it made my cheeks swollen the next day.but everythings okay now” she smiled and look at me “I just know you like a few days ago but I can tell that you’re a good person Amber.I’ll support you with Kris”

I just laughed “Haha thanks Giselle”

   But then Luhan suddenly comes out from the water and running towards Giselle to hug her.but instead of hugging him back,Giselle nag at him for making her clothes soaking wet.I feel happy for them.and just then Kris is suddenly splashing me with water.and in the end we’re just splashing water.our next destination was some kind of  iconic historical palace,after looking around I just sitting by my self,and so is Kris.Giselle is looking at us and shout

“Hey Kris,move closer next to her” and he’s naturally move closer next to me.and when we’re about going to take a pic together,he put his arm around me.There’s no more awkwardness between us I guess.the trip doesn’t end there,we went to the a famous and iconic bridge that also become tourist spot.and just like earlier,he naturally sitting next to me,and he’s the one who keeps talking and asking questions,like how was Hongkong and he’s also telling me about his life after high school graduate.

  We’re never had a long and deep conversation before.and he always be able to repay what I say.what a chatterbox.he’s really change I guess.he’s really not the same that I know.and then finally we’re going back home,Giselle drop me at Luhan’s house,so Kris is the one who’s driving me home.I know they’ve planned this before.so here I am,in the car on my way home with Kris thanks to Luhan and Giselle.and surprisingly we’re still talking in the car ..

“How long are you gonna stay here?”

“A few days left..holiday is almost over for me.how about you?”

“I’ve still got a week.so you’re going back to Seoul?”

“Yeah ..it .back to routine”

“Haha I bet it is”

And when we arrived in front of my house,there’s a silence for a moments.but all I can say to him is

“Thanks for today Kris,I’m really having fun”

As usual he smiled “You welcome Am,I’m also having fun today”

   And the next happen was really unplanned.I hug him,which I never did before.and he hugged me back,I didn’t expect that.I got off the car and waved at him.I can’t stop smiling even there’s uneasy feeling in my heart.After our trip.we’re getting close,we’re even sometimes hanging out together,watching movies.stuff like that.A month passed and then again he’s starting to change again.we didn’t talking for a long day and night like we used to,when I text him,it took two till three hours for him to reply.and it feels like he’s not in the mood to talk to me.that feeling is coming again.

The feeling that it feels like he’s going to turn his back on me.that kind of feeling is what afraid of.I’m calling Vic because she’s the one who know all of this,and she told me there’s nothing to worry about ,maybe it because he’s busy or he has something to do.she said that I’m worried and afraid for no reasons.and she told me to relax and I’m better hanging out with the girls.since they’re also here now

So,I’m going out with them.only five of us Vic,Ssul,Krystal and Luna.and I’m completely going crazy and having fun with them.I was laughing out loud all day,it made them wonders but they just laugh along.I forgot about Kris who’s not giving me any news that day.I’m completely ignore my phone today.but after I reach home and went inside my bedroom,grabbed my phone and then I’m completely flabbergasted,I can’t believe my eyes.his profile picture on the messager app that we used has change

It was a picture of him and Jess together.

They’re going back together….

And the next thing I know is tears rolling down on my cheeks so fast,and I slammed my phone on the bed and falling next to the bed on my knees..
